Stay away from Betway. Its a scam. Simple as that. The gameplay is rigged. Tested to check and sure enuff it is. The idds of hitting that 4 times in a row like that ….the odds are way to great to think that wasnt rigged. More chances of honest and least with a chance gameplay at a different site. The customer service kinda sucks for Betway as well. Very impersonal so you can tell they dont have time for their oaying customers shows their level of professionalism. Stick to Japckpot or even Luxury for better odds.

Shocking I rang up querying about a bonus took me well over half hour to get past the name stage they couldn’t understand what I was saying. I would stay away customer service is shocking and like talking to brick wall and trust me you will have to ring them at some point. I joined them last week, and was promised up to 30 pounds free bet if my acca lost and 100 free spins . First acca i had was 3 horses and a golfer , apparantly this didnt qualify as golf selections not allowed on welcome offer.since then ive had a horse acca which lost and a football acca that lost, but still no free bet or free spins. Update to my last 2 reviews, it took almost 3 weeks and a lot of stress and headache but I got my withdrawal paid out in the end, after I sent documents to reverify my account. Betways support system is just pretty slow and messy . Would recommend using anotoher platform like bet365 that doesn’t flag your account for dumb reasons so u don’t get stuck in my mess either

Betway team please just review my account and the transactions and you’ll see how wrong your query was and I’ve done nothing wrong. You are being negligent of my account and support is not answering my explanation to there original query.Follow up on my last review, 2 weeks has passed and instead of releasing my 2.4k withdrawal they have locked my account and still haven’t responded to my email about there query which made no sense that I explained. HiMy Betway account is drsteve. This pertains to Betway e mail reference number 0004816028876 Yet again I’m writing on this site because of a problem with Betway. I read all the reviews about difficulties withdrawing money from Betway and now have encountered the same thing. I attempted to withdraw money from my account to the credit card I use for their sites deposits only to be told this was unsuccessful, no reason given. Anyway out of desperation I have tried another means, my New Zealand bank account. Of course the customer support e mail that informed me of the unsuccessful withdrawal cannot be replied to so no way of communicating with Betway to try and sort the problem. Seems like easy to deposit money, extremely difficult to withdrawl

I created a betway account, they didn’t ask for any verification, I deposited 400 pounds, I won 1000£ money in bets and live casino. When I try to withdraw some money, they asked for verification, I sent what they asked me. They me asked for a gas or electricity bill, I sent it. Waiting for verification, I won 2000£ more, at that moment they blocked my account. I have spoken to support in chat, but each agent tells me different things about my account.I have saved all the chats and if they don’t send me money I will sue this company in court.

DON’T USE THIS SCAM OF A WEBSITE.Severely disappointed with how long my withdrawal is taking. Betway is asking for verification documents THAT THEY ALREADY VERIFIED. I don’t know what is going on but this site will take your money and if you win even a little bit will delay your withdrawal. The time frame for withdrawals is 24-48 hours. After a period of inactivity I received a message informing me my account was “dormant” and that I should contact customer services in order to have my balance returned to me. Naturally they make this impossible to do and have had no response for several months despite jumping through their hoops to re-re-vefify my identity.

hands down the worst support I have ever encountered online. Have been trying now for 12_hours to get support without success. Just kept on a queue and then cut off.
