No customer services – can’t contact them and when you raise an issue with Resolver they cancel your account . By doing this they prevent you from being able to use the online complaint service or allow you to withdraw your funds. How are they allowed to sponsor West Ham and races at Cheltenham but behave like back street bully boys ?DONOT SIGN UP- they will treat you with utter contempt . For months I’ve been having problems.with Betway, now it has just gotten worse.I love playing the Aviator game but it is so rigged its notnright. When.you are about to win they kick you out, whe. You win and cash out, they don’t give your money they say its “Stage time out”. They also have a big habit of slowing down the system which will say “slow network” which of course only happens as you are about to win.I played for an hour today on Auto Cashout and lost continuously, just as I was about to win, suddenly “Network was jammed” and guess what, my bet didn’t go through. Immediately and I lost the win.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Betway you are a joke. I have my account blocked for more than a month with an amount of $700 and also a $100 that I had deposited in the account but I never received it but my bank sent it. Your Chat is controlled by children or what. Live chat with more than 7 hours of waiting and still no answer your support email is useless because no one answers us in return. At first I thought I was the only one but the reviews say otherwise.

This company offers incredibly poor customer service. It is literally impossible to phone or email them; they insist on using their chat, but the delay is immeasurable. I have twice had the chat on for close to two hours with no response. It is extremely irresponsible, particularly when someone with a gambling disorder would need to self-exclude from the stie.

They received £95 directly from my bank to there’s at 1am Friday morning and I am still without the money in my account. I have spoken to them every single day and get told to wait it is under review. I have proven without doubt that they indeed have received the funds. What they are commiting is fraud on an emmen scale look how many people they are doing this to, they are clearly using other peoples money to pay there massive debts. I urge any one at all to email me with there complaint as I am currently building a case against them with the gambling commission and ombudsman what they are doing is illegal.

Betway terrible customer service, 3h in wait and still nobody to ask to put the lines back up. Most of the time the lines are suspended as soon as an injury update touches the report or just cause the traders are don’t know how to price odds or they don’t want you to get your plays off in an simple parlay. will wait 3 hours for lines to be the same before the were suspended

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. I naively assumed this was a professional company but I’m left feeling like a victim of a scam!I had requested a withdrawal of $500 CAD (I originally deposited $700) and it’s since been 15 days since that request. My withdrawal has been withheld indefinitely with next to zero support. They sent me an email asking to verify my address (funny how they ask that after I’ve used their website, deposited funds, and now requested a withdrawal) – I sent proof of address with a utility bill 9 days ago and since then it’s been radio silence. Any time I contact support they just say they can’t provide me with any other information other than it’s with the operations department.At this point I don’t know whether I’ll ever see my $500. I would strongly suggest to read other reviews of Betway and avoid at all cost.

What happened to Betway? I used to like playing and I’d win some and lose some but always a fair explanation but for the last 4-5 months I’ve not won anything. It really was my favourite site but now it’s just a bunch of thieves. So I will not be playing there again. So a week after making my withdrawal from Betway I still haven’t had a single email from their ‘processing’ team that are ‘reviewing’ my account. I have £3000 sat there waiting for withdrawal but they’ve decided now to close my account without warning. I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a company. They are scam artists and con men. It isn’t difficult to see after reading all of these reviews. I have been to IBAS who have said there is nothing they can do as it’s the casino part of the company, if anyone has ANY useful help for me to take this further I’d really appreciate it. It’s impossible to get them on live chat I’ve sent so many emails with no response. If anything I just want no one else to have to go through this. They are scammers they are thieves.

Betway just took it my money from my bank account but didn’t transfer that to betting account.done twice 50 and 20.i sent them 5 or more times all proves they had my bank statement.and they still not enough for them.you can see all in history on betting site history and my bank statement I didn’t use that money on betting site but you took it from my bank account.please stop to look to your customers like they are stupid.

I use betway often and am extremely disappointed by their customer service. I’ve tried calling them, and the robot prompts me to use the Live Chat which doesn’t work, despite having waited hours in the queue. I deposited 100$ onto my account which was deducted from my bank account, but never appeared on my betway account. It’s been three days now, and still no answer by email, and no trace of where my money went.

I made a deposit at 1am yesterday of £95 and it still has not been deposited. No matter who you speak to they tell you, you have no choice but to wait to hear from them. Completely unacceptable it is either fraud they are commiting or using people’s deposits to pay there bills you only have to see the sheer number of people this happens to to realise something is not right. I was told it would be dealt with within 24 hours, this did not happen. The staff are very rude and in many cases clueless. There is no managers and the staff simply do not care . I would think very strongly before depositing with them as there is a massive chance that they will hide your money until they can pay it back It seems they use your deposit money as a loan.i will be filing a full case against them for them to be investigated any one who would like to put there case forward please feel free to contact me all legal fees will be covered by myself.

Still no satisfaction from betway . I have uploaded my document for fica and they just refuse to accept it. My son is also on betway, no documents are required from him. He can make withdrawals without any proof. How do you explain this? He also have more games on his account. Are discriminating against me????

My response to their denial of a second bonus I qualified for under their own written rules: “Slow customer service. Convoluted and misleading bonus structure. I’ve been negated two bonuses over the most obscure rules. Bonuses that generally are less then ten dollars. After waiting 10-30 minutes to reach a customer service rep. Betway live chat service is really bad! Its a shame that such a reputed company, have such a bad service! It nearly takes 5 to 6 hours to get a response on the live chat box and by chance your system goes into sleep mode, all that waiting goes down the drain

My overall experience with Betway has been pretty good for the most part. Lots of sports bets, games, bonuses, etc..ButRan into an issue earlier this week. Placed a $1725 CAN withdrawal on the 5th. 5 days later and nothing. Locked account so I can’t check to see if account needs more for verification or if funds are processing properly.Very worrisome when we’re talking a couple grand and you’re locked out of your account due to “account review”Never had an issue like this before with them, but after reading all these reviews looks like this happens quite a bit. I feel like a lot of these issues would be resolved much much quicker if there was a phone number to call to get the situation sorted. Emailing to get bot responses seems to go no where. With that being said, I was assured today on Live Chat that I will 100% get my money back once the review is complete. I will continue updating as we go along. Dont fall for this scam website. The money gets debited from the bank but does not reflect in betway account. Customer Service is full of scam. I have lost hope of having my 2000 rupees back. Will warn others of this. Will make a youtube video as well so that others are not falling in this trap.

Do not use! Absolute scam of a company. Had absolutely no problem depositing my money and letting me gamble my money but when I won the withdrawal process is an absolute shambles they had to verify my account to withdraw but not to deposit? I’m awaiting a £3000 pay out from 4th March, all correct documents given to them on the 5th, the live chat is even worse, one person will tell you one thing and another something completely different. Followup to previous review….I posted a review a week and a half ago regarding Betway refusing to process my withdrawal. They emailed me back a generic response saying all the required documents on my end have been received, and the withdrawal would be processed shortly….Nothing has happened.My original withdrawal was on JANUARY 30th. This is over 40 days, with little to no communication. They asked for documents, which I provided, then just went silent. A quick look at other reviews shows this is not an isolated incident. I will be filing a complaint with the gaming commission if this is not resolved in a timely manner.

A star isn’t even deserved for this app. Betway is a scam and they have scammers working for them. I’m convinced it’s run by scammers who work from home. I made a withdrawal and no communication has been made but they communicate to you when you deposit money to play on their casino games. I WANT MY MONEY. Same thing happened to my partner, we’ve put in almost R25 000 on this stupid app and all it does is take take instead of letting us get our rightful winnings. Used for a few months for bets and recently used for casino, after one week of using casino my account was restricted so I can now no longer able to place a sports or casino bet or deposit cash (I haven’t tried to withdraw yet). The live chat is non existent as you can only talk to a robot that is no help whatsoever, I’ve also emailed the safer gambling and complaints department but received no replies. Absolutely rubbish do not waste your time nor money. They should call themselves Jewway or Robway or something similar. Not only do they pay you nothing back, but they give no bonuses, free bets or anything. I’ve put in at least R50k and guess what I have in return. Yip zip. This is my 2nd time posting a negative review of Betway and I have now contacted the Malta Gambling Authority (MGA). Last time I left a negative review, Betway commented saying that they would review my account. It has now been another week and no progress has been made. Betway is withholding my money and refuses to respond to their customer support email. My account has been suspended and I am unable to withdraw my winnings even after supplying all of the necessary documents that were requested. I will be continuing to work with the MGA until we reach a resolution with Betway.

A female from Betway only called me the other day to discuss the reopening of my account. I then receive an email from these S.H.I.T people telling me they have set a deposit limit of £150. And that my account is now open. I deposit £100 only for these S.H.I.T people to close my account. I then receive an email me telling me I have not met the responsible gambling requirements. What the f.u.c.k is all that about? Why did they not tell me this before I deposited. I have now asked for a subject access request. I want all emails to and from, all telephone calls, and I want this information from the past 4 weeks. Fail to provide me with this information within 28 days? Then these S.H.I.T people will be hearing from the information commissioner’s office. I’ve already emailed a claim to ecogra regarding my £100 deposit. Because I know very well that these S.H.I.T people will try and hold on to my money longer than necessary.

Strange company policy I have been using Betway since the summer. Up until this time in January, there was no problem. From this moment on, strange things started to happen. I ordered a cash payment (950e) at the beginning of February. I sent all the documents as they asked, but I did not receive the payment. A week ago, my account was blocked with all the balance. I contacted live chat (the communication is tragic, it took me 3 days to get hold of their live support agent, and email support was not responding), and when I contacted them, they asked me to send another address document and said that my account was blocked because of this. The document has been sent again, but I have not received any response from them, the account is still blocked, and the payment has not been received either. Everything has been going on for a month. It seems that they can no longer be trusted. Be careful when using this company. It looks like the payment of 950 and about 1000 in the balance (total +- 2000) will be stolen by Betway.
