Absolutely 20 years behind in terms of system, withdrawal method is shocking, terrible website, I’ve spent thousands of pounds and never ever received a single free bet or bonus, customer service is no existent THERE IS NO LIVE CHAT, emails never answered, no phone number to ring, avoid at all costs.

Point blank just refuse to pay out my withdrawal, they just pass you off constantly and everytime you speak to a agent they tell you a different story there a disgrace of a company. Take you’re business elsewhere because you will not receive a withdrawal. I plan on looking into legal action against the company

i attempted to make a withdrawal of £118. but i got a message saying the minimum withdrawal was £800 !! i contacted Betway, and they said their operations team had done this, and it couldn’t be reversed. So basically they’re trying to get people to gamble away their withdrawals, to try and reach £800, in order to get their winnings back. Betway made no attempt to apologise or admit it was a “mistake”, until i complained. Anyone else had anything similar? I’m sure the gambling commission will love this one….!

Closed my account with them couldn’t take the facts that they change rules every second tried to place a £10 bet I put it in as 100 by mistake. Try to cancel it there’s no way you can do it like other companies where you can cash out and lose a little bit of your stakethey just absolute crooks and besides, never getting through to them. When you do, they are the most unintelligent thick people that I’ve ever spoken to, where did they find these people? Apparently I think they’re in Malta but generally Maltese people aren’t that stupid. Maybe they’re just using school leavers with no ECGs or they only pay them €2 an hour be wary of this company

Closed my account whilst I was playing on slots! Horrible experience, inexistent customer service, I’m waiting for them to refund my money. If you’re having problems with refunds, open a complaint with RESOLVER! I’ve done it before with exact same company, good job never trusted to play higher amounts.

This company is a disgrace. Apparently if you deposit with a different name on the card and account they will not return deposits but as you can imagine you wouldn’t receive a withdrawal because they would claim the above is against there rules if you won money. Tried to withdraw and had to send proof of ownership of the card and account that I was using even though they were happy to accept over 300 euro in deposits but there’s a problem when withdrawing. Avoid this company at All costs.

Awful customer service. Sent me a text saying i had a £5 free bet for my birthday, could not find or use it. attempted several times to use the chat support facility to sort it- as no other option. no email, no support contact number. can’t even speak to a real human. they are not interested. avoid.

This website and company are a absolute scam!!! All there gaming is rigged and there customer support it’s appalling. Had a friend deposit money into a account that used the wrong card with a different name and they took his winnings. I did the same thing by mistake and now they won’t return my deposits. First, offered me the wrong welcome offer. Then excluded me from the welcome promotion without a notification. Operator on chat said I was definitely eligible, I stake and then no bonus was credited. Next operator was completely unhelpful and just kept stating I was excluded. Terrible service, will take your money.

Some Betway winning bets are not being added to my account. This has happened twice in the past 3 weeks. I want each and every Indian to complaint against betway to Malta Gambling Authority. Just type in Google MALTA GAMBLING AUTHORITY and you can complaint directly on their website. They have the right to cancel betway lincense across the world. Kindly mention everything in detail with your username. How much money betway isn’t giving you back. From how many days they are not responding to emails. You guys can directly complaint at Independent Betting Adjudication Service ( IBAS) and Remote Gambling Association ( RGA). Tried to withdraw funds, they asked me to Reverify account which I did, they then asked for the same details again. The link to this expired as I was on holiday, came back to a closed account and confiscated funds with no explanation as to why. Received 0 communication during this I had to chase up on live chat every single time. Sent an official complaint but this was met with the same reasoning. Then was sent loads of emails months later from them asking me to come on live chat as they wanted ‘clarity’ on what happened. Joke company.
