It would be lower if I could. They are a scam, they take me money straight away when i lose but I won once and they close the account and refuse to pay. You get no emails you have to chase them all the way. I have to send verification multiple times to different emails I had to chase them for. The fact they demand verification without notifying me and waiting for me to contact them is stupid. They are a shambles, I won just over £2k and they shut my account, locked me out and sent me an email saying I'm a terrorist. I spent all of yesterday afternoon on their live chat. 7 hours of my life, I spent 2 hours at number 8 in the queue. I just had to give up eventually. I won't drop it and I am receiving legal advice on how to proceed. They can ban me for a lucky win but its pointless as I would never be so stupid as to go near them again. I just want my money I am legally entitled to them I can get on with trying to enjoy Christmas.Avoid at all costs, they are a scam who only want to take money. No honestly or integrity in site. Its been weeks of this, I won the bet on my birthday and weeks later nothing. They have ruined the whole month and no doubt this will carry on into the new year unfortunately.

I would give 0 stars if I have to, please avoid by all means betting with Betway. This company is a scam I won £2500 I made a withdrawal they refusing to give me my money. I have provided my passport, drivers license, utility bill and my bank statement. All they do is keep going with you back and forth. Just to get you frustrated but I will advise people to stop betting with them. The company is a fraud and scam they still haven’t pay in my withdrawal of £2500. I have an appointment with Gambling commission I have all the details needed is ridiculous.

Finally they have processed my withdrawal request.After waiting on the live chat yesterday for more than 10hr and not getting anywhere I woke up this morning to another email asking for my ID, POA and POF AGAIN!!! Ridiculous, this time I finished my email saying that if they do not process my withdrawal they will be hearing from the Gambling Commission. Logged into my account just now and surprise surprise it now shows that they have completed processing my withdrawal. So I got another "1-3" working days to see if it arrives into my bank account.WORSE EVER GAMLING COMPANYNow, I know there is no perfect company but a true test of a gambling company is it´s ability to process withdrawals and ensure the winnings are back into your bank account, to this end I have sampled many in my lifetime and the ones that I would rate on this subject matter is Skybet, Unibet and Williamhill.I will now be going through Resolver to seek lost of interest earnings and compensation for time wasted.

I placed a bet on PDC world darts championship for there to be 2 or more 100+ checkouts in a match. I watched the event live and there were 2 100+ checkouts. I also confirmed this via various internet sites. The bet was settled as lost. I have tried for hours to contact online chat. It keeps you waiting for hours then just freezes when you get near to front of queue. Wont use again.

Hello, there is an investigation on my account from May 2021, and it is still unresolved, I am still told to wait and wait, and still nothing has been done in the case.From what I learned, the investigation can last up to 2 years, because that's the time for such matters! It's been 2 years now and it's still the same as it was.I feel cheated by this!

Its been 6 days since my last review of this betting firm, I have sent them my bank statement to prove account ownership which was done on 13th Dec, approval should only take 24 - 48hr according to there published lead time. It is now 120hr and still no progress been has made on my withdrawal request. They owe me money and they won´t even spend duty of care to process these requests in an acceptable time frame. Absolutely useless. Do not use this firm, I have an account with UniBet and there payout is processed same day or next and then money is in my account instantly upon processing.

They didn't even tell what was happening they just said that they'll take it to upper management they couldn't even tell the admin to login and notify us that it was glitching this site is utter nonsense we understand that it is losing is natural but not when its freezing worse they're like is my internet connection oky like what!?! Bet way is cheating?Never play e-soccer. I think they cheating on you. The gamer’s play in 1st half is really good, but in 2nd half if a user bet then gamer’s getting slow and scoring only 1,2goal. That means you cannot win the game if you want to bet on over slot.Ex)1st half : 5goals 2nd half : bet to Over 6.5 —> 1 goal = total 6goals**Finally you lose.It’s same pattern in every single game.I have experienced this matter for a month. I deposited money to my account 3 days ago and it never appeared. I have been waiting in a queue for more than an hour to speak to an agent. In that time I’ve moved from number 28 to 14. Yesterday I waited 3 hours and got nowhere near the top of the queue. I will be contacting the customer service ombudsman on Monday if this is not resolved. They are crooks.

My account was suspended. I do not no why, have tried multiple times to contact you without ever getting a response, the automatic robotic support is useless. It says at end you’ll be connected with live agent, but I have waited for hours without being connected. I would be willing to be put on hold for a long time, but phone calls hang up after telling you to call back or use automated system.

As everyone below says, absolutely horrendous site. I have been experiencing technical issues on their site where I can't claim the rewards I have paid for, they haven't done a thing, Customer service does absolutely nothing and refuses to credit my reward that I have paid for and complaint hasn't been acknowledged. All you do is chase Betway and sit waiting for hours on the live chat for them to do absolutely nothing to help. Don't waste your time.

From all the reviews I have read here.. This company need to close.. We never get connected on their live chat.. People waiting for hours and the chat is disconnected.. I can't find a complaint email address either.. They do this intentionally so you don't raise any questions.. The live chat is a farce... I have been placing bets recently and many bets are losing by one match and I was supposed to receive free bets when I lose on 1 match.. But I am no longer receiving those free bets.. I am already opt in and qualify for the free bet.. When I try to contact their live chat, even if there are 3 people in the queue, it takes hours of waiting and finally it gets disconnect.. They do this on purpose so that you dont question them and your question remain unanswered and unresolved.. I can say worst betting company..The issue has been resolved.. If you can improve the chat service and recruit more agents to do the job.

Thieves and they know it. No customer service and a generic response to every complaint. There games are clearly FIXED in their favour, can't get game payout percentage or last accurate payout. I have asked for a copy of my full gameplay for one evening to send to the gambling commission and proof that they have verified me to gamble on their website. I feel a major issue coming their way, because I know they won't. They have a 1.4 star review and that is pushing it. Horrendous and disgusting rip off gambling site.

I used this app for the very first time! Deposited $500 lost, then deposited another $1000 ended up winning close to $8000 I then withdrew just over $5000 lost my account balance went to reverse $1500 they reversed $3000, like why would they ask you the exact amount you want to reverse and they reverse double it lol….first red flag due to them reversing so much I ended up reversing more and ended up losing majority of the funds. Then my account gets restricted I withdrew $1300 I have yet to seen it, I go to sign in this morning they completely blocked my accoun, they been emailing me that they will contact me via phone send them a number and availability and they don’t contact and then said 9-9 still didn’t contact they pretty much just robbed me legally with no gun, these are the type of websites Canada is supporting the ones robbing us? They need to get regulated better and I want my money back!

Ok I don't get it.I have been on this site for over a year....Never had an issue with my deposits withdrawals or communicating with anybody....now over 2 weeks since my withdrawal...I had to put a review here to be able to speak to an actualy person.....they were fast to answer when they were asking for my bank documents and all and now that all my stuff has been sent and it's clear they didn't pay me nobody is answering me anymore !!! Now I see so many reviews about people not beeing paid!!! Like seriously betway if you had paid me on day one I would have probably lost it back time 3 by now !!! All keep giving my money to loto quebec and pokerstars who don't scam me !!!! Ridiculous!!!

Had to call bank to find out what was happening and they have confirmed it's approved on their end and is sitting with Betway. Authorisation code is 448752. I don’t normally write reviews but after joining Betway, making my first withdrawal and seeing the many bad reviews on here i wanted to give my very honest opinion….I was thinking after seeing reviews on here oh no will I even get my money! I have played on a few different sites so well aware of process times and how these online casinos work…… I made my first withdrawal on the Sunday evening I joined betway, saw the funds were pending so I thought I’ll check Monday. After looking on Monday to see it was still pending and looking at betway reviews I had little to no hope going off these reviews of even receiving my winnings (£400) ……. I tried to join the live chat although people on here said they were waiting hours And within 10 mins I spoke to customer support, They were very helpful and just made me aware I needed to upload my verification documents before they could release the funds (standard procedure) so as soon as I came off the live chat I sent my documents…… again after seeing reviews on here and some saying they were waiting months just to be verified!!! I still had little hope.Within hours I was verified and my funds were released and received in my bank by the Monday evening …… I have just made my second withdrawal on Tuesday evening and the funds were released within hours! My experience so far with betway is a very positive one and also unexpected after reading the reviews on here so if you are thinking of joining please don’t be put off by these reviews, people are quick to make negative comments but never positive ones hence my review ☺️

So following on from the last two messages, I’ve not heard a thing from Betway. Neither from the follow up message about payment with the wrong bank card, to which they are in error, not the original complaint submitted over a month ago. It’s the most despicable service I have ever received from any service provider. I shall be raising my complaint further with the Gambling Commission once two months has elapsed. I would advise anyone using Betway to stop immediately, and those looking to open an account to do so with another more reputable provider.

Well, I have to say, most of the reviews of BETWAY are incredibly damning, and after yesterday's personal experience I know that they are sadly accurate. I joined the BETWAY live chat on Monday 11th Dec 2023 at 11:58am and queued to resolve an issue of mine for an incorrect bet settlement. At 5:00pm I was No.1 in the queue and unbelievably I was still in that same position at 8:00pm, when the chat ended! Basically I'd queued on their 'supposed helpline' for 8 hours without even being attended to. As a consequence, I have now withdrawn my full balance of £1,026 and my fingers are crossed that that money reaches my bank account soon. Q. How can a company acting like this, be sponsoring West Ham, have ambassadors like Robbie Keane, advertise on TV, and have a column on Oddschecker? To all of you with complaints of your own, please don't give up; hit them from all angles likes IBAS, the Racing Post. The biggest protest of all, is simply not to bet with them, (and to alert others of their bad practice). If you, BETWAY actually read this, please contact me direct ASAP.

Their chat bot which may as well be crap bot is useless, you can´t talk/chat to a real person. My £450 is still sitting with them, they are quick enough to accept money and bets but very slow to withdrawal. Last 2 withdrawals took over 3 working days, these were normal UK bank transfers.I have other betting accounts with Boyle for example and when they asked for additional verification they processed and verified within 3hours and released my withdrawals the same day and that´s even if its the week. I have emailed the "verify" team again today 8th Dec, so we will see. I also email the "support" team email and got a bounce back saying they don´t monitor it, what a joke.

I was told the €140 was going to be returned to my bank card almost 3 days ago and still not showing in my bank - this process usually takes a couple of hours but 3 days on I feel as if Betway are lying to me and have not processed my payment. If you are thinking of creating an account with this horrendous company I would advise you not to and take your business elsewhere. I am still locked out of my account and the Twitter ‘betway support’ page still point me in the direction of the live chat where I have waited hours and hours and days and days for somebody to reply to my query. A truly disgraceful company. Yesterday on day 9 since I was locked out of my account and my €140 stolen I received a reply from betway under my review to say that the €140 was still in my cash balance and they would ask their operations team to withdraw this manually for me - however 36 hours on the money is still not in my bank. I have replied to the email multiple times and all I get is my email bounced back and not sent to the address. This is having a considerable negative impact on my mental health and I have told this to ‘betway support’ on Twitter but they continue to ignore me. I just want the €140 that I deposited returned to my card I am not asking for anything else. I would advise anybody NOT to create an account with this scam of a website.

Horrible horrible experience. Signed up 10 days ago and deposited £30. A couple hours later I went to login to place a bet and was told I needed to contact support. Joined the live chat queue and waited 9 HOURS before I got through to support. I was advised my account was locked, no explanation, no email. I was told to email ID documents, this was 10 days ago. No email since, no confirmation documents have been received or they're being reviewed. Tried contacting the live chat numerous times but give up or get disconnected after 3 to 4 hours. At this point I want to close my account and get my money back which Betway have held hostage of over the last 10 days. Honestly didn't think a company could get things so wrong and still be allowed to run. Stealing people's money, making you queue for 9 hours on a live chat and communicating whatsoever. Does not suprise me one bit that they're reviewed so poorly here.Update 11/12: Betway contacted me directly following this complaint, very sad it has to get to that point. After reviewing my account they told me I need to send verification documents...as explained in this complaint, I emailed these to them 10 days ago with multiple chasers. Not a good start. They also cancelled my complaint sent to them!

Awful customer service cannot get through to live chat cut off several times over few days and waiting in cue apparently next in line for over 5 hours.Deposit made 1 failed 1 went through but checked statement found double transaction but missing amount on account and checking deposit history on account found no trace of missing deposit but they have received the money.Never had problem before but now find people having similar problems and cannot speak to anyone.

I have tried to talk to someone on Betway help and it’s a joke waiting up to 4 hours at a time then cut off and cannot get to discuss my issue with 4 failed deposits I couldn’t get a chance to confirm the deposits through my card issuers app. Having contacted my card issuers helpline they confirmed that my deposits were all pending on Betway Malta since Friday 8/12/23 but I can’t get to explain this to anyone in betway. I received an email from betway that i will be credited a free bet which has not happened yet. Its been 4 days now, i tried contacting live chat support for the past 3 days now. When i joined the queue i was number 47, i was forced to wait for more than 8 hours in the queue of 47 people until i gave up. On the 9th December 2023 i waited for at least 3 hours in the queue, when it was my turn no one responded to me in the chat. I just kept on sending messages to the chat every hour until the conversation was terminated by betway hours later. I then decided to send an email to the betway support email; i received an automated reply below***** Hi, This mailbox is no longer monitored and your email will not be responded to.For any account queries, please visit our Help page.Thanks, The Customer Support Team ***The Customer support is now terrible, the options offered by their Chat Bot is lacking. If you have issues other than the ones they deem important it wont give you the option to speak to an agent when you are not satisfied with the response the bot provides. There was yet another Money back bet for The Tottenham Manchester city game that was not credited as well. This is very frustrating to deal with, it might not be a lot of money but it doesn't give me the confidence to even deposit any my money to the platform.

Absolutely disgraceful and despicable casino. Having been waiting for 2 withdrawals since 07/12/2023 and 08/12/2023 respectively and their automated bot says "taking slightly longer than usual - DON'T WORRY we're working on it". Have tried to contact their Responsible Gaming Team FAO Darren, no answer. Have tried to contact customer service - spent 6 hours on the so called "live chat" and got to no 5 in the queue and BETWAY bombed me out of the website. Had to log back in and found i was now no 68!!How does the UKGC warrant giving this casino an operators license. They should be revoked and fined. They took my winning of £10.000 And cancell my Bet Slip on ( soccer ) and all my matches showed VOIDED, either WAY all my matches untill that point was going very well and instead giving me the cash out, they put tehnical error until matches finished, and after “tehnical Error “ They put 10.000 in my Betway account and after 1 minute disappeared and they placed my money what i had on betting on that slip of £65, on Betway account, i had luck to make a screenshot with time date and bets showing all winning, but i couldn’t contact anyone from Betway, NO LIVE CHAT ( like it’s never your time, after 4 hours it takes you out automatically) EMAIL ITS INVALID PHONE NUMBER ( they cant accept calls only certain numbers of calls, because of COVID ) ( big bulshit Covid Restrictions is gone) as we December 2023! I have called my bank and they have confirmed that the payment was confirmed and sitting with Betway but isn't showing in my Betway account. The authorisation code from the bank is 448752 time 18.16 on the 9th of December. There is clearly a major glitch when depositing cash to this webpage that needs looked at. Tried contacting Betway via live chat and it's awful wait for over an hour in a qué then get disconnected. I hope my issue gets sorted as soon as possible and also something is done about the webpage when depositing money as this is the 3rd time it's happened to me and is putting me off using Betway in the future.

They dont pay out on BOG and when you query why you didn't get paid at the enhanced odds they tell you it was a "special" which it isnt. Has happened numerous times. The worst online betting company I have ever used - will be shutting account down.No way to contac them other than chat which goes through umpteen BOT questions before you get the chance to chat with agent and the queue is always huge as per below"Our agents are currently going that extra mile for someone. I’ve never know anything like it..:my partner won some money on Betway, it’s been pending for almost two days now, no email or anything. Live chat doesn’t work, just puts you in a que then disconnects. I would like this sorted now please 🙏
