Deposits didn’t go through so after 5 working days i still haven’t been able to reach someone on Betway assistance up to 5 hours at a time goes well from position 55th down to the top 10th in queue then i’ve been in 1st or 2nd position for over 2 hours. absolute joke of a site after my card issuer had explained the monies were taken from my account correspond with the deposit times.

I emailed betway regarding an unprocessed withdrawal they havent replied and i have sent them tons of emails that were never replied to . I even pleaded with them to make the withdrawn funds appear in my account so that i can bet but nothing has come. This firm is not even top notch compare it to bet365 they are light years behind,,, they cant level up like other firms like 1xbet

Dont trust this company!! Have confiscated my winnings saying I have broken the term and conditions saying my bank account is a 3rd part account it is not so they had no reason to withhold and confiscate anything!!

Been a customer with betway for a few years now however the withdrawal process is getting worse. Im waiting on 125gbp which i requested over 2 days ago. By the end of the first day the message on my account said processing complete however i never received my funds. Now the withdrawal is back to processing. Tried live chat and sat for over 2 hours waiting to be spoken to before i got fed up. Im a regular gambler with several companies and betway are lagging behind their rivals now.

Awful experience thus far trying to unlock my account … Live Chat is useless waiting in queue multiple times for more than an hour before it just disconnects … Was promised a call when I finally got through to someone but have yet to hear anything back.

A real pain to sign up! They send your emails to a certain email address with promo then tell you you can’t use the promo. $50 got me 6 cents one time. One game ( I always play everywhere) 25 spins with absolutely no hits . Not one😈 horrible. MI’m fine çdß

Placed a bet on cricket game; Sialkot Region Total runs – 15overs) over 135.5 &1/3 stake 172.05. They scored 151/3 A CLEAR WINNER but they claim the match was not 80% complete despite this market for the total runs in innings was fully completed. This is not a match betting market which I could understand. A total fraud and goes against their very own betting rules. Ref: ZSCH-VRQY-T29Q-F9F4Let’s hope someone with a brain can look into this

Well after waiting for over a month for my 75$ I logged in today to find it just disappeared…so they basically stole my money. By the way when they come on here and say “please answer our emails “ they didn’t send! This site is criminal and should be investigated and shut down!!

So far an alright experience, awaiting a withdrawal to be “processed” with seems to take longer than most companies. Maybe its because I am a new customer, but feel this should be made more clearer with perhaps a pop up advising of estimated time for funds to be sent to your account. After all, the deposit was instant, so need to improve withdrawal waits.

Been trying to get my winnings there is no proper customer service protocols.I think I just got scammed.They also attempted to take money from my account luckily I declined and contacted Paybilt who also confirmed the attempt to withdraw from my account and have no record of the company attempting returning my winnings (Canada)

Avoid avoid avoid scammers!!!! Take a look through negative reviews as we are all having the the exact same thing happen in regards problem with card coincidence I think not!! The issue that I have experienced was: I opened an account at Jackpot City which is part of the Betway group on the 15th of November2023Made a £10 deposit Via Paypal which was accepted. I was then immediately blocked from the account.After contacting Betway I was asked to send proof of Address with a utility bill and proof of identity with my Driving licence. I sent the documents and heard nothing. After a few days I sent an email asking what was happening and was told to sent the documents again. I was then asked to sent a third even though they acknowledged receiving them before. Still not received my winnings from 13th November but it says paid on my account shocking customer service my account was verified just 2 minutes before withdrawal yet they say they need to verify again just a clever ploy to not pay the winnings so I needed to prove the card belongs to me and to send bank statement which I have done. Betway I have sent more than enough proof pay me my winnings!!!! Take a look at other reviews before spending money with betway im just one of thousands of people they have not paid…

So… following on from the last post… Betway have claimed that the money was paid into their account with a card not in my name. This is factually incorrect and I have asked for the money to be refunded. I had the email from them last Thursday, and replied instantly. As usual, been waiting for nearly a week with no response and no ETA on when I can expect a reply. It’s the worst case of a betting company not wishing to pay someone their rightful winnings and I’m still out of pocket by over £700. I’ll be raising the issue with the gambling commission if I don’t receive an acceptable response to my official complaint raised on the 10/11/2023. Terrible service.

Beware of the bonus they give you on the deposit. If I would have read the rules closer I would have chose not to accept it. I deposited $100 and they matched it. Fantastic… Not if you win. Apparently half the money you win is theirs unless you bet 40-50 times the amount you deposited within 7 days. I didn’t see the 7 day deadline and lost $600. It just magically disappeared after 7 days. It’s too bad because other than that I thought it was pretty good but that clause in their agreement is a little sneaky in my opinion. I withdrew what was left and will never use them again

A bet has been settled incorrectly. I tried many times to contact support by the only means, live chat, but always end up near 50 in the queue, then get closer and then disconnected. Live chat is the only way of getting in contact if you are lucky. I would like the bet settled correctly.

This company should be illegal. Shouldn’t be allowed to take my money from me straight after depositing it to my account. I opened my account last week and the 3rd time depositing they blocked me out my account so left without an account plus £20😡 Can’t imagine if this has happened to someone who has deposited a lot more money. Also tried contacting customer service 10000 times and the one time I got through I got told to look at section 7 in terms and conditions. No help at all. Not a good service at all.

It’s been 3 days since I opened an account with them, I deposited up to £200 and so far I haven’t received any acca sport welcome bonus or anything else. I made dozens of tickets and I still haven’t received anything. When I tried to chat with an operator, they closed the option to talk to the operator, send me back to the menu or say that’s all. I don’t understand why football clubs advertise on a site with such a bad review? This site should be closed! Everything is a lie, all bonuses are lies just to attract customers.

Well well well, I have to admit, I was scared to death reading the reviews AFTER I have registered and sent money. I’m a blackjack player, and betway, is the real deal, I have made 700$ this week, I requested at withdraw on Nov. 21, and I received today Nov. 24th. No withdraws issue at all.I would give a 5 stars but the big issue here is to contact support.I’ve managed to speak to a real person on the live chat but It was tricky.Monique is her name. Very professional, answered all my questions.They really need to fix their way to contact support. Otherwise, great platform, I definitely recommend it.

AVIOD AT ALL COST! still not recived my winnings from November 13th my account was verified minutes before the withdrawal I know this as got an email saying so. and now they are saying I need to verify again and they are well within there right to do so 😡just a convenient way for them to not pay you. They said I needed to prove that the bank account belongs to me which I have done and still not payed me I’ve sent in multiple pfds of proof that the name on account matches all other documents. I recommend 32 red or paddy power excellent customer service and quick no fuss withdrawals. I’ve seen hundreds of bad reviews recently all saying the same thing so it’s not just a one off or glitch they are withholding our money BETWAY PAY US OUR WINNINGS! Also I’d advise everyone report to the gambling commission asap.

Betway has stopped operations from India on October 1st, 2023…Now they are not refunding the Account balance amount. Nobody is responding to mail sent and we cannot even get chat support from India.Betway is least bothered about their customers

I have an account with Betway, and up to now I am awaiting a refund of my winnings totalling over £700. The refund was requested over 3 weeks ago, and nothing has been refunded to date. Appalling service with no way of contacting them other than a complaint process which takes over a month to get a response. Terrible service.

I’m so upset about my experience with Betway. I signed up, was verified, deposited a few thousand pounds and won a couple thousand more. When I tried to withdraw a thousand, I was sent an email saying I needed to do another verification. The link didn’t work properly for me, and then without any notification my account was closed. A week later I still haven’t received any response or my money back, even after sending emails asking what they need from me in order to pay out my money. I need it to pay my bills, and I can’t believe they are withholding it without any reason or communication.Update: all I have received from BetWay is this vague response: “We’ve reviewed your account and found that the actions taken were in accordance with our Terms and Conditions which you agreed to when signing up. Specifically, term 7.”What does that mean?? Why has my account been closed without any explanation, and why are they withholding my money? I really just want this awful experience to be over, have my funds paid, and not use Betway ever again.

I am dismayed and shocked at how Betway treats and supports it’s customers.I have numerous emails which are now being ignored and when I chased up on the latest email I received an generic reply back stating this mailbox is no longer monitored.Also, TP reviewers/readers, if you scroll down the list of reviews (virtually all complaining), you can see Betway do not reply to all of the reviews. I fear I am now being screened because I have a legitimate case for my winnings to be paid out (my last 3 reviews have been ignored). Betway avoid every opportunity to resolve my case, coming up with a new excuse each time. The latest was to say my bet was ineligible for FPP because it was a Boost bet and not Win Only but the Betway Boost Terms & Conditions state different. Either Betway are incompetent and don’t know their own T&C’s or they just don’t want to refund me the winnings (£433.33).I first raised my issue on 3/11 regarding a horse race on 31/10. I placed a Betway Boost Bet on Tuesday 31st October (4.45pm @ Newcastle). The horse I backed (Enpassant @100/30) finished First Past the Post (FPP) but was demoted to 2nd by the Stewards. Still not been giving my spins what an abouslute joke! Told me they gave me spins on a game that doesn’t exist. Having read all these horrible reviews I was really really in fear of not getting my withdrawal….especially having just joined the site….but I have to say I was lucky enough to hit a very good win on 17th of November and although my pending withdrawal stayed at processing for a few days ….as soon as it went to paid it was in my bank account 🙃 so I have no complaints!….just thought I would let people know that my experience was a good one

Following on from my previous reviews, I’ve given another star as betway have paid my withdrawals into my account today. I thank them for that however, their customer service is pretty non existent. It shouldn’t take 10 days to sort it, and furthermore not knowing what was going on. Some email reply or phone call explaining why the withdrawals failed to arrive in my bank, whether it was a glitch or mistake their end?. Obviously, I’m satisfied I’ve got my money back but very wary of using betway again if or not I do. I will add that this was the 1st time I’ve had a problem in the month or so that I’ve been a betway customer.

SHAME ON YOU. I withdrew £133.50 on 14/11/23. Having not received this I contacted Betway to be given a ATN and told to give this to my bank. Of course my bank say this number is useless as Betway have NOT made any payment. So I then ask Betway to provide me with a bank statement as proof they have paid me. They respond that they are not ‘privy to this information.’ Very convenient! They then ask me to get a letter from my bank on headed paper confirming non receipt of payment and other information. Are Betway going bankrupt?

I went onto betway 3 weeks ago and played their free game “wheel of millions” and gained 10 free spins. After completing the spins there was a 165 euro less in my account. I logged this on their live chat (took a couple of minutes) and the lady who dealt with it sent me an email with betway support ref number. In the period of 3 weeks i have sent numerous email (no replies) and the one time i managed to get a response from live chat i was told to wait until emailed!!!Now if I log on to livechat i join a queue which times out at the end of the day! The transaction logs are on site. Is this company about to go bust??

Shame there isn’t an option for no stars I will continue to write this honest and bad review everyday if I have to until I receive my winnings. Sick of betways constant lies and excuses I recommend 32 red much better and outstanding customer service. Seems like a lot of people have not received there winnings this company cannot be trusted using the same rubbish excuses for us all. Or just say they will look on your account and get back to you this is complete LIES!!! Impossible to get hold of anyone via live chat email oh and they have disabled their phone line how convenient. This company is possibly fraudulent at this stage engaging in theft of funds. Account closed with no reason given and deposited funds still stolen at present, i tried to sort it out Taken from somebody else but exact same experience. Betway Chatbot is unhelpful.If you do manage to get into a queue to speak to a person there are usually well over 50 people on the queue and if you do get close (got down to 2nd once) to speak/text someone, the chat is then disabled/dropped.Betway EmailIf you do get a response via email from Betway, it is a 1-off email.
