Absolutely shocking rubbish site I put 9 pounds on won 60 went to withdraw it and still waiting g nearly a week later I’m assuming I won’t get it as to get it they are asking me to provide a letter with my name address and last 4 digits of my bank card. I’ve spoke to the bank and they rightly so Saif they don’t do that went back and told them on chat and that I want my 9 pounds bk and close my account. Don’t bother with this site. Waste of time. Scammers.. If I could give 0 star I would. I’m wondering why the UK Gambling Commission is still allowing this rippers to keep stealing from its citizens. They blocked my account while I had a running bet of high potential return with only 1 game left, and couldn’t access my account to cash out. I’ve sent them multiple emails without replying any. Live chat never works, you only get connected to a customer rep. if it’s issues regarding deposits. Any other query outside that, they will never respond to you. Deposited 100 lost it, then deposited another and got all my money back. Then Betway blocked my account, spoke to them on live chat once and they said that it will go straight back into my bank but it hasn’t. It’s been two weeks and still nothing. First off I won 15 bonus spins on legend of the sword and keep getting the error 15201 message when I try to play the bonus spins. Live chat is just bot that doesn’t resolve any issues I have. Secondly, it’s been over 3 weeks since trying to withdraw my winnings. I’ve been checking my emails for the e-transfer with no such luck. I have been down the same road,with this excuse for a bookmakers, I have been in contact with the Gambling commission, they were very helpful.They gave me Betway email address, they replied promptly to my emails.they are now requesting proof of who I am and bank details .If you all contact the gambling commission their telephone number is on their website. Remember they have renew their bookmakers licence annually, and this can be opposed

My bank card was used on an account not belonging to me and I contacted betway to inform them, they finally responded saying they was going to reimburse all the deposits made from my card and asked I send in proof of my card and the bank statement of the account it’s linked to, I sent all of that straight away and now the company is ignoring my many emails and not returning my money, I’ve had no choice but to raise a complaint with the gambling commission and eCOGRA. I try live chat sutomer Service Ive been in queue for multiple hours with the number of my queue staying the same. They purposely go over my name and skip me or there’s literally no customer service. I made a £100 bet on Wimbledon final at 2/1. I won £200. I sought to withdraw my £300 and I was told that I needed to provide ID documents. I did. Now my account is locked for no reason. There has been no communication or explanation. My money is gone. The live chat won’t connect me as the account is locked.

Updated: The team here merely replying to pretend like they want to resolve problems with the viewers…. The reply they gave me today on this review is same ….. we are reviewing your account and there is NO TIMEFRAME given again. They do though, have a UK office that call themselves Winn Technologies, they were about to be closed by companies house this year but the compulsory strike off was called off on 5th July this year, only 3 days after my complaint review began. This bookmaker has a poor and highly manipulated customer support process… it’s not up to the standard of service that a bookmakers customer support should be!I had to contact due to an issue with my account, you get the usual chat bot to begin with, but it is terrible at recognising key / buzz words and what you actually need help with. It quickly became obvious that only queries that lead to financial gain for the bookmaker, such as “deposit” or “verification” will actually let you speak to a live agent after speaking to the chat bot, any other query will send you back round with the chat bot infinitely, this is not how to treat your customers.After eventually working this out, I had to use a completely unrelated query just to get to speak to someone. I ended up in a queue of less than 10 people, and had to wait almost an hour to speak to someone, pretty much the longest I’ve ever had to wait to have an issue attended to in person with any bookmaker.Given bookmakers are supposed to follow strict regulations, placing emphasis on protecting / looking after their customers, good and efficient customer support is highly necessary. It’s clear that Betway haven’t invested time and effort into this, which is extremely disappointing.

Following on from my review last week, and still being messed around by this “company”. I have sent them countless emails, been on chat so many times and just when you think you’re getting somewhere, something else goes wrong. So somehow, suddenly all of my documents don’t match the name on the account. They have gone and changed the name on my account to my maiden name (maiden name is on passport), even though I told them my name is now changed since getting married. I have also sent proof of marriage certificate. It seems they don’t want to sort it, they just keep adding problem after problem when it could be so so simple.

they offer superboosts ( to £10 stake ) but if you use them too often ( with the normal odds offered its the only time worth placing a bet with this MM OUTFIT ) about 4 or 5 times in my instance they stop you using them i’ve closed my account don’t be fooled by these and use a proper bookmakers instead !

Theives who keep getting away with. Deposited money and made a few bets. Tried to withdraw money of over £500 and a few days later they asked for verification documents. This is against betting rules, although they can request further documents they can not do so as a requirement of withdrawal. Either way I sent my documents and received an email saying it would take 24 hours to verify the account. That was back in early April. Since then my account is blocked, ignored on help chat unless I use a different name and when I do chat they just say wait longer. The original email said they would email if they needed any further info which they have never done. I have requested repeatedly and when I do get through they can’t tell me what the delay is and I can’t speak to verification team. If they need anything more then certainly haven’t asked for it. Nothing happens when they “escalate it”. Absolute robbery of everyday people in the hope they won’t complain. Its been months and so much stress. If you’re thinking of trusting this site as they are sponsors of big sports then don’t! It’s a ruse to scam people. So many people have said the same. You will lose your money as I and the many other people who have complained on here have. Think we should all complain to the necessary authorities to get these closed down to protect others. They should lose their sponsorship deals.

I hope everyone stops playing on your site as its absolutely shocking. And you have to put so much in to get so little back and even then you don’t get it back because I’m still bloody waiting. BETWAY are now telling me (after 22 days) that they cannot send my my deposit money back as ive closed the account.they are also stating they have called me – when they have not. Talk about liars. I was a bit concerned after reading all these reviews but I have to say thankfully my experience has been trouble free I have made multiple withdrawals and have been paid all of them within 2/3 days not as quick as some other sites I use but I have received my money so I am happy the site itself is easy to use and I love the games I have also won a lot and only deposited a fraction of what I have won thankyou

Other than being known as “gubway” for banning customers after a couple of bets, their customer service facility is the worst around. No email, no phone, only useless automated live chat which is as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Should you by a miracle from God find that you are being connected to an agent on live chat then prepare to wait for an eternity whilst sat in the same position in the queue you started out in. They just hope you’ll give up. Terrible service

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company are happy to take your money but when you win, they will make it extremely hard. I have been trying to get my £350 winnings for over a month now. When I withdrew my winnings it went to completed and then suddenly it was stopped and my account locked. I’d was requested for verification which I have done several times. I have advisor’s on chat telling me they don’t need anymore documents and my withdrawal will be sent and other advisors telling me I need to send my id all over again as they can’t see where I have sent it before. Trying to get on chat is painful, and when you do, the advisors are unhelpful. It seems they think if they make the process of verification difficult and you will go away and forget about your money! I won’t go away. People are being preyed on in a cost of living crisis, maybe verification should need to be completed before your are able to deposit.

Absolute joke trying to contact them via the chat.Basically I’ve had deposits of £224.29 from my account.Bet a total of £100 and won over £130 backShould have a credit of about £250 which I tried to withdraw via PayPal but has never been paid and is not in my betting account.Impossible to contact to sort.Transaction history also just shows error.They seem to just take your money.

Agent was great, but it was very difficult to get through——————————————I created an account, deposited, won the first bet.. but… forgot my password. No big deal right?Well, I have been trying for over a week now….1) password reset does not work (also not in spam)2) I literally can not get through to chat support (queue ranking always stays the same, even when waiting for half a day ) I kept proof of this3) If I email support@ I get back that the box is not monitored4) I even tried mailing the verification team with ID and address. They just tell me my DOB is wrong.
