I am having the same problem as everyone else. I got an email saying there was a problem with my withdrawal something to do with my card. I chose the same card I deposited with and have followed the steps of making it my preferred option and still no money after 5 days!All emails have been ignored except for one response In a foreign language. Live chat doesn’t have any actual people responding, I’ve spent days trying to get through and been number one in the queue for over 2 hours twice. After 2 and a half hours another message comes up saying you’re next in the queue!Customer service is non existent and I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone now.I haven’t had any problems with them over the years until now and I certainly won’t be giving them any more money until this has been resolved.

I got on the website because of the promo and decided to try it out. I registered and met the conditions of staking 10 quid but the free spins was nowhere to be found. Worse still is there's no sure way to contact them as you have on the live chat for hours on end and still won't get to speak with anyone. Chatted them on X and told to wait for update. Reading through the feedback some of the things that customers have issues with should be reported as crimes !My issue is rather minor in comparison get the people their money F.F.S some are owed thousands.Vey bad slow sluggish website that crashes a lot with a free spins wheel that was blatantly rigged to land on 1 free spin everytime.You make millions talk about push the boat out chaps you tight gits !

I am going to keep this at 5 stars for now as in the past i have had no problems.So i am hoping that what is currently going on is some sort of 'Glitch' in the system that will shortly be remedied.I requested a withdrawal and received an E mail saying that i needed to update my details.I struggled to find how the website allowed me to do so and eventually found a box that allowed me only to update my expiry date which i have done so.Oddly all through this time i was still able to deposit from the same details that apparently needed updating to receive my monies.I also did another deposit and withdrawal to test the system and again received the same E mail saying that i needed to update even though once again the deposit was accepted without issue ?I have requested by multiple E mails an update on the status of my withdrawal requests but sadly received No replys although i still receive regular E mails regarding promotions etc...As an Old school Horse racing enthusiast whom spends a lot of time on the track .I bet in good faith win or lose. So Betway can you kindly answer if you have had a 'Glitch'?,Change of leadership ? Change of policy regarding withdrawals ? I tried to withdraw some money over 2 weeks ago. I keep getting generic emails about changing payment methods - given them 2 bank accounts and the original bank card but still nothing. You can't speak with anyone - I spent 9 hours in a livechat queue and then got cut off. I have tried resolver but no progress. Avoid.

I had a email from betway stating the problem was my card but it's not as partner works for bank..further more they send a long winded message and end with hope this answers my problem... This was 3 days ago and not heard anything back. Sent countless emails with no response. I now have no account and they’ve taken my £100. Absolutely shocking customer service. Long term customer but had enough. 4 €5 free bets from promotions I didn’t receive over the last couple of weeks. Could never access live chat to rectify it, waiting 9 hours on Monday before they disconnected me. Finally accessed live chat this morning first thing and supplied my bet IDs to show I reached criteria for free bets from the free bet club only to be told no I didn’t when I clearly had. Very infuriating as I met the criteria and have for months and nothing was different this week just a nasty person who didn’t want to help. Another promotion I didn’t receive my bet I asked him about it 6 times before he finally answered me, he said it needed to a minimum odds of 2-1 to get it while my bet was 20-1 and I said that and supplied the ID and he just ignored it again. I honestly think he just trolling me tbh, saying if I was entitled to it I would have it automatically got it which clearly isn’t the case. He didn’t care one bit. So I decided to close my account even though I’m missing out on my free bets as I have never dealt with such nonsense from a company before so thank you for doing me a favour in the long run. Avoid this s show if you value your sanity.

Bet settled incorrectly Martin tacinec v Milan fisera. Had about 10 bets that were incorrectly settled but then finally updated(all table tennis). Now its been 3 days and my bets which have won (1-3 correct score to Milan fisera). I keep getting fobbed off and told another 24-48 hours its not hard to see the result and manually settle the bet. Its on the official table tennis websites so its a winner but im being ignored despite usually being great customer service. if this was 365, ladbrokes or PP it would be manually corrected. Bearing in mind I stake a fair few thousand a month its a bit disheartening and tempted to go elsewhere. im sure "eventually" it will get settled and I do understand they had major problems with their bet settlement. Customer service just fobbed me off and when I asked if traders could be informed of the particular match they said no. All this would take is to check the score of the game and for it to be manually adjusted. instead its just nonsense. Hoping that betway can prove me wrong and settle the bet correctly. I've given them all the screenshots off all the websites. The fact I've been paid out on 3rd game winner but not match result and correct score says a lot.

I cannot call you, and when I got through to a person on lice chat they gave me an email that is not working. To cap it off they did not even try to help me. I make a deposit instant transaction.Yet when I withdraw.It goes in to a que to process payment which should be instant but I'm again still waiting for that to be complete and let alone pay me. I have faster payment account. Yet it still takes over 24hrs for funds minimum.Yet on every other site withdrawals are paid instant or with in 2hrs. Waisted 8/9 hrs spoke to 3 separate individuals online/ all said something different. Never had a problem with betway until recently I've withdrawn money and still not recieved it over the last 3 days I have spent about 14 hours in total trying to get in touch with them on live chat to then be disconnected as I get to number 8 in que. I've emailed customer support to which I didn't understand the reply as its in a foreign language and tried to call but didn't connect to anyone. This is the first time I've had any problems dont know what else to do as I've tried everything

While withdrawals take a bit of time they have never been a problem but now it's been about 4 times that a freebet I was owed was never given to me and when I try to get in touch with them via live chat I never get to the front of the queue. This makes me feel they are actually avoiding any customer support and cheating people out of their promised bonuses. Also the daily spin wheel is quite rigged too

Update on my last post, after 7 emails asking where my withdrawal is Customer Services haven't replied to anything. I wanted to place a bet on a TV show that someone I know well is competing in. An online site said Betway were taking bets on the show. I checked and they were so I opened an account and deposited just under £1,500.00. In hindsight a stupid amount to risk but I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. With money on account I tried to place a bet and discovered Betway was no longer covering the show so I requested a full withdrawal of my deposit. Every bit of ID required and proof of deposit has been provided, some of it twice. The site gives timeframes for withdrawals to be paid ranging from a few hours to a couple of days. It’s been over 2 weeks and there’s no sign of my money. Logging into my account shows a zero balance and the Transactions and Withdrawal pages show no activity, there is no mention of my money anywhere. It appears to have vanished. How on earth is such a crooked company like this allowed to operate?

Would give zero stars if possible. Made a withdrawal with these sharks. They say the paid to a card …. Not the one I had deposited with but an old card. In fairness they did email to say your card is not working (obviously that’s why I deposited with my new card). Actually managed to get through to the chat who said they had seen my email re card and would be paying in next few days…. That was over 3 weeks ago… since then spent an average of 3 hours a day waiting in chat. Absolute disgraceful service and looking at their ‘answers’ in here they don’t give a damn. So I have updated all my Id verification once again. Not sure why as it clearly states my name and address on everything I have sent. Now I have sent utility bills,passport,driving licence,DVLA letter name an address on. Bank statements. An still you can't pay me my withdrawal! I requested the withdrawal on the 20/10/23. Further to my last post, I am still waiting for my withdrawals to be processed 2 weeks after first requested. I have sent and re-sent I.D. information and proof of deposit. At 7.35 am yesterday I sent a bank statement detailing every single deposit made with Betway. Since yesterday morning I have sent 6 emails requesting an update. All have gone unanswered, including one to the Complaints Team. When I log into my account the Transactions page is blank and the Withdrawal page shows an error message. The Customer Services help line is unmanned (citing Covid). Betway say withdrawals should take no more than 48 hours, 2 weeks later Betway still have my money.

The only word that I can legally say is FRAUDULENT activity... and they have chosen the wrong person to do this to.
