Dear Team,This is in continuation to my previous review written on Trust Pilot & our e-mail exchanges. My withdrawals of INR 1,80,000 has been confiscated by Betway for want of documents. I have submitted my bank statement for 3 months having details of every deposit made to Betway along with my photo id proof. One deposit was made through my wife’s account; I have submitted the bank statement for that too. Please review & release my withdrawals on priority as it is already very delayed. PS: No one has responded giving me any valid reason for putting my withdrawals under review. Why do you have to put your old patron through this experience?

I deposit 10000 rs on date 07-07-2023, but the deposit is not credited in my account i write emails and talking with their live chat but every time they say that this is a third party transaction bank , They are not confirming wether they receive fund or not In such a case i am unable to raise complain with my bank also Their banking system is very poor 10 days passed no feedback This is the answer how betway is getting worst If you have no control over your banking system of deposit and withdrawal than what is the meaning of fair gambling Suppose somebody wins you will simply say We have no feedback from processorAnd somebody deposit you simply say no feedback from processorSo let you stay away and your processor need to run their oun website . They didn’t withdraw my money, I won £300, the transaction status says withdrawn and the money never arrived. They send me only £50 so where is the rest? Any contact with them is a misunderstanding! Autobot connection only. They also don’t respond to emails.

I made 3 withdrawals on 05/06/2023 amounting to 150 pounds I am still waiting for my money. I can’t get in touch with a human. The live chat is rubbish I get same automated messages of no help at all. I haven’t been asked to verify my account as I assume this was already done as I have made lots of deposits and won a few times and no problem before with withdrawals. I even won again on the 8/6/23 and this one was paid. But why the other withdrawals wernt paid 3 says before? I tried emailing support@betway and apparently they don’t deal with there problems. So who the hell I am supposed to turn to getting my money back. The customer service is shocking feels like they’re bunch or frauds don’t mind taking your money but refuse to pay you and hide so it seems. Once I get my money back which I will I’m determined I will no longer playing on this trash site.

One week on still no free spins or bets that I earned in the reward club and still no update this is disgusting I’ve been using this site for years but I think I’m done with it. How can this not be fixed a week later. Your communication is shocking and with the way you treat you customers I’m surprised you have any your reviews here say it all. I will update this if any body actually sorts this out but I’m not holding my breath. Could I have a direct answer as to when these will be in my account today please?

Extremely Mother fuc…ers who is running this..Here is the matter,I have deposited the amount of Rs.1 Lakh on April 23, nor it is credited to my account or my betway account. It has been 4 months still the query has resolved and also they blocked my account due to asking regarding this… to get them connected in chat we need to wait hours together but if they dont have any answer regarding the query they will close the chat immediately…. If the same not getting resolved definitely will take a legal action on the same.

Since the last review I left for Betway, I finally had a ‘response’! …which was to tell me that a different bet (not the one I mentioned here, nor one I ever placed) was correctly settled. Great! I’m glad! Now please fix the one that I actually referenced? (D7E2-2G4W-SG2C-1ADX – should be a win!)There is NO support whatsoever at Betway. You cannot call or e-mail any customer support team, and without knowing the correct ‘route’ through the live chat bot, you will never speak to an agent. But even if you do manage to somehow navigate this, your chat is likely to be closed down prematurely from their end – without any resolution, explanation, or plan put in place to resolve your issue. This has happened to me twice.In terms of the issues I’ve had personally with Betway, things have gone from bad to worse since my last review, as I have now spent over 2 months waiting for a withdrawal of winnings from the site, having provided all the requested verification documents multiple times with no response or progress.Not only this, but my account has now been locked (presumably because of my complaint?) and I have been left trying to chase £2,000 of winnings for over 2 months, through a company who do not have any customer facing presence.Steer well clear of this company if you like being able to withdraw any money you might win, or being able to contact a real, live support team in the event any problems occur with your account.

Made a withrawal request last July 4th and 5th 2023 for $25, $125, $50, & $50. I follow-up every fuucking single day but the bullshiter customer service made bunch of lies whenever I made follow-up regarding my withdrawal request especially the name Reychelle. That company is clearly a SCAMMER!!!!

Signed up today and deposited £30. Account got immediately locked out. Can’t withdraw my money and no customer support to ask.Customer support is literally non-existent at Betway! It is quite scary that this company is allowed to operate in the UK.1. Nobody answers the customer support telephone number (it just hangs up) 2. The “support” email just receives an auto-reply saying this email address is not actively monitored. I’m sorry, what? A support email address that staff don’t check – what is the point?3. You cannot speak to an agent on their online chat no matter how long you wait – I tried twice today. Both times I was placed in a queue for 2 hours before being disconnected by their chat. This is before interacting with a useless bot and going around in circles.4. They do respond on their Twitter support handle but just push you to the online chat on their website… just going around in circles with Betway.Truly awful customer experience from Betway.

Hi my id in Betway in salman4081I have been cheated for more than 3 months they locked my account I said close it but give me my money back which I have in the account . They promised me to give money on 27th of June still I have not got my money back . They are not giving any response in email as well . Please never ever use this websites . Worse live chat I’ve experienced yet, avoid this company like the plague. Reel you in with a sign up bonus, and then tell me it’s not going to be granted as it’s down to senior management, and then just close the chat down without any further information. But they were happy to take my money on the qualifying bet before deciding I wasn’t getting the bonus. Do yourselves a favour and don’t sign up to these cowboys

If you have a gambling control problem, avoid like the plague. I knew I was gambling way too much, many attempts to use the online ‘take a break’ and then even ‘exclusion’ limits and all fail, with 500 server error codes. In the end tried to shut the account, also a server problem. Tried multiple days so not a one off.Not going to leave this, reporting to ibas and the gc, so any others who can’t self exclude please report as well. I will be looking to claw back from these, simply because there is a principal at stake and those going through gambling hell should be able to use the tools to help themselves.

Absolutely shocking experience. I have 2 withdrawal requests of INR 90,000 that has been pending since 6th July. The status shows Processing Commenced but it is not moving to the next bucket. After waiting for 45 mins on your Live Chat, I get to learn that my Withdrawal is under review by your Operations Team. Why this vague requirement all of a sudden & why is it that no one has informed me on this. Your Live Chat agent (Sohail) says that I have to submit my photo identification & proof of deposits. No one has informed me on this. This is an absolute harassment & breach of trust that I had on Betway. Please look into this.

My name is Shailendra P and my account ID is 22257226. I deposited 50,000 via my Gpay in the month of January 2023 and Now it is July 2023. I have sent all proofs including bank statement UTR number everything but this betway team has not giving my money back. Now they have limited my account as well. If they see anyone winning they will limit the depositing limits and they do not respond to your emails and they have never called me after requesting for a call back I have sent them at least 20+ emails and now its 7 months and they are not giving my 50,000 Rupees. After this I will go to any extent to get my money. I will be Sueing them for this.

So the whole experience. A lot of money have lost on this site. Today deposited £20 and after all my complaints and reviews that they’ve done something to my account as a constant loss is not just unlucky. Bonus after bonus, line winning, won couple hundreds and then a message all over my screen that they are logging me out for 15 min as I’ve spent too much time on. 2 hours guys TWO!!! When I played off 1,5k constant dead spins and played 8 hrs you didn’t bother to log me off for even a minute!!!! How obvious!!! Guess what happened when I got log back on?? Dead spin after dead spin, basically they triggered it. After all the thousands you have basically stolen such a disgusting thing to do. BEWARE! They are a scam!! I put in 40 bucks once, and over the next couple months I noticed little random amounts being takin from my account. My bank determined betway had hacked my account and took approximately 300 bucks from me which I did not know about or authorize. Please be careful with this site. I had to change my card because they hacked it.

The worst company I have ever come across … I have lost all my lifetime savings for their technical glitch everytime when I was trying to put bets which was a win . After that they close my account I told them ok whatever money is in my account give that back they took like reo months finally they said we are releasing the amount on your potm AstroPay but again I did not got the funds and they are saying they are unable to clear funds on that account . Ok, this page had me worried because my withdrawal was not nearly instantaneous like all the other major betting sites. Although they do take longer than others, (weekend are not instant transfers like other sites) once it was seen on Monday my withdrawal came straight through my original payment method.About the site, well its like all the other sites, (win/loose is random, ruthless and lucky) although they don’t have as much roulette choice as other sites. I opened an account and put the wrong surname as I changed it by deedpoll. Betway sent a message saying account verified so I didn’t know anything. They accepted my deposits then I had a couple of wins. I withdrew 2 amounts. After a couple of days I chased this on their chat they said I had to send proof the payment came from me so I sent a screenshot of my card. No reply from them. Then I noticed that they had sent me an email on the 19th April asking for this proof. However on the same and next day I had made a couple more deposits, so why did they accept them. The I got an email saying that I had to upload a pdf of my bank statement which I did. I got no reply, so went in another chat, this guy Justin said he can’t do anything, so I asked to speak to a manager, Justin said they don’t speak to customers, ridiculous. Then he said the bank statement was not enough, they wanted the card details on the statement and will not accept the printscreen which I also sent of my card. They just don’t want to pay and now have blocked my email. What do they expect. If they thought it was fraud, why did they accept further deposits. The website hangs horrifically, especially at peak periods, the bonus crediting system is questionably effective and the whole experience is utterly underwhelming. There are plenty of better options on the market. The chatbot reponse system is hopeless, as you will see when this review gets a copy and paste response along the lines of ‘Thanks for your review, we will get back to you as soon as we have reviewed your account’ or ‘Please respond to our private message.’

Worst site I’ve ever used. Now I’ve been gambling for about 15 years so I know all about the highs and the lows but Betway has just been shocking all round.Firstly, my casino game RTP over 4000 spins is just over 24%.Then there’s the roulette. I know you can go on bad runs on roulette as I understand the whole independent probability but on numerous occasions I’ve lost 10+ spins in a row when I cover 27/37 numbers. It happens from time to time, however then it randomly kicks me out of the game due to a location error and lo and behold one of my numbers hits. Never had it kick me out and the spin would have lost but constantly happens on ‘winning spins’Then there’s the automated blackjack, my own fault for playing this but again RTP is nonexistent. I tend to well on blackjack at casinos but not sure how you compete against a cheating algorithm designed to just take your money. Recently had 20 hands in a row without the dealer busting and that includes 7 blackjacks and 8 20’s.I understand these things are meant to be regulated but honestly I’d stay away as something feels off with it and their customer service doesn’t exist. My account was locked without reason. Been attempting to contact customer support for 5 days. Phone number inactive, email inbox no longer monitored, most frustrating of all is the live chat. It is clearly defunct. I have been waiting for multiple hours every day in the queue and it does not go down. I have contacted Betway via Facebook and Twitter to report the issue and they tell me to get help with it via live chat… comical.Have contacted IBAS, eCOGRA and currently processing a SAR to find out more. The GCUK will also be hearing from me as this shambolic customer service could put people in need of responsible gambling help at real risk.
