Been waiting since 20october for my withdraw money!!! I haven’t had a issue withdrawing money in the past. You win a decent bet and then there’s a problem? I can still place bets but I can’t withdraw any winnings? It’s crazy!! So stressful trying to get the customer service team to help me!! No phone number. Live chat your on for hours!! I have sent a driving license a passport with my name and address on. A letter with my name and address on. But still you keep my money and say it’s under review?? What s going on?? Why is it taking so long???????please just escalate my case and pay me my money!!!

Been waiting since 18th October for you to pay me my withdrawals.I was on hold for customer support from 11am until after midnight so nearly 12 hours only to be cut off when it came to my turn.I’m so angry and frustrated, as I can’t complain to anyone because there’s no one available to help.

Didn’t pay made a 180 dollar withdrawal and they paid 20 dollars. Avoid this site at all costs they take your money easily but they do not pay. Customer service is a nightmareBetway has sent a generic reply saying they sent a private message they have not I have no way of replying to the message stay tuned

WITHDRAWALS: You are never SURE whether your Withdrawals will be paid to you or not. Deposit is instantly taken from your account. WITHDRAWALS they will be sending you emails with stories. All the withdrawals I made since October not one has come true.SECONDLY, CASHOUT you will never CASHOUT when you want. It doesn’t work. It will be showing that you can CASHOUT but that’s a lie. It will not happen, if your lucky to CASHOUT it MUST half the money you wanted.THIRDLY, Any bet you put PLEASE TAKE A SCREENSHOT it might disappear everywhere.

Awful customer service. I am owed 2 £5 bets from there free bet club. Been on Live Chat every day since Saturday. Just been on there for 8 hours and been cut off again. Disgusting service. No phone number no email. Rubbish.

Never use this site/app. I tried to pull out my money, they made me send the same documents over 4 times. I had to hop in online chat over 5 times. Online chat cannot provide you any answers, seems as if you are talking to a robot. I would never recommend this app to anyone

There is no customer support, I have been sitting for hours to chat to someone and I am always in the queue but it never seems to end. Betway does not pay withdrawals on time, in fact mine has not been paid so far and there is no one to contact! I have written to their customer support team but no reply. Avoid using Betway, its a big Con…..its a ZERO star.

I have posted reviews for the last few days still not received my withdrawal for £16.18 (I know it is not a big amount but this is principle now) it is showing as paid on the withdrawal tracker but I have not received this money. There is no way of contacting betway to dispute this. All I can say is the way companies act when there is a problem defines the business. Betway fail on every front, most people will probably never have an issue but when they do !!!!. From my recent experience the only advice I can give is to steer well clear of Betway as if you do have a problem you may never get it resolved.SHAME ON YOU BETWAY

So was told to send my bank statement to prove my withdrawal wasn’t paid I done that to receive an automated response saying this email is no longer used or monitored been two weeks still haven’t been paid I wold avoid this company at all costs they are corrupt and should be shot down

I have been a customer of betway for a number of years and would give them SIX STARS for how I have found them in all aspects UNTIL 2 weeks ago when I made 3 withdrawls and haven’t receive any… betway send me a email siting PROCESSING RESTRICTION… I have spent hours trying to talk to a human in there live chat without any luck… I have sent them 10 emails explaining the situation and receive an automated reply…. I’m trying this way as a last resort before takin legal action where I will seek my legal fees payed to… R. Dew

I am very disappointed in their service. I tried to withdraw funds from my account and was told to upload a picture of my ID card which I did. After uploading a picture of my ID I was left at “Awaiting Aproval”. I sent them an Email and got no reply. I tried their “live chat” but also got no reply. I am effectively stuck with funds on my Betway account and have no way of withdrawing any of it.

AWFUL customer service!Sat on the live chat from 9am until 2:30pm to be stuck 5th in the queue with no other way of getting answers.Issues with withdrawals, not giving me my money. I received an email saying there was an issue but with no problems on my end, I don’t understand why they won’t give me the money I’ve won.No email, no alternate way of receiving help, absolutely dreadful service and still no sign of help!

Betway failed me on 3 fronts:1. Paid a bet at -300 when the actual odds were -135. 2. Does not return phone calls or have representatives available for live chat.3. Does not honor their advertised bonus promotions. There are much better sportsbook options available. I’m embarrassed I even tried this sportsbook.

Requested a withdrawal on my card but my card declined the amount and i asked support to send me the money on my account but no one is doing that.It’s been already 1 month and no one helps.And it was a low amount of money. Imagine if it would be a big amount.Stay away guys.

I am trying to make a deposit for 2 weeks now, but apparently I have reached my limit and cannot deposit. I have not reached my deposit limit however. It is impossible to talk to someone at Betway , winning the lottery is more likely than talking to an agent at Betfair.

I saw a commercial and on the website they promote a new user bonus called “Kombi-Joker”, where you get your first bet refunded if it looses. So i bet and didnt think much about it since i thought i’ll get it back anyway. Turns out that i didnt get it allthough i had done everything right. The best part is that it’s nearly impossible to contact them since the only support they have is a automatic chat-bot with no way to talk to a real person.

I still cannot understund why withdrawing takes a long time, and there are many emails that tell me I have a free bonus and need to log in to claim but when I log in I find nothing. But overall, I had a great experience with them and the odds are better than other bettor sites

Ok so this seems to be the only method that Betway will respond as I have tried every platform on their website.1. Betway responded to my initial review but from that email I have responded 4 times without reply2. I have a withdrawal since my initial enquiry of 2 unpaid withdrawal that on the withdrawal tracker says it has been paid for 16.18 but has not shown in my bank.3. The 2 original withdrawal queries are still outstanding and showing as incomplete on the withdrawal tracker even though I have complied with their request in offering an alternative method of payment.Betway will you please respond to this review and resolve this ongoing issue as this has taken a huge amount of time and effort from my side. You really need to review your customer service policies.

I withdrew £220 on Saturday 28th Oct…I received an email from betway customer services, telling me that they can’t pay me due to a processing problem with my card, even though i had made 3 deposits with it just before the withdrawel…i replied to the email, explaining that i had followed their instructions to resolve the issue, which no success, I recieved another email, a few hours later, stating that emails can no longer be responded to, please contact this customer help link …. which i clicked on …only to be greeted by a f#*@ing bot asking me which question on the list of irrelevant questions I wished to enquire about! How the hell is this a customer service?

Withdrawals made since SEPTEMBER is still not processed. OCTOBER withdrawals not processed. They will be sending you emails from one story to another. But deposit goes through within seconds.They will show you CASHOUT, and will NEVER allow you to cash out. The cash out system is a way of ripping you off. They will be showing it to you but, just click on it and see that it’s never real.

I’ve been trying for a week to get through on live chat 147 times I’ve tried. I’ve put a negative review on here as they owe me money and free bets. So I get up this morning and they have locked me out and get this the only way to contact them is to go on yes you guessed it live chat. So I can get through locked out and have a live bet acca that has one more to go and also they owe me £20 free bets for last 2 weeks. So now can’t see bet can’t log In can’t get through can’t call anyone and will lose my bet. Disgraceful

My account has now been restricted for over a week now(Unable to deposit or place bets) and still no reason has been given for this. I’ve decided to cut my losses and play somewhere else and I recommend everyone else do the same. These people enjoy making peoples lives miserable.

I was cautious as I’d not read any reviews until after I had requested my withdrawal. After seeing all the issues everyone was having i was concerned! However no issues. I did ask for an update and was responded to straight away. It was an honest response as I have the money. Can’t complain. Very good service all round.

Something went wrong with my withdrawal. I was informed about that by an email and directed to use live chat. Already wasted 3 evenings from about 15 to 23 as they finish work. Still wasn’t able to speak to an agent. Worst support you can deal with, seriously.

I have been trying to withdraw funds for almost a week I keep getting emails saying unable to pay out funds with instructions to reset payment details which I have done with no success. I have checked with my bank and they have confirmed there are no restrictions on my account. I have not had this issue before and nothing has changed from my end. I have waited for 5 hours this evening on live chat and still not been able to speak with someone. I have requested 2 withdrawals. The first one on 20th October hasn’t moved past the second stage. The website says payment to bank cards should take 2 working days. Customer services don’t reply to emails, live chat doesn’t work and the helpline isn’t manned. How are customers supposed to contact betway to get answers?

Genuinely discusted with betway. You have broke our agreement. I bet £10 on your players market at odds over 2.00. You didn’t credit my £5 free bet. I done this on the newcastle game. I went on to live chat at 17.40 I was number 10 from 48 at 20.27 I wouldn’t move from number 10 position in the queue so I ended chat. I want my free bet credited and you need to serve your customers at least 90% quicker. You have Genuinely scammed me and there’s no help available. No email address no phone number. Only live chat that never answers me. I will report this.

I created my account with Betway yesterday put a bet on 5 games that lost and for my surprise I have not been credited with a free bet as welcome offer state. I tried to contact them but was stunned to see there is no customer support whatsoever. Tried to find live chat tried to call the phone provided( answer was due to COVID we have no staff) tried to email and all for nothing. Disappointed

Account was locked for whatever reason. Tried contacting Betway but no response to 100 emails. When I’ve deposited around 20 thousand into this app they had no problem taking it. I had deleted my account and closed it. I then created a new one a week after and deposited 3 thousand. I had withdrawled $5700 and the next morning I tried to log in, and it said my account has been locked and it’s impossible to reach anyone at Betway. Absolute scam. Stole 3k from me.

My account got scammed and it was locked. When I call Betway to unlock they have been giving me problems with documents, since September. Firstly they asked me to send bank statement, ID, selfie with ID. I sent the documents they never came back to me for weeks, I decided to call them they said they want colour copies. I did that then I called them again, they said they will refer the documents to verifications, I must wait for 72 hours. I never got any feedback I called again they said in the selfie pic, the ID is not clear, but there is a ID copy attached. So I’m not happy with BETway at all.
