last December I won on this site and I didn’t receive my withdraw so I contact them and they told me to provide Valid I.D and Bank Statement so I send all they need it and told them I need it for Christmas so yeah they send it my money. But I won again January and steal not receive my withdraw I contact them and they want me to provide again a Documents to update my Payment Method but not only Valid I.D and Bank statement They want me to provide Void Check and SIN Number but I didn’t give all of my identities. I mean deposit Money no problem if you withdraw you can see the problem you need to provide so many things before you receive your withdraw

I wanted to withdraw. I’ve sent them all the documents they requested. Nothing happend I’ve phoned them spoke to them and all they say is they will give it to the manager. Its +- 4 months now and I haven’t heard of anyone or seen my money. YOU GUYS ARE USELESS AND THIEFS

Username: DarrajA7I had an ongoing verification required. I sent all documents requested and kept trying to figure out where my $1747 withdrawal has been, kept on trying to get an update and all I kept receiving was an “Operations team are on it”, after 2 weeks of that my account was locked and no explanation as to way, and all the withdrawing are gone I believe, I am trying to get in touch with them and resolve this issue, but terrible communication with customers. I do understand as a big company it’s hard for them to give feedback however this is not the way to go through it and I hope I hear from them soon.

Stay away from this company! When you start depositing and betting everything is ok. Once you want to withdraw your winnings or even deposited money the problem starts. After a week of my first deposit request nothing happened, so I have to reach their support. which is even not always working. I’ve been told to provide further verification documents. So they are not even going to contact you, that you need to provide something. You have to do it. I provided multiple verification documents 3 times and they still have some problems and do not want to process my withdrawals. I tried to contact them via Resolver. Hopefully, I will be able to get my money back from them.

Can you ask one of your customer service team to take the time to bother answering my questions submitted via RESOLVER?It would be really useful if you could send me a final resolution letter so I can escalate my complaint to an independent body. I can wait the 28 days (your ploy is not to answer my questions and hope I give up – no chance !!!) – my complaint is inevitable and your unwillingness to engage speaks volumes especially in lights of todays news about the fines issued to William Hill for similar behaviour

Hello, unfortunately, I have the same issue again and again. I’ve tried to make withdrawal several other ways as paypal, but I am not able to make a withdrawal due to: “you need to make deposit with this method before you can withdrawal to it”. My account is in Lithuania, and we do not have some required information (some codes, that you are asking for), thus I can not trasfer to my other account.I made a deposit from my personal bank account for a few times, but still I can not make withdrawal in the same account. I already sent a few emails to verify team with required documents (Bank and paypal Statement in PDF format, that shows your account details, name and address; Proof of identity to verify that it is you updating your preferred method of payment.; Bank and paypal account details.), but still nothing. After waiting for almost a month now the Betway.Com customer support informs me that they have escalated my missing UPI Bank Deposit of Rs 5000 to their Banking Support Team!But as usual no action has yet been taken by Betway.Com to either refund my Rs 5000 or to get it into my Betway account.AND this is not the first time this sort of UPI Bank deposit delay happened to me. Ive only recently joined Betway, and my experience has been very good. I’ve withdrawn already, and the first one came through after 12 hours. The second one after 3 hours! I’m extremely happy with the Site. The platform is really easy to navigate around, and I think the odds on most games better that of all other major Betting companies.I did read some reviews before joining, and I can only say my experience so far has been a pleasant one. I withdrew 5k with Betway Canada over 24 hours ago, for the 24 hours under “pending withdrawl” it said “submitted.” This morning I go on my profile and check the status of the withdrawl and I get an “error 500.” I tried to call them, the number doesn’t work anymore. I tried to email them, I get a reply saying they don’t monitor the email anymore. I tried the chat, it’s a robot and you can’t speak to anybody and you get nowhere on the chat. It’s absolutely useless. How can you run a casino and a customer is not able to speak to anybody at all??? Then to top it off, I’m finding hundreds of crappy reviews now and people calling them a scam.

It’s a shame you cannot award 0 stars as this company is a complete sham…You cannot contact the by phone or email and there “live chat” facility on there website never worksThey take your money like every other online gambling site but as soon as you win anything they settle the bet as “lost” and then you cannot contact themDO NOT USE THEM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Please read my previous reviews to see the full detail of my experience . Please also note I’m a verified reviewer .PLEASE NOTE- they left a reply on my last review claiming they couldn’t find my account. The same day they replied via RESOLVER quoting their T/Cs to justify their action of closing our account and confiscating £500 of funds. So which is it BETWAY ??- you can’t find my account or you’re throwing around T/Cs about an account you can’t find ???I have now started to escalate my concerns using the complaints intermediary RESOLVER. I laid my concerns out in a considered step by step manner for ease of reply and asked them to explain their actions – NO RESPONSEYou ask me to use your live chat ? – it’s a BOT and YOU HAVE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT so how the hell am I supposed to contact you via the app you utter fools ??? They are happy to use their T/Cs to raid their customers accounts but not so willing to measure their own conduct against those T/Cs BETWAY continue to justify their action using their T/Cs but have been, by their own standards accepting money to top up my account in contravention of their own T/CsA wager is an agreement – if your happy to accept a wager then you should do the decent thing and pay out when you lose. It’s a contract if trust and you have broken that trust !

I won 10k withdrew it, waited 10 days and they said my deposit wasn’t the same as my I’d with it was only thing different was my middle name in my id and not on my bank card. So I waited sent bank statements still nothing and I tried to access my Betway account and it says locked. Worse platform ever almost no customer service

MY DEAR INDIAN BROTHERS, please stay away. Betway gobbled up my INR 50k more than 3 months ago and still doesn’t bother to resolve or return my money despite submitting all documents and information as requested. They make it unvialble to keep chasing them since the only way is to reach them is via email or chat were you have bots giving standard replies. Because of UPI transfer mechanism you won’t have enough data for the banks to help you expressly.

Made a deposit on this site on Friday early hours. The money has been taken from my bank account but they have not added it to my balance. I have emailed and been on chat numerous times and still have not been contacted or funds added. It should not take nearly 7 days for this to be resolved. I have been patient but the lack of communication i have received on this has been dreadful. Something like this should be dealt with as high priority.

I would give betway 0 stars but no option is available hence the 1 star.I have been a betway customer for a number of years,on Friday the 10th at 03.56am I made a deposit for £300 but this did not reflect on my balance,the money had left my bank account.The only option to contact them was to wait for 9am for live chat as there email and phone line is not in use. Live chat advised me that there’s an issue and the money will be credited within 24 hours, 24 hours came and another agent said please send proof of payment,done so and another 24 hours later agent advised the banking team is looking into it,then another 24 hours later was advised our Banking Team is working hard to resolve this.I have contacted everyday since and get told the same thing again and again.My deposit will never be seen by me again,truth is betway is now running a scam site,UK gambling commission don’t really care hence why betway get away with it.Please don’t deposit otherwise you will be next, my account will most likely get closed or suspended judging by past reviews but I will not stop chasing my £300.Please don’t gamble with betway,they will either keep your deposit or delay your withdrawal.Live chat advisers are just robots and to be fair to them it’s not there fault,its the people higher up who are doing all this.Please please avoid.

Can’t get through to a single person on the group chat. Just automated rubbish. PayPal withdrawals don’t take 3 days to process. Money has been confirmed for the release 2 days ago and still nothing in account. Why are betting companies so quick to take your money but take so long so give back AFTER account is already verified.

Signed up to Betway today thought I’d give them a try deposited £60 and I’ve get two pending withdrawals from the horse racing and games totalling £610. I like the lay out, love casino and range of games but the only bad thing about this casino is the withdrawal process. Most casinos do instant withdrawals these days but with Betway it is still 2-5 working days which is behind the times. Overall positive experience.

honesly i was happy when i open account in betway i gave good review,but know people please think where you spend your money,because i deposited 2 times last week and they didnt credited money to betway account.they took it from my bank account but didnt credited to beting accout.i think thats criminal…i lost my 70 pounds but i just want when other people dont make it same mistake..this site are fake scam .think before you make a deposit
