I was banned from this casino without no reason and the crazy thing is that I didn’t receive any messages or emails saying that I’m banned fro this site..nothing at all, second day login in go to deposits and deposited 10£ all good, when I tried to open different games it didn’t let me play none of them as I was banned but interesting thing is YOU CAN DEPOSIT WHEN YOU BANNED BUT YOU CANT PLAY OR CASH OUT. After using betway.com for a year , they’ve just BANNED my account even thought I have not violated any of their rules.When I asked the gentlemen who called me from betway why my account was banned , he said because Im spending more time than usual on their website and demanded an answer to his question which is If I could afford loose more… It was my biggest mistake to choose betway over other websites , I should have done my research before signing up with betway. This was the biggest mistake I have ever made.

I deposited $100 on Sept 15th and my account was immediiately locked out. I have been on live chat over 10 times, they confirmed they have my money, and was instructed to email my ID and bank statement to their support team, which I did and have seen nothing, and they have not answered my numerous email attempts. They basically stole my money. I will never use this site again and am going to report them.

Definitely one of those worst rtp I have played many casinos and this is the worst by far over 1000$ in 50$ deposits over thr last 6 months and not a single tome did I get a balance over 100$ this is untra rare and makes me think they are rigging the pay outs. Casino rewards, leovegas, and 888casino are much better please use them.

Please do not use betway they are frauds and you won’t get your money back and if you ask or mail for it your account will be blocked they will take all of your information and block your account,I with my friends have expirenced it,kindly do not login to betway. I’ve been dealing with this issue where they offered an tournament on 23-09-04 and with the score that i’ve obtained, I should have won. On the 23-09-05 i contacted them to see what happened with my winning and they told me they have issues with recognition of the tournaments. I was told that they would get back to me about it. We are now the 23-09-26 and still nothing. But yet they have a new range of the same tournaments that i should have won that started again this weekend. When I contact their chat, I get nothing, just an hold. I never get an agent and it just freezes until the chat is disable when it closes. Either I’m blocked or their chat is bugged

I will be happy if Betway can say to me that we will not give you withdrawal under any condition. The Betway chat executive asked me to create a police complaint and ask the police to come on live chat. This how even possible that a policeman will come to chat with you. I have created a police complaint but I know the police will not help. I can definitely tell that everytime I make a deposit, that it’s going to go…and betway will definitely take it all. Nobody cashes out for being $5 or $10 up…but it definitely disappears tho. Such a horrible website to bet.I have used many websites in the past and I strongly believe they are the worst of all. I made a withdrawal request 3 days ago and whenever I reached out to get the status update, I was told by many agents that my withdrawl should get processed within 24-48 hours. The withdrawals from the 12th of September never arrived, it kept showing that it was still being processed, I queued up every day to contact customer service, and the customer service said the same thing with the robots it didn’t help at all. I just want my money back now, betway owe me over 400 pounds. In just one week I have had two problems, one with deposits not updating me and one with withdrawals not updating me. This site is a really bad experience and I don’t even want to give it one star. I need a quick and effective resolution not a perfunctory apology.

This is even the biggest scam that has happened to me. someone changed my account email on Betway and Betway never notified me about this. My withdrawal is pending, my account is locked, and how it’s even possible that they changed my email address without notifying me on my registered email.

My withdrawal has been pending since August 24, in their system they will notify you that your money has been paid to your wallet , mean while the withdrawal is canceled internally from their site, if you write customer service of betway, they will ask you to contact the merchant customer service to provide statements of account with proof that withdrawal has not been received, total waste of time. So I won 5k on a ufc event and when I asked to withdraw, I provided all my information, bank details, ID proofs etc. then a week of no response and they lock my account for no reason. And when I go to customer support they put me in a queue that never ends. Lucky for me my father’s a member of the legislative assembly in my state. Don’t use this company, honestly just a scam. Stick to the big boys like William hill and sky vegas. I created an account with them after seeing so many adverts. £1700 scammed from me been betting with betway for months but as soon as I win some money and try to withdraw they say my card isn’t verified and ask me to send a bank statement with my card number on to which my bank do not do for security reasons. After telling them this over and over again they will not release my funds so basically I have been scammed. Please avoid at all costs!!!!!
