Over 8 days now still no response regarding withdrawal , error messages every time try make contact , this site should be closed if not being run in a fit and proper manner still very disappointed

I’ve only ever made a deposit a hand full of times and each time has been hell dealing with them. Currently have my most recent one taken from my bank account but not into my Betway. When I asked the support team they told me to send my info to an email, I did. I then revived an email back saying that this address is no longer in use. Never seen such a gongshow of an operation. Definitely won’t be using this service again.

This is an update from previous review. Money was not paid into my account and after a negative review Betway contacted me via private message.They said money HAD been paid, it must be down to the bank and provided me with an ARN number.Bank said nothing showing up and to contact Betway again!!!That’s all well and good but you cannot contact Betway because they have no phone number, refuse to answer emails and live chat? Don’t make me laugh!Betway get your finger out and get this sorted. Me and all the other thousands of bad reviews cannot be all wrong. The amount I am owed is tiny but I want it and you are doing nothing about it.I will take this as far as possible I promise you that. Your customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered and you shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it. I’m only asking for what is rightly mine and I would appreciate your attention in getting this sorted.Take a step back Betway and look at the comments. Why on earth would you allow this to continue? Sooner or later you will pay the price, hopefully to all the customers who have been fleeced and ignored!If I can I will write a negative review every day until my issue is resolved.Over to you.

Still no response from Betway regarding 2 withdrawals on 12th November not received. Bank statement sent and confirmed received by Betway and heard nothing since. Reading others reviews it appears I’m not the only 1 (re Bridie below). Come on Betway, do the right thing please and send us our money!

Don’t use this site!! Used for the first time never again I have not recived my 170 pound winnings impossible to get hold of anyone I have sent documents they have asked for and still nothing.

If I could score these people a minus score I gladly would. I don’t even know where to begin! Firstly you can’t call them to speak one on one with a customer agent, secondly when you try to connect through their chat link, you get placed into a queue. You’re in position 40 for example and wait for 2 to 3 hours to get to position 10 just when you’re thinking finally someone will so attend to you, you’re logged out due to an unusual long wait time!!! You then log back in and you’re now in position 90. Again you wait for another 2 to 3 hours and you’re now down to position 8. What then happens? If course you’re logged out again because of a unusual long wait time!!!! You make a deposit with your own bank card, play whatever it is you have played, make a withdrawal and the next thing you receive an email saying there’s a problem with your deposit contact customer services. You know what’s going to happen next don’t you? A cycle that keeps repeating itself!!! Companies like Betway should be banned from operating. If you cannot contact a company over the phone, then they have no right to operate as a business that deals with people!!! A very rubbish and useless company not fit for purpose.

Why Betway don’t try and improve is a mystery. Nobody will use them when they are so far behind everyone else.technology today and it still takes them several days to process a withdrawal if at all is laughable. Won’t survive long with the current competition I would certainly never use them again

– Allowed me to sign up, no issues.- Allowed me to deposit £50 (for the 100% matched deposit bonus, but did not give me the £50 bonus.- 2 minutes after depositing £50, completely locked me out of my account telling me to contact customer services.- Took me 2 days, several attempts and total wait times of around 9 hours to get through to live chat (see other reviews, its a common theme).- Cust services told me to email my docs to betway verification. Did this, its now been 3 days and still locked out of my account.In a nutshell, they let me sign up, took my £50 deposit, and now I can’t get through to live chat and no-one responds to emails.Absolute sham. Have never seen a betting company act like this before and make it so difficult for customers. I thought Betway was a big name – not some part time scam bookie.Giving them til tomorrow morning to unlock my account or going to the ombudsman to retrieve my original deposit plus compensation for the effort and personal time I’ve spent trying to resolve this.

I managed to get 200.50 once then 100 the second, I withdrew the 200.50 on Friday that 10th and it said it was successful but haven’t got it at all. I withdrew the 100 Saturday the 11th and I got that the same night but still no sign off the 200.50!! I spoke with support many times, I even had to wait 4 hours once for them to say oh yeah keep waiting, then they tell me 1 day ago that the money was paid and they provided me with a ARN number but the bank says that they haven’t received anything of that so I’ve been scammed by them, live support are useless!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Would leave no star. I’ve been playing at betway for while. Recently have been having issues just little ones but now I actually want to close my acc and try get my situation sorted via someone who can actually help. I withdrew $850 and have not received it. Prob is I don’t know why as I’ve withdrawn before and no problems and my details have not changed. I spent hours every nite for a week b4 I could finally get a live chat agent to help. They said do few things and i did. I got email saying they got everything and will contact me if need anything else. Have not heard val since this is been 3weeks now. I have no hope this will be sorted and feel rather ripped off. I won’t put money Into a casino that won’t pay out and won’t even contact its players let alone sort anything out. I think an official complaint thru the right channels would b a faster easier way than having to tey deal with betway. My acc is showing my withdrawl was paid on 3rd Nov but nope it wasn’t. I would not recommend signing up or playing and do not deposit money into this casino.

Sat on live chat (no phone number to call, absolute joke) for 4 and a half hours then got kicked out and had to restart from 40th in the queue. Seriously bad. Couldn’t even open an account. Of which I’m now glad. Cheers for nothing Betway. What a joke.

I’m not happy at all with betway and their customer service is non existent. Having made 2 withdrawals last Sunday £109.02 and £100.13 respectively, I still haven’t received them in my account. Despite my previous review on here and them emailing me. I’ve sent latest bank statement showing the 2 withdrawals not being paid and was promised they would look into it. However, in last 3 days I’ve heard nothing, despite sending emails to customer service and uk manager. There is no phone number to call apart from an automated message saying its due to Covid! Contact through the help section on the site just sends robotic messages. I’ve never had this problem before with other sites and needless to say I will take it further if its not resolved soon.

Made a withdrawal that hasn’t been paid. Called their number. Doesn’t work. Emailed them.isn’t monitored. Went on live chat. Totally useless !!Have been a member for years, first time of a problem and totally let down. Did a £700 withdrawl on 12/11/23, says they have paid out but I have received nothing. Impossible to get through on the live chat, wait times of 2 hours+ and still not through.Absolute disgrace

So I have just joined up and made a small withdrawal for £80 which I received within 24 hours. Was a bit sceptical after reading reviews on here. Only things that could be improved is live chat and quicker withdrawals to compete with others.

Good evening..on Sunday the 11/11/2023 I made a withdrawal of 300 of my winnings..I opted for ewallet and noticed no message came through…ever since I have emailed…waiting on the live chat for hours on end…have been give different stories and told to wait till the next day…today I was told that I have changed my number and the winnings went to that number….doesn’t make sense at all…starting to make sense that this is really a scam..

The worst customer support in the entire industry. It is impossible since about a month ago to reach someone on live chat. Twitter support doesn’t do anything after they reply to your initial query. The only way to get support now is by making formal complaints. They also do not credit free bets that they have advertised to customers over email automatically, you have to chase them up and it takes weeks to get a result.

User name Brightonboy1 My withdrawals on Sunday 12th November have not shown in my bank which is 1st time its happened with betway. Normally, they’re in my account within 24 hours but the 2 amounts totalling £209 haven’t been received as of today(Wednesday 15th) despite them showing on my withdrawal status as being paid.

Hope Betway get closed down. You offer promotions that you don’t credit I.e players market bet 10 get 5. Your live chat takes everyone to number 1 and you never answer us after holding hours on chat. Or it just cuts off. You have no manned phoneline. You don’t answer emails or if you do you make some 8ULL$HIT up. You are a genuine scamming company and I hope you get deeply looked into and shut down for you actions. I’m sure this will catch up with you Betway it always does.

I won 3 tickets, lost a few, after all this I suppose to have 100£ in my account but I didn’t. I spoke with them 4 times trying to explain, but they don’t want to listen and at one point they close de chat. I ask for a email or a phone call to send all the screen shot whit the tickets from that day. They give me a email, but that email doesn’t work. A very very bat experience betway. I requested a withdrawal in October but they wont process it to the card I deposited with. Cannot get hold of these people as a useless chat bot. No customer service whatsoever and email to support does not get read. Maybe one of endless negative comments on this will trigger a response from them

I won 75$ wow I’ve been waiting since Nov. 2nd for payment… I contact them and they said my bank is not supported for withdrawals and to change my card method. I never had a problem with withdrawals to my bank with any other online casino!! I reported it to the BBB Ontario Canada. I have screenshots of the whole customer service conversation. I’m waiting to hear from the BBB then I will update this thread.

My first experience with Betway was good until I start wining.They’ve asked to verify my identity i gave my passport at the time and everything worked fine.After my fith withdrawal I start noticed some restrictions an my account( I couldn’t choose some game when imma about to play even do that game was avalaible on other account) Last week I received a notification telling me to verify my identity once again.I gave all the documents they’d asked me for and I still get the yellow band on top of the app asking me to verify my identity.Their chat doesn’t work,i received a foreign message when I contact their support system.What make angry the most is while they block my withdrawal access I still can make a deposit.I was always fair-play, when I lost I take it proudly.So if you don’t like winners try something else because at the end everyone will see what you’re doing.

Withdrew £200, everything went fine, processed the withdrawal and was waiting for the money to be paid. All of a sudden the tick underneath process completed disappeared, they’re saying the payment failed and are trying again, but hasn’t changed for over 12 hours now. How long does it take to process a withdrawal seriously, it’s £200!, terrible customer service. And the live chat is a shambles, the bot ends the chat whenever it wants and never resolves any issues.

Ok so ….. I did my withdrawal on the 7th of this month .. today is now the 11 th… all I received was a email that went to my spam telling me I need to show proof of owndership for my debit cards I used to deposit ( note….. only one debit card was SUCCESSFULLY used to make a deposit the other two were declined on the app).. i said aight no problem I will send the proof of owndership… proof was sent on the 8th… and I am YET to receive a follow up email… my withdrawal process is still stuck at processing … yet to say processing complete … it is my first time with them and I deposited ALOT !!!! One problem after another with this site, for 3 days i didn’t get the super prize wheel even though I had wagered tried online chat everytime and even now im in position 72! Can’t even play my free spins for 2 weeks now on fishin fever as it isn’t showing a spin button this company needs closing down! I received yet another email, asking me to change my preferred method of payment, it’s been 3 weeks now, yet still no payment received, I’ve changed my preferred payment method, I’ve done the swift account that they asked for as well…. Won money and the daily free spin wheel and managed to multiple it a nice bit. Was told to deposit 55€. So i deposited 25 and the limit doubles to 110€. Then i withdrew my 25 so i could put the 55 in on deposit. Boom my bonus went to 0 and the customer service wait times are 1hr +.

Used betway for a while and its an alright betting app. But now I have to move off the app because of their poor customer service (online bot instead of person). I contacted them because I made NBA bets that I won, but the betway app said I lost and took my money. Im still waiting in queue for a resolution to this.

Still no feedback still no money!! I have sent everything bills bank statement passport driving license!bank cards. DVLA letters with name address on. I have been waiting from the 20/10)23!! Avoid! I don’t know how they sleep at night! They just use the / the other department is looking into it! After sending my complaint to betway about not receiving my withdrawls from 19th October and being asked by betway to update my preferred withdrawl method which I did…they have now sent me this reply which I’m now posting to warn anyone how betway deal with a complaint,,, they want me to open a bank account with SWIFT and then they might be able to resolve this… IS THERE A HUMAN DEALING WITH COMPLAINTS AT BETWAY BECAUSE IF YOU ARE THEN I SERIOUSLY QUESTION HOW YOUR RESPONDING…

Withdrawals are extremely slow. I’ve moved from processing to processing completed which has the small print “your funds have been sent” but it hasn’t moved across to paid, nor do I have the money! I’ve tried to contact live chat because I’m concerned by alot or the negative reviews on here and as soon as I say hi, I get the chatbot hi message followed by an chat bot error message over and over and over again. Can’t get any further and there is no other way to contact them!!! I won’t hold my breath for the £300 then based on what I’ve seen on here. Doubt I’ll be using them again to be honest as their withdrawal processing seems ancient.
