This gambling site is as crooked as it gets! Was up 811$ last week and they locked my account and funds disappeared. Their help line is BotsAI which gets you nowhere.Finally got to talk to some one a week later and basically got nowhere. They ask for all sorts of things to ID you and in tbe end tbey will tell you : sorry for the inconvenience! Sorry my ass, you are stealing money and lying about everything! I wish I had read the reviews before signing up! Dont use this sit people they are crooks!Update: Betway responded and asked for specific documents that I will endeavour to provide to them. They confirmed that 745$ are in my old Betway account. I will update once the funds are being deposited in my account. I am hoping that the resolution will be to my satisfaction and I will keep everyone posted. Got to thank Betway support for getting back to me rather quickly!

I have never signed up for betway yet they keep sending me emails on a daily basis with a random username that I have never heard of. It is impossible to unsubscibe as I have no password & they don’t bother sending a link to even get one! I have tried blocking them, but the emails keep on coming.

This is the worst betting site out there it’s not just a saying. They are set up to steal your money. You are able to deposit with a debit/credit card, but you can not withdraw with that same debit card no matter what bank they don’t allow withdraws to debit cards. They are all about taking money . STAYYYY AWAYYY!!!!!

I’m back again after my previous review 3 weeks ago nothing has been done yet, My £2500 haven’t been paid and my account is currently suspended. I don’t mind if my account gets banned but my money needs to be paid. I have now decided to go through the legal process. Betway will try to get you frustrated and eventually give up which in my case will never happen. They always do this silly messages telling you we will get in contact with you is the same old thing send your passport, drivers license and proof of address. Which I have sent over 50 times both in scan and JPEG format nothing has been done. Betway has been sponsored by premier league clubs the biggest scammers and fraud company you will ever come across. Go and bet with Unibet or Skybet this is legit and they are quicker with withdrawal.

Writing another review as I’m just so annoyed with this whole process. Been using Betway for ages now and never any issues with withdrawals or deposits. Since 23rd of December my withdrawal statuses have stated “approved to be released”. Still no signs of these funds being released. Been waiting on live chat for 3 and a half hours and the chat has been stuck on number 5 for 45 mins. If you’re going to use this company, please have the patience of a saint. Shocking altogether

Betway is doing everything it can to not pay me out. I submitted my withdrawal on December 4th. They claimed on chat they reached out to me via email requesting documents. They did not. I submitted documents on December 10th after being instructed to send it to document at betway.com. I followed up a week later and they said that it should have been sent to document at betway.ca. I have proof of the conversation where they gave me the wrong email. It’s now December 26th and they have been reviewing my documents for 9 days and still no payout. I waited on chat for 2 hours and after reaching chat they did nothing to help me, while i was asking them questions they ended the chat. I sent an email to manager at betway.com and still no reply. What is going on here? How can you avoid paying out a customer for OVER A MONTH NOW. This is criminal, don’t use Betway, they owe me a 6 thousand dollar withdrawal and are doing NOTHING to pay me out.

I used more than GBP25 for the week between 16th – 22nd December 2023 which is a requirement by the promotion to be credited GBP10 Freebet. GBP5 was to be credited on Saturday 10am CET, the remainder to be credited Monday 10am CET. I tried contacting the Support on the CHAT, i was the 20th person on the queue, i waited until until it was my turn. They just kept me in the Chat waiting for an agent to talk to me for more than 5 hours now. No one is responding to me. I complained about a similar instance of promotion not being credited and the betway agents not responding when it was my turn a few days back. they ended up crediting me the Bonus. We are back again, i guess there is just no improvement.

I request my withrawal Saturday and got my etransfer Monday. It says on the site that they dont process during weekend and holidays but still got mine this Christmas. I can’t tell that this one is a scam!

So according to the website they paid me on 20th Dec and to allow 1 to 3 days before I receive the money in my account. Its now 24th Dec and still no show.I´ll be taking this case to Resolver first and seek compensation before it goes to the Gambling Commission.

Usually win something on Betway whenever I deposit. Withdrawals are usually in my PayPal account within 12 hours. Great casino in my opinion. Last night I won £1,200 and withdrew it. Was in my PayPal account just after 12pm the following day. Thanks betway!

Have now been waiting 4 days for my withdrawal to be processed. I am all verified and have made a withdrawal before. Live help has a queue of at least 50 and I get told to wait even if you do get through.I notice you replied to the message saying all people complaining are just bad losers / addicts within 5 minutes to thank them? Even though you know this isn’t true and live help is only open till 11pm yet you reply to messages talking badly about your customers within 5 minutes at 6am.Clearly there is a problem so why aren’t you helping people I mean I’m not even sure that review is real who leaves a review to talk bad about other customers they don’t know?

So, despite being sent a holding email from Betway advising me that they will look into my situation… again… I’ve still received nothing back from them for over a week.What is a really simple case. I’m owed approximately £720, and they won’t pay out for reasons unknown. They first didn’t reply at all until I raised the issue on Trustpilot, but now they reply and either miss state the correct situation or don’t respond at all.I have until the start of January before raising the issue with the Gambling Commission. I won’t be able to get a letter of deadlock from a company that doesn’t reply to correspondence, but there’s still time for them to surprise us all. It truly is the most appalling service I have ever received, and really don’t understand how companies like this are able to hold on to your money for no valid reason whatsoever. Worst still, they make up reasons without providing any facts to back up their claims. I will never recommend Betway and advise anyone considering using their services to stay well clear.

I opened a Jackpot City casino (Betway) account yesterday (22.12.23) and deposited £50.00 through my paypal account.I began playing slot games, but very quickly I got an error message and was unable to continue playing.I tried logging in again and got an error message advising me to contact customer services – but in order to do that you need to log in – and my account has been frozen – so I can’t log in!I used the Betway online assistance, and was number 30 in queue, two and a half hours later I was number 6 in queue, after 3 hours I am still number 6 in queue – so it would appear that their assistance is seriously undermanned for the amount of queries they are receivingI have received no correspondence from Jackpot City (or Betway) to advise why my account has been frozen.As I am unable to use the £50.00 I deposited – I would like a full refund of this please.

I have been pumping money into betway for awhile now cause it was a fun way to spend time for a chance to win some money, however I finally decided to make a withdrawal after winning a small $150. I withdrew my winnings on Nov 30 2023, after a few days later on the app it said I had been paid but I wasn’t. Now it is December 21 2023 and I have yet to receive my funds in my account. Betway has the worst customer service of any of the gambling platforms I have ever used as it’s all automated and you can never have you questions answered or be helped out when this happens. It’s frustrating and after months of putting hundreds of dollars into their app I have decided to delete the app and move on from them as I have lost trust.

It would be lower if I could. They are a scam, they take me money straight away when i lose but I won once and they close the account and refuse to pay. You get no emails you have to chase them all the way. I have to send verification multiple times to different emails I had to chase them for. The fact they demand verification without notifying me and waiting for me to contact them is stupid. They are a shambles, I won just over £2k and they shut my account, locked me out and sent me an email saying I’m a terrorist. I spent all of yesterday afternoon on their live chat. 7 hours of my life, I spent 2 hours at number 8 in the queue. I just had to give up eventually. I won’t drop it and I am receiving legal advice on how to proceed. They can ban me for a lucky win but its pointless as I would never be so stupid as to go near them again. Finally they have processed my withdrawal request.After waiting on the live chat yesterday for more than 10hr and not getting anywhere I woke up this morning to another email asking for my ID, POA and POF AGAIN!!! I placed a bet on PDC world darts championship for there to be 2 or more 100+ checkouts in a match. I watched the event live and there were 2 100+ checkouts. I also confirmed this via various internet sites. The bet was settled as lost. I have tried for hours to contact online chat. It keeps you waiting for hours then just freezes when you get near to front of queue. Wont use again.

Its been 6 days since my last review of this betting firm, I have sent them my bank statement to prove account ownership which was done on 13th Dec, approval should only take 24 – 48hr according to there published lead time. It is now 120hr and still no progress been has made on my withdrawal request. They owe me money and they won´t even spend duty of care to process these requests in an acceptable time frame. Absolutely useless. Do not use this firm, I have an account with UniBet and there payout is processed same day or next and then money is in my account instantly upon processing.

Thier aviator is nonsense it was glitching on 16 December 2023. Bet way is cheating?Never play e-soccer. I think they cheating on you. The gamer’s play in 1st half is really good, but in 2nd half if a user bet then gamer’s getting slow and scoring only 1,2goal. That means you cannot win the game if you want to bet on over slot.Ex)1st half : 5goals 2nd half : bet to Over 6.5 —> 1 goal = total 6goals**Finally you lose.It’s same pattern in every single game.I have experienced this matter for a month. I deposited money to my account 3 days ago and it never appeared. I have been waiting in a queue for more than an hour to speak to an agent. In that time I’ve moved from number 28 to 14. Yesterday I waited 3 hours and got nowhere near the top of the queue. I will be contacting the customer service ombudsman on Monday if this is not resolved. They are crooks.

My account was suspended. I do not no why, have tried multiple times to contact you without ever getting a response, the automatic robotic support is useless. It says at end you’ll be connected with live agent, but I have waited for hours without being connected. I would be willing to be put on hold for a long time, but phone calls hang up after telling you to call back or use automated system.

As everyone below says, absolutely horrendous site. I have been experiencing technical issues on their site where I can’t claim the rewards I have paid for, they haven’t done a thing, Customer service does absolutely nothing and refuses to credit my reward that I have paid for and complaint hasn’t been acknowledged. From all the reviews I have read here.. This company need to close.. We never get connected on their live chat.. People waiting for hours and the chat is disconnected.. I can’t find a complaint email address either.. They do this intentionally so you don’t raise any questions.. The live chat is a farce… I have been placing bets recently and many bets are losing by one match and I was supposed to receive free bets when I lose on 1 match.. But I am no longer receiving those free bets.. I am already opt in and qualify for the free bet.. When I try to contact their live chat, even if there are 3 people in the queue, it takes hours of waiting and finally it gets disconnect.. They do this on purpose so that you dont question them and your question remain unanswered and unresolved.. I can say worst betting company..The issue has been resolved.. If you can improve the chat service and recruit more agents to do the job.

Thieves and they know it. No customer service and a generic response to every complaint. There games are clearly FIXED in their favour, can’t get game payout percentage or last accurate payout. I have asked for a copy of my full gameplay for one evening to send to the gambling commission and proof that they have verified me to gamble on their website.
