AVIOD AT ALL COST! still not recived my winnings from November 13th my account was verified minutes before the withdrawal I know this as got an email saying so. and now they are saying I need to verify again and they are well within there right to do so 😡just a convenient way for them to not pay you. They said I needed to prove that the bank account belongs to me which I have done and still not payed me I’ve sent in multiple pfds of proof that the name on account matches all other documents. I recommend 32 red or paddy power excellent customer service and quick no fuss withdrawals. I’ve seen hundreds of bad reviews recently all saying the same thing so it’s not just a one off or glitch they are withholding our money BETWAY PAY US OUR WINNINGS! Also I’d advise everyone report to the gambling commission asap.

This company beware cannot login they do not have a process reliable enough, once locked out it’s almost impossible to log in you will lose your money. Stay away do not gamble on this site.

Betway has stopped operations from India on October 1st, 2023…Now they are not refunding the Account balance amount. Nobody is responding to mail sent and we cannot even get chat support from India.Betway is least bothered about their customers

I have an account with Betway, and up to now I am awaiting a refund of my winnings totalling over £700. The refund was requested over 3 weeks ago, and nothing has been refunded to date. Appalling service with no way of contacting them other than a complaint process which takes over a month to get a response. Terrible service.

I’m so upset about my experience with Betway. I signed up, was verified, deposited a few thousand pounds and won a couple thousand more. When I tried to withdraw a thousand, I was sent an email saying I needed to do another verification. The link didn’t work properly for me, and then without any notification my account was closed. A week later I still haven’t received any response or my money back, even after sending emails asking what they need from me in order to pay out my money. I need it to pay my bills, and I can’t believe they are withholding it without any reason or communication.Update: all I have received from BetWay is this vague response: “We’ve reviewed your account and found that the actions taken were in accordance with our Terms and Conditions which you agreed to when signing up. Specifically, term 7.”What does that mean?? Why has my account been closed without any explanation, and why are they withholding my money? I really just want this awful experience to be over, have my funds paid, and not use Betway ever again.

I am dismayed and shocked at how Betway treats and supports it’s customers.I have numerous emails which are now being ignored and when I chased up on the latest email I received an generic reply back stating this mailbox is no longer monitored.Also, TP reviewers/readers, if you scroll down the list of reviews (virtually all complaining), you can see Betway do not reply to all of the reviews. I fear I am now being screened because I have a legitimate case for my winnings to be paid out (my last 3 reviews have been ignored). Betway avoid every opportunity to resolve my case, coming up with a new excuse each time. The latest was to say my bet was ineligible for FPP because it was a Boost bet and not Win Only but the Betway Boost Terms & Conditions state different. Either Betway are incompetent and don’t know their own T&C’s or they just don’t want to refund me the winnings (£433.33).I first raised my issue on 3/11 regarding a horse race on 31/10. I placed a Betway Boost Bet on Tuesday 31st October (4.45pm @ Newcastle). The horse I backed (Enpassant @100/30) finished First Past the Post (FPP) but was demoted to 2nd by the Stewards. Still not been giving my spins what an abouslute joke! Told me they gave me spins on a game that doesn’t exist. Avoid at all cost they tried telling me I couldn’t get my bonus spin because I didnt play the basic daily spin which I DID. And wagered enough conveniently my email has been ignored and thier site was down for a whole day because of how crap it is.

Having read all these horrible reviews I was really really in fear of not getting my withdrawal….especially having just joined the site….but I have to say I was lucky enough to hit a very good win on 17th of November and although my pending withdrawal stayed at processing for a few days ….as soon as it went to paid it was in my bank account 🙃 so I have no complaints!….just thought I would let people know that my experience was a good one

Following on from my previous reviews, I’ve given another star as betway have paid my withdrawals into my account today. I thank them for that however, their customer service is pretty non existent. It shouldn’t take 10 days to sort it, and furthermore not knowing what was going on. Some email reply or phone call explaining why the withdrawals failed to arrive in my bank, whether it was a glitch or mistake their end?. Obviously, I’m satisfied I’ve got my money back but very wary of using betway again if or not I do. I will add that this was the 1st time I’ve had a problem in the month or so that I’ve been a betway customer.

SHAME ON YOU. I withdrew £133.50 on 14/11/23. Having not received this I contacted Betway to be given a ATN and told to give this to my bank. Of course my bank say this number is useless as Betway have NOT made any payment. So I then ask Betway to provide me with a bank statement as proof they have paid me. They respond that they are not ‘privy to this information.’ Very convenient! They then ask me to get a letter from my bank on headed paper confirming non receipt of payment and other information. Are Betway going bankrupt?

I went onto betway 3 weeks ago and played their free game “wheel of millions” and gained 10 free spins. After completing the spins there was a 165 euro less in my account. I logged this on their live chat (took a couple of minutes) and the lady who dealt with it sent me an email with betway support ref number. In the period of 3 weeks i have sent numerous email (no replies) and the one time i managed to get a response from live chat i was told to wait until emailed!!!Now if I log on to livechat i join a queue which times out at the end of the day! The transaction logs are on site. Is this company about to go bust??

Shame there isn’t an option for no stars I will continue to write this honest and bad review everyday if I have to until I receive my winnings. Sick of betways constant lies and excuses I recommend 32 red much better and outstanding customer service. Seems like a lot of people have not received there winnings this company cannot be trusted using the same rubbish excuses for us all. Or just say they will look on your account and get back to you this is complete LIES!!! Impossible to get hold of anyone via live chat email oh and they have disabled their phone line how convenient. Please don’t trust this company they don’t like winners. So after telling me I should go to my bank with an ARN number which my bank have no clue about I’m still £180 down!Loads of reviews I’m reading are still missing there payments from the 12th!Betway give me my bloody money back!It’s appalling that it still hasn’t been paid to me when you’re saying it has! “Checking my account” saying you will get back to me but then still not replying to my emails! This company is possibly fraudulent at this stage engaging in theft of funds. Account closed with no reason given and deposited funds still stolen at present, i tried to sort it out Taken from somebody else but exact same experience. Betway Chatbot is unhelpful.If you do manage to get into a queue to speak to a person there are usually well over 50 people on the queue and if you do get close (got down to 2nd once) to speak/text someone, the chat is then disabled/dropped.Betway EmailIf you do get a response via email from Betway, it is a 1-off email. I’ve only ever made a deposit a hand full of times and each time has been hell dealing with them. Currently have my most recent one taken from my bank account but not into my Betway. When I asked the support team they told me to send my info to an email, I did. I then revived an email back saying that this address is no longer in use. Never seen such a gongshow of an operation. Definitely won’t be using this service again.

This is an update from previous review. Money was not paid into my account and after a negative review Betway contacted me via private message.They said money HAD been paid, it must be down to the bank and provided me with an ARN number.Bank said nothing showing up and to contact Betway again!!!That’s all well and good but you cannot contact Betway because they have no phone number, refuse to answer emails and live chat? Don’t make me laugh!Betway get your finger out and get this sorted. Me and all the other thousands of bad reviews cannot be all wrong. The amount I am owed is tiny but I want it and you are doing nothing about it.I will take this as far as possible I promise you that. Your customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered and you shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it. I’m only asking for what is rightly mine and I would appreciate your attention in getting this sorted.Take a step back Betway and look at the comments. Why on earth would you allow this to continue? Reading others reviews it appears I’m not the only 1 (re Bridie below). Come on Betway, do the right thing please and send us our money!

If I could score these people a minus score I gladly would. I don’t even know where to begin! Firstly you can’t call them to speak one on one with a customer agent, secondly when you try to connect through their chat link, you get placed into a queue. You’re in position 40 for example and wait for 2 to 3 hours to get to position 10 just when you’re thinking finally someone will so attend to you, you’re logged out due to an unusual long wait time!!! You then log back in and you’re now in position 90. Again you wait for another 2 to 3 hours and you’re now down to position 8. What then happens? If course you’re logged out again because of a unusual long wait time!!!! You make a deposit with your own bank card, play whatever it is you have played, make a withdrawal and the next thing you receive an email saying there’s a problem with your deposit contact customer services. You know what’s going to happen next don’t you? A cycle that keeps repeating itself!!! Companies like Betway should be banned from operating. If you cannot contact a company over the phone, then they have no right to operate as a business that deals with people!!! A very rubbish and useless company not fit for purpose.

Why Betway don’t try and improve is a mystery. Nobody will use them when they are so far behind everyone else.technology today and it still takes them several days to process a withdrawal if at all is laughable. Won’t survive long with the current competition I would certainly never use them again

– Allowed me to sign up, no issues.- Allowed me to deposit £50 (for the 100% matched deposit bonus, but did not give me the £50 bonus.- 2 minutes after depositing £50, completely locked me out of my account telling me to contact customer services.- Took me 2 days, several attempts and total wait times of around 9 hours to get through to live chat (see other reviews, its a common theme).- Cust services told me to email my docs to betway verification. Did this, its now been 3 days and still locked out of my account.In a nutshell, they let me sign up, took my £50 deposit, and now I can’t get through to live chat and no-one responds to emails.Absolute sham. Have never seen a betting company act like this before and make it so difficult for customers. I thought Betway was a big name – not some part time scam bookie.Giving them til tomorrow morning to unlock my account or going to the ombudsman to retrieve my original deposit plus compensation for the effort and personal time I’ve spent trying to resolve this.

I managed to get 200.50 once then 100 the second, I withdrew the 200.50 on Friday that 10th and it said it was successful but haven’t got it at all. I withdrew the 100 Saturday the 11th and I got that the same night but still no sign off the 200.50!! I spoke with support many times, I even had to wait 4 hours once for them to say oh yeah keep waiting, then they tell me 1 day ago that the money was paid and they provided me with a ARN number but the bank says that they haven’t received anything of that so I’ve been scammed by them, live support are useless!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Would leave no star. I’ve been playing at betway for while. Recently have been having issues just little ones but now I actually want to close my acc and try get my situation sorted via someone who can actually help. I withdrew $850 and have not received it. Prob is I don’t know why as I’ve withdrawn before and no problems and my details have not changed. I spent hours every nite for a week b4 I could finally get a live chat agent to help. They said do few things and i did. I got email saying they got everything and will contact me if need anything else. Have not heard val since this is been 3weeks now. I have no hope this will be sorted and feel rather ripped off. I won’t put money Into a casino that won’t pay out and won’t even contact its players let alone sort anything out. I think an official complaint thru the right channels would b a faster easier way than having to tey deal with betway. My acc is showing my withdrawl was paid on 3rd Nov but nope it wasn’t. I would not recommend signing up or playing and do not deposit money into this casino.

Sat on live chat (no phone number to call, absolute joke) for 4 and a half hours then got kicked out and had to restart from 40th in the queue. Seriously bad. Couldn’t even open an account. Of which I’m now glad. Cheers for nothing Betway. What a joke.

I’m not happy at all with betway and their customer service is non existent. Having made 2 withdrawals last Sunday £109.02 and £100.13 respectively, I still haven’t received them in my account. Despite my previous review on here and them emailing me. I’ve sent latest bank statement showing the 2 withdrawals not being paid and was promised they would look into it. However, in last 3 days I’ve heard nothing, despite sending emails to customer service and uk manager. There is no phone number to call apart from an automated message saying its due to Covid! Contact through the help section on the site just sends robotic messages. I’ve never had this problem before with other sites and needless to say I will take it further if its not resolved soon.

So I have just joined up and made a small withdrawal for £80 which I received within 24 hours. Was a bit sceptical after reading reviews on here. Only things that could be improved is live chat and quicker withdrawals to compete with others.

Good evening..on Sunday the 11/11/2023 I made a withdrawal of 300 of my winnings..I opted for ewallet and noticed no message came through…ever since I have emailed…waiting on the live chat for hours on end…have been give different stories and told to wait till the next day…today I was told that I have changed my number and the winnings went to that number….doesn’t make sense at all…starting to make sense that this is really a scam..

The worst customer support in the entire industry. It is impossible since about a month ago to reach someone on live chat. Twitter support doesn’t do anything after they reply to your initial query. The only way to get support now is by making formal complaints. They also do not credit free bets that they have advertised to customers over email automatically, you have to chase them up and it takes weeks to get a result.

Normally, they’re in my account within 24 hours but the 2 amounts totalling £209 haven’t been received as of today(Wednesday 15th) despite them showing on my withdrawal status as being paid.

Hope Betway get closed down. You offer promotions that you don’t credit I.e players market bet 10 get 5. Your live chat takes everyone to number 1 and you never answer us after holding hours on chat. Or it just cuts off. You have no manned phoneline. You don’t answer emails or if you do you make some 8ULL$HIT up. You are a genuine scamming company and I hope you get deeply looked into and shut down for you actions. I’m sure this will catch up with you Betway it always does.

I won 3 tickets, lost a few, after all this I suppose to have 100£ in my account but I didn’t. I spoke with them 4 times trying to explain, but they don’t want to listen and at one point they close de chat. I ask for a email or a phone call to send all the screen shot whit the tickets from that day. They give me a email, but that email doesn’t work. A very very bat experience betway. I won 75$ wow I’ve been waiting since Nov. 2nd for payment… I contact them and they said my bank is not supported for withdrawals and to change my card method. I never had a problem with withdrawals to my bank with any other online casino!! I reported it to the BBB Ontario Canada. I have screenshots of the whole customer service conversation. I’m waiting to hear from the BBB then I will update this thread.
