Withdrew £200, everything went fine, processed the withdrawal and was waiting for the money to be paid. All of a sudden the tick underneath process completed disappeared, they’re saying the payment failed and are trying again, but hasn’t changed for over 12 hours now. How long does it take to process a withdrawal seriously, it’s £200!, terrible customer service. And the live chat is a shambles, the bot ends the chat whenever it wants and never resolves any issues.

Ok so ….. I did my withdrawal on the 7th of this month .. today is now the 11 th… all I received was a email that went to my spam telling me I need to show proof of owndership for my debit cards I used to deposit ( note….. only one debit card was SUCCESSFULLY used to make a deposit the other two were declined on the app).. i said aight no problem I will send the proof of owndership… proof was sent on the 8th… and I am YET to receive a follow up email… my withdrawal process is still stuck at processing … yet to say processing complete … it is my first time with them and I deposited ALOT !!!! So what the hell is the issue giving me my winnings???? If I had read these reviews before I would have stayed farrrrrr

One problem after another with this site, for 3 days i didn't get the super prize wheel even though I had wagered tried online chat everytime and even now im in position 72! Can't even play my free spins for 2 weeks now on fishin fever as it isn't showing a spin button this company needs closing down! Even with my issue before of me not getting bonus round although I showed proof 12 weeks later they gave me £9 when lets be honest I could have won a hell of alot more than that at £1 a spin!!!

I received yet another email, asking me to change my preferred method of payment, it’s been 3 weeks now, yet still no payment received, I’ve changed my preferred payment method, I’ve done the swift account that they asked for as well…. How can it be possible to deposit on a card that is fully functional, but the same card is invalid when it comes to a withdrawel…. ??? Scamming no good grifters maybe?

Won money and the daily free spin wheel and managed to multiple it a nice bit. Was told to deposit 55€. So i deposited 25 and the limit doubles to 110€. Then i withdrew my 25 so i could put the 55 in on deposit. Boom my bonus went to 0 and the customer service wait times are 1hr +.

Withdrawals are extremely slow. I've moved from processing to processing completed which has the small print "your funds have been sent" but it hasn't moved across to paid, nor do I have the money! I've tried to contact live chat because I'm concerned by alot or the negative reviews on here and as soon as I say hi, I get the chatbot hi message followed by an chat bot error message over and over and over again. Can't get any further and there is no other way to contact them!!! I won't hold my breath for the £300 then based on what I've seen on here. Doubt I'll be using them again to be honest as their withdrawal processing seems ancient.

The customer service team for Betway is non-existent and if you are lucky enough to get a response they send you a message which avoids the actual query you are asking about. When you reply the message is then ignored. I have numerous emails and TP messages with Betway but am no closer to a resolution then when I started last Saturday.I am astonished that a reputable betting company treats its customers in this manner. For what should be a quick fix, they are either avoiding messages or the actual ask. The chatbot is very frustrating and offers no real resolution. I am having the same problem as everyone else. I got an email saying there was a problem with my withdrawal something to do with my card. I chose the same card I deposited with and have followed the steps of making it my preferred option and still no money after 5 days!All emails have been ignored except for one response In a foreign language. Live chat doesn’t have any actual people responding, I’ve spent days trying to get through and been number one in the queue for over 2 hours twice. After 2 and a half hours another message comes up saying you’re next in the queue!Customer service is non existent and I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone now.I haven’t had any problems with them over the years until now and I certainly won’t be giving them any more money until this has been resolved.

I am going to keep this at 5 stars for now as in the past i have had no problems.So i am hoping that what is currently going on is some sort of 'Glitch' in the system that will shortly be remedied.I requested a withdrawal and received an E mail saying that i needed to update my details.I struggled to find how the website allowed me to do so and eventually found a box that allowed me only to update my expiry date which i have done so.Oddly all through this time i was still able to deposit from the same details that apparently needed updating to receive my monies.I also did another deposit and withdrawal to test the system and again received the same E mail saying that i needed to update even though once again the deposit was accepted without issue ?I have requested by multiple E mails an update on the status of my withdrawal requests but sadly received No replys although i still receive regular E mails regarding promotions etc...As an Old school Horse racing enthusiast whom spends a lot of time on the track .I bet in good faith win or lose. Long term customer but had enough. 4 €5 free bets from promotions I didn’t receive over the last couple of weeks. Could never access live chat to rectify it, waiting 9 hours on Monday before they disconnected me. Finally accessed live chat this morning first thing and supplied my bet IDs to show I reached criteria for free bets from the free bet club only to be told no I didn’t when I clearly had. Very infuriating as I met the criteria and have for months and nothing was different this week just a nasty person who didn’t want to help. Another promotion I didn’t receive my bet I asked him about it 6 times before he finally answered me, he said it needed to a minimum odds of 2-1 to get it while my bet was 20-1 and I said that and supplied the ID and he just ignored it again. I honestly think he just trolling me tbh, saying if I was entitled to it I would have it automatically got it which clearly isn’t the case. He didn’t care one bit. So I decided to close my account even though I’m missing out on my free bets as I have never dealt with such nonsense from a company before so thank you for doing me a favour in the long run. Bet settled incorrectly Martin tacinec v Milan fisera. Had about 10 bets that were incorrectly settled but then finally updated(all table tennis). Now its been 3 days and my bets which have won (1-3 correct score to Milan fisera). I keep getting fobbed off and told another 24-48 hours its not hard to see the result and manually settle the bet. Its on the official table tennis websites so its a winner but im being ignored despite usually being great customer service. if this was 365, ladbrokes or PP it would be manually corrected. Bearing in mind I stake a fair few thousand a month its a bit disheartening and tempted to go elsewhere. im sure "eventually" it will get settled and I do understand they had major problems with their bet settlement. Customer service just fobbed me off and when I asked if traders could be informed of the particular match they said no. All this would take is to check the score of the game and for it to be manually adjusted. instead its just nonsense. Hoping that betway can prove me wrong and settle the bet correctly. I've given them all the screenshots off all the websites. The fact I've been paid out on 3rd game winner but not match result and correct score says a lot.

I cannot call you, and when I got through to a person on lice chat they gave me an email that is not working. To cap it off they did not even try to help me. I make a deposit instant transaction.Yet when I withdraw.It goes in to a que to process payment which should be instant but I'm again still waiting for that to be complete and let alone pay me. I have faster payment account. Yet it still takes over 24hrs for funds minimum.Yet on every other site withdrawals are paid instant or with in 2hrs. My first experience with Betway was good until I start wining.They’ve asked to verify my identity i gave my passport at the time and everything worked fine.After my fith withdrawal I start noticed some restrictions an my account( I couldn’t choose some game when imma about to play even do that game was avalaible on other account) Last week I received a notification telling me to verify my identity once again.I gave all the documents they’d asked me for and I still get the yellow band on top of the app asking me to verify my identity.Their chat doesn’t work,i received a foreign message when I contact their support system.What make angry the most is while they block my withdrawal access I still can make a deposit.I was always fair-play, when I lost I take it proudly.So if you don’t like winners try something else because at the end everyone will see what you’re doing.
My first experience with Betway was good until I start wining.They’ve asked to verify my identity i gave my passport at the time and everything worked fine.After my fith withdrawal I start noticed some restrictions an my account( I couldn’t choose some game when imma about to play even do that game was avalaible on other account) Last week I received a notification telling me to verify my identity once again.I gave all the documents they’d asked me for and I still get the yellow band on top of the app asking me to verify my identity.Their chat doesn’t work,i received a foreign message when I contact their support system.What make angry the most is while they block my withdrawal access I still can make a deposit.I was always fair-play, when I lost I take it proudly.So if you don’t like winners try something else because at the end everyone will see what you’re doing.
