I don’t know why is my account locked, they gambling team called me and asked some verification questions and the call got disconnected, Since then I have mailed them 4 times, I used the chat support 6 times and gave the 6 time frames. They said it’s been escalated and you’ll be contacted immediately. I don’t think so it’s helpful at all, bet365 is the best one I have seen so far, their customer service is on point. I have enough with the betway, i know they won’t call me, I think that’s some of their tactics. I am really really disappointed with their support and chat system. Everytime I go to chat they say it’s been escalated and it will be looked up in ASAP but none of that is true. It simply a waste of time. You can do a lot better @betway

Betway has suspended my account and locked me out of my account. It is quite the coincidence that this happens when I go up to $5250 from depositing $425. This company has been great to me until today. I was told by live chat that they would call me however this has not happened.

Betway is a OBVIOUS sham/scam/rigged/ whatever you want to call it. the prize wheel has 8 sections, I don't think I ever won. I made my account last year, and went on everyday to see if i could win a "free prize", never have won any prize, wheel spin represents their site, everything is fixed. and also, takes 2 minutes to deposit, and week+ to withdraw, this site has fed flags all over it, the gambling commission needs to investigate this site, or are they are getting a piece of the pie so they stay quiet? this site is a joke. I swear they only have prize wheel feature so users login and they can boost there website revenue to they can claim they have "active users" joke joke joke

They say they have live chat and when you navigate to it they say they will connect with you soon but after 1 hour still nobody. I also communicated with them about my withdrawal and after I updated my withdrawal method they still didn't send me the withdrawal. I then sent another email and didn't even get a reply!!! (This review is 16 days after I sent the last email!). Today I send another email and I get an automated reply that the email support@betway is not monitored anymore??? How am I even supposed to contact support now?

Deposited around £2000 over a week. Ended up with a balance of £2,600. Withdrew it via bank transfer as my card doesn’t accept withdrawals. Account gets locked. Withdrawal not processed nearly a week later. No answers. Want to close account for good and just have my money bank transferred to me, but can’t speak to anyone. Complete joke.

Betway have had an error with a deposit transaction that led to my £100 deposit request being processed TWICE at exactly the same time. I have £100 a day limit on my account, so their’s no way £200 (all be it 2x £100 transactions) should be attempted at the same time or taken the same day or be allowed to go through.Only £100 reached my Betway account (probably due to my £100 a day limit), so I am now missing £100 which has disappeared into the matrix somewhere until I can speak to someone which is made completely impossible as Betways ‘live chat’ doesn’t have any humans their at all, & I keep going round in circles on their chat with only automatic response options.I have emailed them, & all they’ve done is direct me back to the chat saying I need to speak to someone in live chat, but again, there is no LIVE chat/human chat about it, it’s all just automated options that doesn’t allow me to raise this issue further!Can I please speak to a human ASAP to resolve this & you return the £100 that’s been wrongly taken from my bank & isn’t showing in my Betway account! Please dont use this platform, don't fall for all the advertising they do on different sports tournaments they are the biggest crooks in the industry. I am from India betway has been banned here still they use illegal money laundering from different payment providers and as a customer in India you are not going to get any service money deposited doesn't get credited customer service takes 7 to 15 hours to connect and they have no courtesy they will flat refuse your claim by saying the deposit failed and wait for 7 days and if you are lucky they will credit it to your account and not refund as they tell you and try again to connect with there service chat and you will spend another 15 hours. I have had instances where if the bet payout on wins is 10₹ when you win they automatically reduce your payout to say7₹ and if you want to know why they will direct you to see there t&c. Please Please don't use this cheat company of you want to bet online you will be hurt.

I didn't receive my free bet in relation to the new customer offer, they should shutdown their "live chat" service as it's not live chat at all... tried to contact a person on there several times, never anyone there. The help section didn't answer my question, I went around in circles several times when trying to use the automated support, no option to speak to a person, awful service.

Playing at this website is always a major disappointment. The worst place to play slots. Worst return rate ive seen anywhere. Youre better off at Jackpot City or Luxury Casino. I have been with Betway for around 3 years betting quite regularly. Throughout my time with Betway, I have received next to nothing in rewards for being a long standing customer. Limited bonuses and free bets, the only real offer is for those that bet £25 a week on accumulators. I must have spent similar on a number of occasions on other products and received nothing.Contacted customer service to ask about possibility of promotions for long standing customers and got immediately shut down saying that I had to follow terms and conditions of offers. No offer of resolution and therefore decided to close my account with immediate effect.3 years and about 3 free bets in that time. Prize wheel gives you nothing at all either. Span about 50 times and 0 wins. Really suggest other sites that reward you for your length of time with them (eg William hill as a great example) Avoid unless you don’t want any rewards and an outdated app with poor customer service.

This is ridiculous, they made me “set a new password” which I did and then still says “password incorrect”. This is absolutely not okay. Please help me get MY money Betway . username Donaldduck49. Also if you up your spending limit (as we all know when you are reaching your limit every site just eats the remainder as it understands you cannot put any more in) also this particular site doesn't send any notification and restricts your spending limit. They say responsible gambling - what's responsible about restricting an approved limit, for their own gain - nothing to do with being responsible for players! and this is a new fix across all casino sites to allow them to extract the most from you. Shame on the industry

Hi I’m wondering if anyone can help me out. I’ve tried to contact betway through live chat to no avail and there isn’t a customer service number etc. I’ve made a withdrawal on Friday and I have two green ticks the one green tick is submitted and the second tick says processing commenced. What does that mean. Reason for me asking is because I come online to see how to contact customer service etc. And the amount of bad comments I’ve read is untrue and it’s making me worry. All weekend I’ve been worrying since seeing these comments. And today I thought by 5pm it should be processed. Is this normal? When will it be processed. Or is this site a scam like your all saying? I hope not as I enjoy playing ok betway it’s easy to use etc. They always send me emails with promotions and emails saying to stay in control etc. I hope I’m not going to be scammed!
Hi I’m wondering if anyone can help me out. I’ve tried to contact betway through live chat to no avail and there isn’t a customer service number etc. I’ve made a withdrawal on Friday and I have two green ticks the one green tick is submitted and the second tick says processing commenced. What does that mean. Reason for me asking is because I come online to see how to contact customer service etc. And the amount of bad comments I’ve read is untrue and it’s making me worry. I opened an account in Nov 20 to bet on UK horse racing and duly placed two £50 bets. The odds tumbled significantly after I placed my bet. I then noticed that before it had run my account had been restricted to a maximum on any race o just over £4.Despite the horse being backed off the boards it lost. I posted an honest review on here and despite being courteous I have now noticed my account has been closed. If you want a proper bet I suggest you use Bet365 for fixed odds, multiples and cashout or Betfair Exchange for large bets. Betway are clearly charlatans. I have studied their rules and they are unfair particularly terms 7. Anyone owes money should issue Court proceedings via a moneyclaim. If you have a case and are honest and persevere you will win and get your money. Good luck and shame on Betway how shouldn’t be allowed to sponsor horse racing.

Th eh locked my account in august without telling me why then asked me for id and proof of address until January despite the fact I gave them multiple of each and now they’re saying I can have my account back but all my bets are void. I had at least five active bets in there and most my money on that account was in bets, there is no point in giving me my account back to not give me my bets. The agreement was not for me to put in money and get nothing in return, the agreement is I place my bet and if the bet is correct than I get money. As a billion dollar company that’s completely shameless that you are willing to just void my bet and give me no reason as to why and then not even offer me any form of compensation, if my bets have to be voided than I should be given the money as If they had hit.

Absolutely shocking experience they claim the welcome offer was already claimed at my house. I was told i have another account, when I told them to give me the username they backtracked and said it was already claimed at my address. It’s my first time opening an account and maybe because some randomer lived at this address over 5-10 years ago I am not getting the welcome offer. I bet £30 and didn’t get the £30 freebet. They are OK to tell me that a person has claimed the offer at my address but could not provide me details. This seems a scam, also common sense should be used, I moved to this address on rent and you are not honouring the promotion on the basis another person lives here and claimed the offer. How was I to know another person claimed some offer years ago. Not to mention they gave me the option to choose the welcome offer when i signed up. Surely if I wasn’t eligible why then give me the option to choose the offer. Simply a joke

I registered and didnt receive my guaranteed deposit bonus. I was playing a game where I won R2365.00 when a message popped up saying they were having technical difficulties in communicating with my wallet. When they came back on line I had lost my winnings.I have sent messages via the chat and NO Response.From 27th you will be playing and all of a sudden - NO CONNECTION TO SERVER and you loose your money. Been the same way the whole of the 28th.

Depositing using a credit card wont show Betway's name on the vendor, instead - it will show as a different random names under a different random business type. When you complained about the deposit that does not reflect into your bank account - you will be told that the the deposit were declined even if the transaction went through. Then they will ask for a proof of transaction that it went through, but sad to say, you dont have a proof because betway uses a random vendor name with random business type on your credit card transaction.

Zero customer support. i made an account deposited money, and when i come back to the app my password does not work no matter how many times i reset it. when i contact customer service to refund my 200$ i get no response to my emails. there is no phone number, if you want a betting app use bet 365 as i do now, they have a customer support number online.
