As somebody said their prizewheel game is rigged ? “you didn’t win this time”. No I didn’t. No more than the time before or the time before or the time before. And I won’t win next time or the time after or the time after.How are they allowed by law to trick customers with fake games is beyond me. Hope these con artists will shut down soon.

Pathetic experience with Betway. Placed a free bet which ended up as a tie on moneyline. Instead of returning the bet as per their regulations they credit some random small amount into my account. Their live chat takes at least 2 hours to connect and there is no email facility. Dont bet on Betway.EDIT: Now live chat isn’t connecting at all. There is officially no way to contact them. Worst site ever.

Lost a lot of money!I have lost lot of money.When we loose they dont have any problem. However if we start winning money they will start blocking our account or self exclude us from using the account. Guys don’t play in casino’s you will only loose.

I cashed out £320 but only received £20 the reason Betway gave me was that I did not use my card, I used my mother’s card if that is the case than they can refund all the deposits I did on my Betway account as I was using my mothers card with her approval I used her card and slso bank tranfer like u said in your email u couldn’t pay my winnings as it wasn’t my card well u can now refund the whole of the deposits on my Betway account apart from £10 which was my card that I used u can get your management department to check the bank tranfer is in my mum name. Betway finds excuses not to pay out money. Going yo forward you my mothers bank statements showing the deposit was from her bank by email

Prize wheel on betway…well what can I say except that it’s proper fixed. So you spin the wheel, you’ve got 7 chances out of 8 to win something and 1 chance to fall on “lose”. I have asked the bank to investigate !!! Their investigation never ends. Day 40 asking for my moneySort it out Betway !!

I would like my whole winnings which is rightfully mine as I won it(£320) eventually Betway got back to me and offered me £20 saying the money I won was not my card. This site is a joke the worst site ever , don’t waste your money on Betway , I thought out of good gesture they would pay my whole money, am going to get in touch with trading standard to check this site out , am not the only one that they owe money too must be thousands of customers.

I won £70 on the 25th dec decided to withdraw it, and that’s where problem lies. I knew it took a couple of days to go through so waited until the 27 went on to the automated question site and all you get is “is this working for you!!” No it doesn’t because nobody ever gets back to you. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced I have been trying for 3 days now to get in contact with someone as to why my funds weren’t added back into my account when a single bet I made was voided. You try calling the phone number, and it says it’s no longer in service. How the hell do you put a phone number on your site but not have it in service. Every time I go into live chat trying to speak with someone I get put into a queue and I’ve sat in it for over 12hrs. I’ve manage to get down to number 1 but I have never been able to actually speak to someone. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They’re nothing but a bunch of crooks that like to take your money but don’t give any help when you have issues with their site. Absolute worst gambling site I have ever used.

The contact phone number is no longer in service and the live chat has a wait of over one hour and then you get disconnected without speaking to an agent. You cannot get anything resolved and your bonus bet tokens for Sports will never load. This site is a sham I do not recommend it

I withdrew £320 on 26th December and am still awaiting for the funds to reach my bank account, been in touch 4 times by email and no reply, been in touch by web chat 4 times and they say they will look into it, am still waiting for what rightfully mine, hope to hear from them soon

Well I go into day 8 still waiting to be refunded my deposit which I was told was unsuccessful. Been taken from my bank tho and guess what not been refunded. On Dec 23,2022 I had 3 separate withdrawl requests totalling 370.00. I was gaming on betway.com while visiting family in another province..that is I live in ontario canada but visiting nova scotia Canada. I recieved email stating there were issues with withdraw request even though times prior I always used interac e transfer and none of my info has changed interns of mail or bank acct. Following this and way too many times waiting on live chat as my account is now locked and after speaking to several chat agents I get the response they are escalating the query. This was suppose to happen late last week and as of yesterday I recieved same response and no resolution or my money. My account remains locked and they don’t have any alternate contacts as emailing them is useless. I want my cash!

Betway is a scam . Please avoid them. I won a total of $400, withdrew $300 while leaving $100 to rebet. The withdrawal eventually came into my account but missing $100. I spoke to a rep named Ricardo who is suggesting that I owe Betway a debt due to cancelled transactions. Why on earth will i cancel a transaction intended to be withdrawn into my account . There is no proof of that and this was the message on the app with withdrawal ID number and date 27 Dec 2022 05:12273363527There is no physical way to cancel a pending transaction with any bank app and they know this. Why did I receive only $200 of $300?

I called all my bank accounts and asked if there’s any pending transactions or anything that’s being held back and none.They don’t respond to emails, they give you no reassurance and trust me, it’s the hardest thing getting your money.I lost thousands and when I finally withdraw my money I don’t get it.On a daily basis I connect with there customer chat and twitter support team and they just ask me to wait as operational team and payment team is working and my issue is in queue, it’s been about one month and still no resolution. Last night I won a sports bet for £758.35 and promptly withdrew £600.When I checked the status of this today the withdrawal is not even showing on my transaction history. It has completely disappeared and the money has gone from my betting account. As this company is still claiming covid 19 is preventing it having a customer service phone line (what a joke that is!) there is only an automated live chat that does not help me at all! I am supposedly a ‘priority’ customer for Betway but I can’t even speak to anyone to get this resolved. Very disappointed!

Had no problems until I had to reopen my account due to having to show income regarding deposit limitations. Since then any deposit I make won’t go straight into my account last one took a week to finally show up. My recent one I’ve been told has been rejected and should be returned to my bank in 2-3 days so guess I have to wait not knowing why this happened as live chat don’t know. The money as it stands has been taken pending from my bank awaiting Betway to accept. Let’s see how long this takes to either be paid in or returned what a joke ?
