Betway’s customer support is nonexistent. I asked to have my account deleted about 2 weeks ago and no one has reached out or contacted me regarding my request. The live chat is useless, never get any response. It’s obvious that they don’t care about their customers due to all the traffic they get.

So I’ve self excluded from all sites a few days ago with gamstop just had an email off these crooks saying they tried to process my withdrawl to my card but it won’t go through absolute joke it’s telling me to log in and change my withdrawl option knowing damn well I can’t log on as I’m self excluded there’s no contact number no live chat and no email support I’ve had my balance of 5 other sites no problems with the same card I used with these yet they can’t process it

Betway offers many promotions but to actually get half of them you have to ask help which takes at least an hour. Also they suck you in by making you think you’ve done the right things to get the promo but there’s truck loads of fine print. Most sites I’ve won on not betway… I don’t know anyone that has. No interest in improving service to retain customers…. I almost find it disturbing that a company making ship loads of $ can’t fix these basic things. Do not use this site the crooks at the top are laughing in your face if you do.

I’ve tried to withdraw money from my account for 5 months now and I still do not have it. I tried the chat line 15 times I eventually got a number to call (1-877-811-2604). After calling the number 3 times the number no longer is in service. I’ve sent 4 emails all I get is ”we no longer actively monitor this inbox”. This was after one day. So my question is how do you contact Betway to get your money!?!? Or talk to customer service? The Live chat doesn’t work.

Trying to get hold of customer services is impossible. Live chat is not live chat, it’s automated.I was 3rd on the leaderboard for the Slingo Promotion 2 days ago. £3000 prize. The competition ends on Saturday. All of a sudden, promotions aren’t working and the same page is being shown over and over again so I cannot view the leaderboard to see my position.I have tried to contact. All the Slingo Games I have been playing since have been “timing out” or stopping with error messages showing.I doubt very much I will get to the bottom of this but I have screenshots of everything so I will be going to the Gambling Commission and Ombudsmen.

Really like this casino. Had a couple of decent wins on the slots and payouts are a bit slow but they pay out in the end. Would definitely recommend.

Placed a $1.80 bet on Money Drop live, on a case. The min bet was $2.00. The bet was not accepted as the bet size was did not meet requirements. But the $1.80 did not return to my balance. After complaining in chat to get the attention from live support, another player told me to kiss my $1.80 goodbye as the the same thing happened to him and Betway ignored his complaint.Sure enough after contacting Betway support, they did not investigate where the money went, and without a session ID which I could not get from my history because the bet was cancelled and nothing was in my bet history, they ended the chat.I tried 2 more times with Betway support to no avail and have given up on my money. Be careful everyone.

I would advise avoiding the blackjack tables at this casino, as it seems that they are not operating honestly. I personally had better luck playing poker and bingo at this casino. There have also been many negative reviews regarding their casino operations. It’s ultimately up to you, but be aware that there are issues with their casino. Just an absolutely unprofessional company to deal with. They don’t even follow their terms and conditions and fail to communicate any issues you have. I had done the math bonus they did and in their terms and conditions, it says they expire in seven days. they decided to randomly take away my credits after 30 days (not seven days like their terms and conditions state). I decided to contact them and get an explanation why they took them away past the expiration date and they couldn’t explain it to me. They said they’d take this up with the team lead and email me back. As you can guess, they failed to email me and let me know their decision. This company overall is just unprofessional in every way possible and take zero responsibility for their actions.

Got a reply today that they are closing my account and keeping my winnings due to my card and account not matching.. well my card has my legal name my ID matches so again .. This is a fraudulent Site and ask people to read the reviews as I’m not the only one having issues

I don’t really want to write a bad review, as up until yesterday my experience with Betway has been nothing but positive. Good promotions, free bets always delivered on time and quick payouts. However yesterday I tried to place £10 on a horse at odds of 3/1 and was advised the maximum stake was £4.38. Thinking this might be a one off I attempted to place a £10 bet on a tennis match with a similar result, maximum stake £4.38. This effectively rules me out of the current horse racing and tennis promotions. I wanted to query why but as stated in many reviews, was unable to use Live Chat and ended up going round in circles with the automated support, never being given an option to speak to a real person. Tried email but was advised the email address inbox isn’t actively monitored. So in an attempt to get my query answered have felt there is no alternative but to post a bad review, to hopefully get a response.

I signed up last week, used their sports bonus promotion and have not received any of the bonuses. I’ve tried using the automated chat but it is useless as it goes back to the start even though the query hasn’t been resolved! They must know this is happening as I can see other examples in the reviews!! Was going to give 2 stars but after writing this down I am going to downgrade to 1 star. Until I win, the minimum withdrawal amount is 1000. Once I won and went for withdrawal, the minimum amount for withdrawal is 5000. Which means they are cunning and very very unfair. I would recommend the rating team to have option for negative stars too.

I recently deposited INR 5000 on Betway, but my money has not been credited yet. I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled. So, I am aware of the negative reviews and would like to start by saying I have not been given free spins etc. or any incentive to write this review other than the negative experiences I have had elsewhere.I have been a player with this site for a long time, recently I have won rather a lot and although the withdrawals are not instant, withdrawing to bank card does come into your bank around the next day or two at the latest.There is a good selection of games, however could be more hence the 4 stars.I have not really used the customer service so am unable to comment on this, but can confirm that for each withdrawal I have made, it has been processed and paid into my account within the next day or so and so I am very pleased with this.Will continue to use this site, thanks very much and thought I would post to answer the questions I would have if I had no experience of this site. I am giving one star ⭐ bcz I want to write the review… The betway team after taking deposits doesn’t know about deposits.. I have provided proof of deposits made on 17 th of December and 19 th of December of 4000 and 2000 respectively… But they could not find.. It’s a upi payment.. The proof has UTR NUMBER REFERENCE IN MAIL.. STILL betway BANKING TEAM doesn’t have any idea… We have to reach them through chat because there is no answer to mail.. Absolutely terrible service. I’ve withdrawn from my account before using SWIFT transfer. Went to do the same thing 3 weeks ago and got an email saying it didn’t go through and to seek help with the live chat. The live chat is just an automated bot that only give you a limited selection of specific things to ask, none of which were relevant to my problem, and then after it gives you useless advice it asks “was this helpful” and your only options are “yes” or “go back”. You can’t actually speak to a person and you’re just stuck in an endless loop. I emailed the customer support and got a reply from Kerenza saying they escalated it to the payments team and they would be in touch. That was 2 weeks ago. I’ve replied several times since and heard nothing back. Kerenza even acknowledged she could see I’ve used that withdrawal method before so there should be no problem. The money has disappeared from my account so I guess they’ve just decided to steal it. Avoid Betway
