Absolute nightmare to contact.Have had an account for a while lost some money, won some money. All of a sudden money wont withdraw tried for days to contact them on live chat just get responses from bots, absolute waste of time.

So it’s been a month of this now betway have confiscated my winnings on the grounds that my bank account is a 3rd party account ITS NOT ITS MY PERSON ACCOUNT. So they had no right to do so! Customer service and complaints team are absolutely useless just keep getting told they will be in touch this is not good enough it’s been a month already any other gambling website would have had this sorted within 48 hours max! Take a look at other reviews before spending any money with this scam site.

This website is a scam. I created an account 7 days ago and deposited €140 and suddenly I was locked out of my account and not allowed back in. I was waiting about 8 hours to talk to somebody on live chat and then I was just given system automated phrases. I have emailed my passport and bank statement to the email address that was given by the live chat and still no reply 7 days later and still cannot withdraw my money. I have reached out to the Twitter page ‘betway support’ and they have just pointed me back to the live chat for 7 days straight – yesterday I waited for 6 hours on live chat but nobody replied to my query. I just want to get my money back that I deposited but I am afraid betway will not allow me to do this and have stolen it. Please do not make the mistake I did and create an account with this scam of a website.

Transferred two £50 on the 3rd of December. An error message came up on the site saying transaction has failed. Then I checked my online banking and the money was in my pending but not showing up on my Betway account. I have been trying live chat continuously and either wait for a couple of hours and get kicked off or get through and the person I speak to says “the system is down currently and to email this email address” it’s either really bad customer service due to lack of staff or it’s a ploy. I have been given this reference number Betway Support Reference Number:0003904005407 and they requested I send them pictures of my banking to show the funds have been taken from my account by Betway. I have done this and had no response back. It’s now the 8th of December and still hasn’t been resolved.

Betway you are truly disgusting to do this to people still nothing from the complaints team a month later. Just been given loads of excuses and say they will get back to you but they don’t! How long does it take to look at an email with concrete proof they are talking rubbish They just don’t like paying out!!! I opted into their first bet reset promotion. After my initial wager lost, I was never credited with my $250 bonus. I’ve tried for hours to get support but it’s virtually impossible! The phone number never works!!!! The chat never works! And they never respond to emails!

This has to be one of the worse online bookmaking companies that I have ever dealt with. the telephone number +44 207 062 5466 gives you the pandemic message and then cuts you off; The Chat Bot is useless as it will not put you through to a live adviser and I am still missing my welcome bonus that is suppose to be credited almost immediately you have gone through your initial deposit.I went to the Gambling Commission who gave me a complaints email and I now await a reply from them after trying other email addresses of theirs and gettign a lot of SPAM message back.A truly awful online casino company that I thought initially I was going to enjoy playing with as their games look interesting. In the end its been more stressful than it was worth

If I were you I’d take your money elsewhere I’d suggest 32 red or paddy power. Betway have lied in order to withhold and confiscate my winnings saying I’ve broken their terms and conditions by depositing with a 3rd party card this is incorrect as it’s my personal account. First they said they card name was different to my name which is also incorrect seems like they are using every excuse possible to not pay out!! I’ve never had any problems with this card on any other website. I mean Id there was a problem with a card it would not of let me deposit twice With it in the first place… If you take a look through other reviews I’m not the only one having this issue coincidence I think not? I have not broken any term and conditions and betway had no valid reason to withhold and confiscate my winnings! The complains team are absolutely rubbish and a complete waste of time don’t expect any reply from them I’ve sent over proof what they are saying is complete rubbish and they still have not paid me nearly a month later disgusting

Betfair finally rectified the issue of the missing 165 euro from my account – so i thought i would write this in fairness. I still use them for small / fun wagers and casino because they actually offer more promos and offers and interesting things than any other bookmaker that i have used. But 1 month to resolve an issue (which they admitted was a technical mistake) and only getting a response after writing a review here. erm……

Deposits didn’t go through so after 5 working days i still haven’t been able to reach someone on Betway assistance up to 5 hours at a time goes well from position 55th down to the top 10th in queue then i’ve been in 1st or 2nd position for over 2 hours. absolute joke of a site after my card issuer had explained the monies were taken from my account correspond with the deposit times.

I emailed betway regarding an unprocessed withdrawal they havent replied and i have sent them tons of emails that were never replied to . I even pleaded with them to make the withdrawn funds appear in my account so that i can bet but nothing has come. This firm is not even top notch compare it to bet365 they are light years behind,,, they cant level up like other firms like 1xbet

Been a customer with betway for a few years now however the withdrawal process is getting worse. Im waiting on 125gbp which i requested over 2 days ago. By the end of the first day the message on my account said processing complete however i never received my funds. Now the withdrawal is back to processing. Tried live chat and sat for over 2 hours waiting to be spoken to before i got fed up. Im a regular gambler with several companies and betway are lagging behind their rivals now.

A real pain to sign up! They send your emails to a certain email address with promo then tell you you can’t use the promo. $50 got me 6 cents one time. One game ( I always play everywhere) 25 spins with absolutely no hits . Not one😈 horrible. MI’m fine çdß

Placed a bet on cricket game; Sialkot Region Total runs – 15overs) over 135.5 &1/3 stake 172.05. They scored 151/3 A CLEAR WINNER but they claim the match was not 80% complete despite this market for the total runs in innings was fully completed. This is not a match betting market which I could understand. A total fraud and goes against their very own betting rules. Ref: ZSCH-VRQY-T29Q-F9F4Let’s hope someone with a brain can look into this

So far an alright experience, awaiting a withdrawal to be “processed” with seems to take longer than most companies. Maybe its because I am a new customer, but feel this should be made more clearer with perhaps a pop up advising of estimated time for funds to be sent to your account. After all, the deposit was instant, so need to improve withdrawal waits.

The issue that I have experienced was: I opened an account at Jackpot City which is part of the Betway group on the 15th of November2023Made a £10 deposit Via Paypal which was accepted. I was then immediately blocked from the account.After contacting Betway I was asked to send proof of Address with a utility bill and proof of identity with my Driving licence. I sent the documents and heard nothing. After a few days I sent an email asking what was happening and was told to sent the documents again. I was then asked to sent a third even though they acknowledged receiving them before. Still not received my winnings from 13th November but it says paid on my account shocking customer service my account was verified just 2 minutes before withdrawal yet they say they need to verify again just a clever ploy to not pay the winnings so I needed to prove the card belongs to me and to send bank statement which I have done. Betway I have sent more than enough proof pay me my winnings!!!! Take a look at other reviews before spending money with betway im just one of thousands of people they have not paid…

So… following on from the last post… Betway have claimed that the money was paid into their account with a card not in my name. This is factually incorrect and I have asked for the money to be refunded. I had the email from them last Thursday, and replied instantly. As usual, been waiting for nearly a week with no response and no ETA on when I can expect a reply. It’s the worst case of a betting company not wishing to pay someone their rightful winnings and I’m still out of pocket by over £700. I’ll be raising the issue with the gambling commission if I don’t receive an acceptable response to my official complaint raised on the 10/11/2023. Terrible service.

Beware of the bonus they give you on the deposit. If I would have read the rules closer I would have chose not to accept it. I deposited $100 and they matched it. Fantastic… Not if you win. Apparently half the money you win is theirs unless you bet 40-50 times the amount you deposited within 7 days. I didn’t see the 7 day deadline and lost $600. It just magically disappeared after 7 days. It’s too bad because other than that I thought it was pretty good but that clause in their agreement is a little sneaky in my opinion. I withdrew what was left and will never use them again

A bet has been settled incorrectly. I tried many times to contact support by the only means, live chat, but always end up near 50 in the queue, then get closer and then disconnected. Live chat is the only way of getting in contact if you are lucky. I would like the bet settled correctly.

This company should be illegal. Shouldn’t be allowed to take my money from me straight after depositing it to my account. I opened my account last week and the 3rd time depositing they blocked me out my account so left without an account plus £20😡 Can’t imagine if this has happened to someone who has deposited a lot more money. Also tried contacting customer service 10000 times and the one time I got through I got told to look at section 7 in terms and conditions. No help at all. Not a good service at all.

It’s been 3 days since I opened an account with them, I deposited up to £200 and so far I haven’t received any acca sport welcome bonus or anything else. I made dozens of tickets and I still haven’t received anything. When I tried to chat with an operator, they closed the option to talk to the operator, send me back to the menu or say that’s all. I don’t understand why football clubs advertise on a site with such a bad review? This site should be closed! Everything is a lie, all bonuses are lies just to attract customers.

Well well well, I have to admit, I was scared to death reading the reviews AFTER I have registered and sent money. I’m a blackjack player, and betway, is the real deal, I have made 700$ this week, I requested at withdraw on Nov. 21, and I received today Nov. 24th. No withdraws issue at all.I would give a 5 stars but the big issue here is to contact support.I’ve managed to speak to a real person on the live chat but It was tricky.Monique is her name. Very professional, answered all my questions.They really need to fix their way to contact support. Otherwise, great platform, I definitely recommend it.
