Where is my withdrawal? I requested it on the 13th Sept it was apparently paid on the 14th told it would be in my account by today still nothing bank have confirmed no pending payments from betway betway live chat assured me it would be in my account today and it isn’t can someone please get back to me has I have never once had a issue before today so cannot understand what’s gone wrong

Betway have scammed me for 1700 pounds!!! Won’t let me withdraw my winnings keep saying they want a statement that contains the last 4 card numbers which my bank do not provide for security reasons!! I have sent photographs of my passport driver’s license my bank card bank statements yet that still isn’t enough??? It was enough to deposit money though!!! Stay well clear of this awful company nothing but con artists

Betway it’s been 40+ hours now after submission of the documents which u had said it takes 24 hours for the verification team but it’s been 6 days since you are not paying withdrawal.. hope you solve this soon will update if there is any progress

I placed my bet 620 euro yesterday in my betway app . After placing a low odd bet we usually cashout , But after placing the bet the betway server went down for the next 12hr . If the server goes Down for an hour its understable . But services not available for 12hr are not acceptable .In the end I lost all my money . It’s been a long time since being a customer of betway .Now in return what reply i am getting we can’t do anything from customer care.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would, it’s funny how my withdrawal is pending on my account and then all of sudden, my account is closed and blacklisted. Don’t make the mistake of thinking I will take this lightly Betway. I have already contacted the Gambling commission and if you do not release the monies owed for my withdrawal and also the money that was left in my account you will be paying out more than just that fee.I’m not sure how your website is still even able to work, you should be shut down. No customer services number to contact and it’s because you have been scamming people of hundreds of pounds!!Edit- have been contacted after posting this, cannot log into my account as my account has been closed and I am told that they cannot give me a time frame as to when I will receive my money. Shocking that betway is not paying the withdrawal.. gratefull that they paid before but now suddenly they asked for ID and instantly I provided them bank statement adhar card voting card pan card but they are not responding any of the mail I mailed them atleast 10 times and such experience I never had with any of the company.. I hope they solve the issue soon.. will write the review if any progress in the pending issue solved..Edit-1 betway mailed me to send the utility bill and ID document and I have instantly sent it to the email provided.. let’s see now what they do

I have submitted all of the documents that they requested for my withdrawal review and the chat support said every doc I sent has been accepted. not sure why it’s still taking very very long to get my funds. This is not acceptable from a responsible gambling site. It always takes more than 3 hours to talk to their chat support. Please help

Joined betway a couple of weeks ago as they have a game I like to play. I could not be more dissatisfied. 6 or 7 sessions in now and all it seems to do is take money. I’ve never had such a bad run playing this game. I won’t be using them anymore and I will not be recommending them to anybody. I would avoid unless you like losing constantly.

For 4 weeks leading upto the 2nd of September Betway ran a promotion titled “season start-supercharged”I complied with what was required and expected £30 in free bets and 100 free spins to be applied to my account on the 2nd of September as advertised, nothing appeared.I waited until the 5th before making contact where I was told to wait 24 hours as they were looking into it, ive since reached out 4 times to find out what has happened , the last time being the 13th , conveniently their system was down , the other occasions I was also fobbed off and dismissed quickly from the chat.If there is a problem Im understanding and patient, but please dont take me for a fool.

Good Evening. Are you guys not taking my complaint serious?. I still have not had any form of refund or not even a message from any management. I told you numourous times that the gambling commission really do want me to take this further. All I need to do is give them the go ahead. If you look on my chats from 2021 your company made a buisness decision to limit my account to £100 loss a month. The gambling commission can get access to these chats as by trading standards laws all chats need to be kept on record for 5 years MINIMUM. You have 24 hours to process the £224.00 refund to my card ending 1011. If this is not actioned I will be left with no option to pass the case to the gambling commission and government. I will also write to the racing post, trading standards, and the commission of Malta plus ibas. I’m serious your company could be fined upto 750,000. Plus tremendous bad publicity. Remember this is a hot subject in the UK with betfred being fined 500k.

I put a bet on their inplay market. The inplay system kept coming up as loading, asking to accept price changes and then suspending the bet. I kept trying to put the bet on. At no point did their system confirm the bet. I gave up but returned later to find that Betway had registered and taken from my account 8 identical bets in 3 minutes of trying to put the initial bet on. This is clearly something wrong with their system but Betway were not interested in voiding some of the bets and returning some of my money. I have no trouble with inplay bets on William Hill and Skybet. In my view, Betway is a second rate online betting company compared to the top players. Beware.

I deposited £100 on the 10th of September and the bank debited my account but my betway balance has not changed. I enquired with customer services and they told me to send an email, which I did, but two days have passed and I have received no reply. To make matters worse, on the evening of the 11th of September my account balance was still £100.90 but by the early morning of the 12th my account balance was only £0.90. I did not place any bets during this period. Where did my money go? The customer service agent was just perfunctory and tried to end the dialogue early. Overall very bad.

I withdrew my 150000 INR from Betway and have not received till yet. I connected to chat and they asked me to send the documents so I sent the ID cards and proof of deposits. after 3 days I again contacted them through chat and they said my documents are verified and I would get the withdrawal but I didn’t get that. After a day I again connected to the chat and they said my account was under review by the operation team. not sure how many departments you have to verify one ID proof without a timeframe. i initially had a negative experience with this outfit. I felt like a W/D was going to take forever. I then used Venmo, and it was in there same day. Less than 4 hours. There is one thing that’s still driving me nuts, and that’s this location issue. I keep getting a message saying that I’m trying to gamble outside of my state and won’t allow me to do anything. I started to place bets thru my PC, and that seems to be working a little better, about 75% of the time. I was ready to shut this account down and move on. But because things were made right, I’ll be sticking around.

Address verification scam.. I’ve noticed that once you’re winning and withdrawing money from this site quite often then they force you to verify you’re address and prevent from withdrawing. They had no problem with me depositing money the same day if address was not verified. Customer service is a bot so don’t bother. Stay away from this site!Note:Ok I received a message from Betway mentioning that the concerned team is reviewing my address proof and will get back with an update. Lets see if they play fair

At first everything works fine. Then once you have deposited enough money, they will ask for an account verification, which is said to take up to 24 hours. In the meantime, they will put any withdrawal on hold.We’re way past 24 hours, I still haven’t heard from them, and I probably won’t ever.Don’t trust this site.

Absolutely awful. They lured me in with the promotional offer, which all terms were met. Says the bonus bets will be credited once the initial bet settles. Nothing. That left a bad taste in my mouth, so i went to w/d the remaining funds. Completely impossible. Attempted to add a bank account, nothing but errors. I’ve never had ANY issues with other books. I’ve had payouts with others within 30 seconds, no exaggeration. If they can do it, there is absolutely no reason they can’t. Real quick to take your money though. Attempted to reach out to a rep, nothing. Nowhere to be found. STAY AWAY. I will also be posting this on SBR. They come across as shady. Do yourself a favor and sign up with a reputable book. Recommend Fan Duel or Draft Kings. Make it right, posts come down. Until then, I will be letting everyone know on SBR Forum about this experience.

This is yet another bad review from me. In the last 3 months or so, I haven’t won a penny. I said it before, Betway used to be 1 of my favourite casinos ever but since about October last year I’ve won barely anything.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOOD PEOPLE!!!!!.
