My account has been closed because I forgot to turn off my vpn, before accessing it , which is my fault , I’ve reached the customer service team to help me access my account. It’s been a day already and no feedback. I have my money in there please

I have been trying to withdraw funds for almost a week I keep getting emails saying unable to pay out funds with instructions to reset payment details which I have done with no success. I have checked with my bank and they have confirmed there are no restrictions on my account. I have not had this issue before and nothing has changed from my end. I have waited for 5 hours this evening on live chat and still not been able to speak with someone. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and would be grateful if someone can assist

I have requested 2 withdrawals. The first one on 20th October hasn’t moved past the second stage. The website says payment to bank cards should take 2 working days. Customer services don’t reply to emails, live chat doesn’t work and the helpline isn’t manned. How are customers supposed to contact betway to get answers?

Have been waiting on my winnings being oaid into my bank account for 3 days now and still don’t have it. Have tried to use the online chat to resolve this but have been on hold for over 7 hours in total as I keep getting cut off.

Genuinely discusted with betway. You have broke our agreement. I bet £10 on your players market at odds over 2.00. You didn’t credit my £5 free bet. I done this on the newcastle game. I went on to live chat at 17.40 I was number 10 from 48 at 20.27 I wouldn’t move from number 10 position in the queue so I ended chat. I want my free bet credited and you need to serve your customers at least 90% quicker. You have Genuinely scammed me and there’s no help available. No email address no phone number. Only live chat that never answers me. I will report this.

I joined betway couple of weeks ago ,I won a bet last Friday 107 £ tried to withdraw 70 £ still haven’t received my withdrawal, then Monday there I won 186 £ withdraw it again and still nothing been paid to my account think this is shocking to say the least supposed to be a reputable company will be going to the gambling commission over this .Update I have done wot you asked me to do but there is no funds in my account to withdraw please advise

I created my account with Betway yesterday put a bet on 5 games that lost and for my surprise I have not been credited with a free bet as welcome offer state. I tried to contact them but was stunned to see there is no customer support whatsoever. Tried to find live chat tried to call the phone provided( answer was due to COVID we have no staff) tried to email and all for nothing. Disappointed

Account was locked for whatever reason. Tried contacting Betway but no response to 100 emails. When I’ve deposited around 20 thousand into this app they had no problem taking it. I had deleted my account and closed it. I then created a new one a week after and deposited 3 thousand. I had withdrawled $5700 and the next morning I tried to log in, and it said my account has been locked and it’s impossible to reach anyone at Betway. Absolute scam. Stole 3k from me.

My account got scammed and it was locked. When I call Betway to unlock they have been giving me problems with documents, since September. Firstly they asked me to send bank statement, ID, selfie with ID. I sent the documents they never came back to me for weeks, I decided to call them they said they want colour copies. I did that then I called them again, they said they will refer the documents to verifications, I must wait for 72 hours. I never got any feedback I called again they said in the selfie pic, the ID is not clear, but there is a ID copy attached. So I’m not happy with BETway at all.

I like betway they are a very good trustworthy site I won 3k and it was paid out within 10 hours can’t fault or complain ❤️. All other payments paid out timely. A lot of choice of games and nice promos too with the weekly rewards and random free spins 🙂

I used to receive my free bets on free bet club but since last Tuesday I can’t access. I was due to the £5 on Saturday and £5 Monday but nothing. I can’t access any promos and listen betway I been on live chat 87 yes 87 times and waited 7 hours yesterday and today and was disconnected 87 times. No complaint number no email to contact. Robbing company and still not been able to contact anyone. They give you one option live chat and was I finally got through they couldn’t answer and disconnected me from chat. Useless disgusting company and I will be closing my account as soon as I get my money back. I’ve told everyone I know and I will make sure anyone I know who uses this company to close down. I withdrew on the 12th october was told to wait until the 23 which usually payment is made within 3 working days its now 24th and all they did was manipulate my broken leg into me being a problem gambler and self excluded me. 3300 has not come my bank messaged me saying no funds have come and to message the people who paid to do a track and trace. they wouldn’t give me a transaction number. I feel completely ripped off because I have been. 3 years I played betway and never has it been like this

Opened account on Saturday and had a £30 losing multiple bet. Placed £30 free sign up bet on Sunday which won. On Monday I was restricted. Shocking!!!Website only average, horse racing nice and easy to navigate but football is very poor if not in one of the top 8 league tabs.Odds lower than many others.Cannot give an appraisal of promotions as only had opportunity to use the sign up offer before ultra fast restriction imposed for the single winner.

Labor Day weekend casino promotion, I played up to the point of scoring the free 200 spins credit +$5 and to this day I have no recieved my promotional credit after messaging them for the past month. I get the same answer that it has been escalated and then nothing, and then I will go back the next weekend and still “it has been escalated and our agents are working on crediting the accounts” – yet its been OVER A MONTH since I won that promotion. and still not credited. I withdrew on the 11th October 2023 it states it was paid 13th Oct 2023. I know citibank Europe plc is where funds come from as its stated on my bank statement from previous withdrawals the funds had been released and it was paid 13th Oct 23. I also know citibanks servers crashed in the weekend but has been up and running. I have never had a problem like this with them before except recently they have been having technical difficulties with the prize wheel etc. promotions team never responded to me even after I made like 4 complaints. I was relying on this money to get into a new house, I have a broken keg now staying in my car. totally messed up situation now they had always been legit. may I add that I broke my leg hence why this is a rare situation for me unable to work means my source of funds are now limited not to mention had to move out because I can’t contend with the flight of stairs so was looking forward to my withdrawal so I could afford the moving costs bit betway rep Nikita twisted my situation. I went through the reviews prior to my requesting a refund, only requested because of the rescinding of my “Welcome Bonus” for not having wagered that amount in the first week. As a matter of principle. I was hoping we could have reached some kind of compromise, but there are “Terms and Conditions”. The lines provided and site in general I had absolutely no issues with.Now, I saw people stated they had issues with withdrawals and I did at first, puzzled by the money not simply being sent back to my account. I then acted upon the turns out quite easy, and available method to me (Interact), where I created an online banking account (this from someone who has never even had a cellphone) and the payment was quickly finalized. Initially, they quickly processed it, but waited for me to provide 1 of their accepted options for repayment as: (1) payment back to the credit card not allowed in my country … (2) “Idebit” not available from the bank here. But, as noted: (3) Interact available, and most surely have online banking (like 99% I am estimating!), so repayment should be as easy for them as it was in the end for me.Also, Betway did e-mail me back each time based on my initial struggles with finalizing the refund, and that was, of course, helpful as well.[Forgot to note: betting with Betway in future defintely an option as my account is still active. Right now focusing on other matters.]

Betway offered a promotion where they would credit you with bet credit up to $200 if your first bet lost. Easy enough. My first bet lost and… no credit.I tried to contract them, but it’s essentially impossible. The chat on the site is a chatbot only with no ability to contact a human. They don’t provide a phone number. When I finally found an e-mail in their terms and conditions to contact, they don’t respond. I’ve been trying for over a month just to get in touch with someone to solve this but it’s basically been impossible.

Lie,lie and lies full of lies how can they tell review belongs to wrong domain I have posted more than 15 review and they have answered to couple of query also. They have to give 5k withdrawal they means betway asked me to submit documents and told after reviewing from operation team we will release your money and when ever I submitted to documents they lied that please re submit documents and same thing was repeated for 1 month finally the closed my account. I have been using betway since almost an year, and my username is ‘Srinidhiyadav’ and since one year the services were all good and I use to get withdrawals on time. But I dont know what happened since august 28th, as I have withdrawn 23000 INR since 28th Aug 2023 several times of 5000+5000+8000+5000 INR till now and all my withdrawals since then were kept on hold and its not my winning money also, its just deposits which were left over after losing some money with their odds.After following some hundreds of times via mail and chatbox my account is blocked without any reason and I only have access to their stupid mailbox which I wont get reply immediately, and if at all i get reply also same old verification message which says “your docs have been recieved and our verification process will take 24 hrs to complete” this same old message Iam getting everytime I reply them. they have asked for utility bill, address & ID proof and all bank statements and everything, since one month and I had sent them all the docs properly but still there is no response and they are not showing any interest to complete their stupid verification and process my hard earned money. The withdrawal system is appalling. Ive won numerous times and payment times differ everytime. I purposely use a fast visa card that should pay out in 12 hours funds have been released. But still no sign of money over 14 hours later. There is no way of contact and all emails ignored. Disgusting service when eventually I receive payment ill be closing account. Quicker to send a cheque
