I went to Arizona on vacation and checked Betway Arizona’s Terms & Conditions to see if I was eligible for the $250 Risk Free Bet. I used the same sign up bonus in Colorado so I read the Arizona Terms & Conditions in detail to ensure I was eligible. Section 3.2 of the AZ T&C promo offer clearly state that the promo offer is open to new Betway customers in Arizona, Louisiana, or Virginia. I only have a Colorado Betway account and have never set up prior accounts in Arizona, Louisiana, or Virginia; thus, I concluded that I was eligible for the promotion. The $250 Risk Free Bet is also clearly advertised on my Home screen after login. Shortly after, I lost my first Arizona bet but did not get refunded in free bets.I have went back and forth with customer support on section 3.2 with no avail. They are clearly not following their own T&C’s on this matter. I have even asked why the T&C’s specifies three separate states and have not received a response back. I have reached out through emails, webchat and everytime I get a standard reply “Operations team is reviewing your account”. It’s more than a week now and they are still reviewing the account. There is no SLA/ETA for the Operations team. They are cheating customers by locking the account indefinitely and blocking the money in your account. I won 50000 INR and I can’t withdraw my winnings now

That’s just funny. I requested a withdrawal of 490 euros, to which Betway asked for proof of address. I did this and waited almost a week for them to check one piece of paper. After they did this, they requested additional ID verification. My account is also verified with a passport. As you can imagine, I waited another week.Each time I was assured that my documents were successfully confirmed and the withdrawal of funds would be sent soon. A couple of days ago I received an email that my account was successfully verified and all documents were checked. I was waiting for my withdrawal for about three days, after which I decided to go to my account and write to support to ask about the status of the withdrawal.My account has been blocked! That’s just funny. I went through all kinds of checks for almost 2 weeks and in the end they just blocked my account for some unknown reason. I can’t even contact support – when I try to chat I get a message that I’m fifth in line, but after 3-4 hours I’m still in fifth place. Damned scammers deliberately ignore in their own chat.Any decent company refunds the funds after blocking the account, but as I understand it, they decided to assign them to themselves! Would give a 0 if I could over 1 month since not receiving my bonus round provided all evidence I could. And guess who is still be ignored I have also asked who above betway do I log this as a formal complaint too? Have I had a response NO have they acknowledged all my emails NO anything back NO. First they blocked my account with PENDING bets as well as a cash balance for two weeks. Can you imagine you wake up one day and you have $11,000 in bets and your account is locked? That happened to me. After being frozen and asking me for so many things, such as tax statements, credit card statements, I obliged because I have all this money locked and so I gave it to them. My account was still frozen for about a week. So then I left a review here and magically within a day my account was open again so I deleted that review because I’m a nice guy, but this time I’m not going to delete this review since they’re not letting me do actual withdrawals now. I’ve had a pending withdrawal on my account since Aug 22 because I don’t want to bet on this site again. I just don’t trust them. When I message to chat today as to why my withdrawal is still pending, they give me this big runaround about how I have to change my withdrawal method that I have been using for a long time(years) but I can’t change it as it’s not letting me so now I have to email them she said, with all of my IDs again just to do a withdrawal of my own money. It’s just one problem after another, one headache after another with this company and I cannot wait to get all my funds out and move on to another betting site like that Bet365. Betway Delaying payment. Excessive verification demands. Amysienna username I withdrew 190 pounds on 11th August. Payment was marked as being processed for days. Eventually received an email saying my account required proof of address which I immediately provided and driving license which I provided. My account was marked as verified That wasn’t good enough. STAY AWAY!!!!! This company has locked my account with over $11,000 bets and in cash balance!! I got an email from a “Kam” saying due to the high amount of my account I needed to provide proof of funds or source of funds so I have sent them everything they’ve asked for, including tax statements, earning statements, credit card statements, credit line statements, and still, my account is locked with my money in there!!!! It’s been 4 days now that I cannot access my own money!!!! Kam has gone missing as all emails I sent is now unanswered and there’s no contact number. I tried to chat with an agent and they say if you have to speak to your account manager!!! The manager has not replied to multiple emails over several days. I know I’ll probably have to get my credit card company involved and possibly the police. Save your money go to bet 365 where I’ve had no issues like this.

Pathetic online platform. Always full of errors. Quick to take your money. But slow to assist a person. Deposited money into my betway account more than 72 hours ago. Still have not recieved it. Then you go onto the live chat. You wait for 40 minutes plus for a agent to just reply to you, and still no reply. No help. No feedback. After I have submitted the proof of payment multiple times. I use to bet with betway from 2017-2020. Since Covid and since Canadian provinces have mandated specific provincial location verification, I’ve been victimized by the new betway. I’m not sure if they are losing money and getting desperate, but they seem to have resorted to new nefarious tactics. I had to register my account in Ontario, and then I moved to manitoba, and could no longer access my Ontario account. I therefore made a new Manitoba account. I spoke to the chat service prior to depositing to ensure I would not have issues verifying. They said I was already verified. I deposited and then I tried to process a withdrawal of 1800$. It is now 5 days with no response and my account is locked. I sent them verification IDs. They keep saying it’s the operations team. I’m concerned they will try to keep my withdrawal. I do knot believe I will ever trust betway again.

I had been betting fine through this company, and had won a fair bit over the last few days, however I then decided to deposit a fairly large amount and since they have shut my account down. I have attempted to get in touch through the live chat and currently waiting 90 minutes and not even moved once in the queue. For the 3rd time recently I have tried to make a withdrawal and it gets stuck at “processing”. Each time I’ve been told there’s an issue with my account at first, but when I contact a human, it becomes clear there is no issue at all as NOTHING has ever changed on my account. On this occasion, I can’t even contact them. The only method is live chat, which is 100% automated and it just says it can’t understand my question and closes the chat. They obviously rely on people not realising their withdrawal has not completed so they keep the money. Account will be closed as soon as I retrieve this withdrawal.UPDATE – they have responded with the same old “your fault not ours” lame response they provided me with on previous occasions which turned out to be completely wrong and the issue was at their end. This is £120 I am waiting for and will take this further if not resolved by the end of today.
