Betway is a theif its been 2 months and i cant get my own money back. They dont bother replying or updating. Why you deposit in 2 seconds and withdrawal is 3 month. Shame on you BETWAY.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are clearly making it difficult to withdraw and optimising cashflow. They have no issue allowing you to deposit but when it comes to withdrawal they will find multiple excuses not to. There communication is diabolical. They don’t respond to emails and the phone number is not active or never answered.They are not interested in customer service just winning or or holding onto your cash. This site is a scam. Please avoid at all costs.

Rediculous site to use, stay clear. Qualified for a promotion that I had opted into. Was notified on the site of the qualification, and was told I would recieve said promotion on the following friday. Never got it, and then was told I hadnt met the requirements by an online agent. But I actually had. Complete scam company only after people making deposits and avoiding paying anything out at all. Use other sites if wanting to play slots believe me. No need to contact me betway, had someone “check my account” already. I know what happened and what your site told me on the day I had passed the first casino reward. But your “check” was just calling me a liar.

Do not trust this compagny..They sent email saying deposit 50 $ and we will give you 50 % in free bet..They don’t .. Contacted support , very very bad support.. they make you wait a longue time .. and they finally say We don’t see this in your accountIt happened twice with them..I will delete my account , will never bet with this bad compagny

I recently won some money and on the 26/02/23 I withdrew £300 via card withdrawal. 6 days later and no response on live chat I’ve had to go to twitter support and they finally responding and gave me an ARN number and to speak to my bank. After only a 5 minute wait on the phone to my bank, they confirmed they can’t track ARN numbers and it’s usually the case if they’ve not paid it. I’m disgusted with the service and I just want the money in my account. Sort this out please.

I joined betway online site last deposited monies and whilst playing a slot,I couldn’t play no more,thought it was connection issue so logged out and tried to log in again but says account locked. I have tried ringing all numbers I’ve found online for them and all numbers no longer exist. I have monies in my account I want refunded but can’t access it or speak to customer service. Made 2 withdrawal requests over 1 month ago. I was asked to provide documents, which I did 3 weeks ago now. I have provided proof of identification, bank statements, etc. They have been running around in circles, and have still yet to pay my winnings. Have sent several emails, and have been to livechat.

My boyfriend won money over a month ago and has still been waiting for his money, after continuously being told 24-48 to verify documents. Everything has been provided to them and they are refusing to pay money. This has to be one of the worst gambling sites we’ve ever dealt with.

I registered on the app 5 days ago and I deposited 20 pound I won 324 pound so I withdrawn 300 pound and I’m still waiting 5 days later, also there is no history of my deposited and no history of me withdrawing, Disgusting App/Site. Abysmal customer service, have been trying to withdraw my money for weeks, I have sent everything requested, ID,POA and a selfie. I have emailed their company multiple times and no response. They have now locked my account while holding my money. No other sportsbook had ever done this to me.

E-transfered money which was deposited and not reflected on my account – February 12, 2023 its now March 1st.I have sent proof and was given a 48-hour window for a resolution, I reached out then given another 24 hour window, and now there is no timeline for when my money will be returned or deposited. Withdrew money on 19/2/23 & again on 20/2/23. Betway said my money was paid to my bank but it has not shown on my account. I have visited the bank and they have no sign of transfer. I have contacted betway several times and keep getting told the same thing. It’s an absolute disgrace they are not paying their customers. I have lodged a formal complaint through resolver and will wait to see what happens. I would advise everyone not to use betway

Have been waiting for my winnings for a week now. Says its been paid on my betway account but it is not in my bank account. I keep trying to get in touch with online support but when I get down to “queue no.4” they knock me off and I’m back to the start again. I will never bet with this company again. The bookmaker is a fraud. My username – steiwemau. Advise you to avoid this lousy service. Consultants respond according to templates. They blocked my account, referring to some point of the rules. It’s a pity that I read the reviews after I started playing there. They have blocked my account and don’t even want to give back my deposit. I need help regarding my account, I’ve been using betway for over five years however I have had funds confiscated for over two years now, I sent proof of address, proof of bank card ownership, I even sent months worth of bank statements as requested.Even tho I have sent everything as requested many times over live chat keep telling me to send them again every single time.I want to withdraw my funds and close my account however they now say they need a new payment method to withdraw to, I gave them that too but no luck. i withdrew £900 on the 19th of February and its now the 27th and i still haven’t been paid my winnings, ive never had any problems with betway before and they usually pay my winnings asap, but this has been handled shockingly by them, support email is woeful and useless, and thats only if they get back to you, very unhappy with this, its sad because betway is my choice of casino

I have deposited 2000 and 5000 INR on 28-Jan-23, 5000 and 5000 on 31-Jan-23 and they still are not credited or refunded back to my account. Withdrawal still ongoing 4 days later, documents were emailed over 3 days ago. Despite being told 24-48 hours, there is no sign of my withdraw hitting my bank. This is a lot of money won fairly as 100% cash, customer support just say the same thing – no timeframe can be given. Poor service never had this issue with another site.

IT’S A SCAM. I wanted to give it -10 but 1 star will suffice. 10 digit phone lines, live chat is a bot, false adverting, denial of deposits denial you qualify for promos you signed up for. In my opinion the Gambling Commission should also be looked into for allowing this company to operate and use its name to lull people into a false sense of security as it stamps it’s approval by having their name on the company site.
