I correctly predicted all four winners on their Four To Win game, yet on their results page of that game they are saying that there were no jackpot winners for the day in question.I have tried contacting them on their live chat, email support, and Facebook Messenger, but they leave you waiting for hours then cut you off on live chat and don’t reply to emails or messages.Basically you cannot contact these people.Looking at other reviews it seems I am not the only one who is completely dissatisfied by this company.

I can’t find any other way to feed this back to Betway. The website has recently been redesigned. Now it is almost unusable on a mobile phone. I suspect betway want you to use their app but l am loathe to do that.Also the new menu layout is missing items that previously appeared, like some promotional options like 4 to win, making some pages difficult to find.

Played Betway casino. Was a game called Big Bass Splash. For first time got every single bonus add on. Was spinning 3 pound a spin. I’d add a picture if I could. Anyway after getting hook, level 2 start, plus 2 spins, plus fish and plus fisher man yes that’s right all five things thinking I’m gonna get something gd here for once. This company is awful.. I have opened an account and had it locked as soon as I deposited. Sent an email with no reply and spent 3 hours waiting on there online chat to never get through to an agent as constantly getting kicked off. The problem with writing a negative review on a gambling website is that everyone will probably think you are just a sore loser. This is just my experience I’ve had with them and I know I’m not the only one. I’ve played for a long time across a variety of gambling brands. Betway is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I’ve had some wins and some losses but there is always something wrong whether it’s a withdrawal, deposit or the functionality of games. The customer service is appalling I’ve never experienced anything so bad. 3 days on a pending withdrawal only when I chase it up they wish to tell me there’s a problem and it’s taken my 3 hours today to get absolutely no where, they are presumptuous and judging. I just want my withdrawal and the account closed at this point. There’s so many better places to go for good experiences.The thing with gambling is it’s supposed to be fun and it’s them that take the fun out of it. I don’t mind a 30 minute reminder but If you get on a good run they will find another excuse to interrupt it.UPDATE: I’ve had no further contact from them but I just went to check if there’s any progress with the withdrawal and they’ve locked my account. No contact whatsoever. I haven’t recieved my money either. Accoumt locked and i cannot access the live chat to speak to anyone either. Very very clever behavior. Okay here’s what i know about this site. I made an account a year ago in 2023 or late 2022 and they self excluded my account last year around May of 2023 for unknown dumb reason and i tried to reactivate that account earlier this year and I got denied that. So I made a new account back in March or April of this year and I’ve been using it since then whenever I has money and feeling lucky but was responsible too. Until today they self excluded my new account because from older account was self excluded and on top of that I won a bet yesterday and I don’t know if I will get that payment for that bet now which really bullshit and sketchy. Why would they self excluded an account without letting you know why especially if it’s a newer account. I use to like this betting site but not anymore after this really bad service especially with scamming going on a lot nowadays too. Or they gave no fraud protection on people’s accounts and it’s easy for scammers to hack people’s betway accounts or the people that work betway are actually scammers I don’t know something going on there and I advise people not to use there services until something is done about that. I won that bet fair and square too!!

I tried to withdraw from betway they had recently updated my debit card . They told me they couldn’t process it as it hadn’t been added as my preferred withdrawal option. I updated my preferred withdrawal option ask them to try again no joy. I asked them to reverse the withdrawal to my balance no joy couldn’t do that got on to chat again after half an hour told me they were transferring me to their payment team and hung up. Only way to contact them is through live chat and unhelpful is an understatement. There are a lot of reliable and reputable betting companies unfortunately this is not one of them. Martin Cox. I should have stop playing after they screwed me out of my welcome bonus but I didn’t. I lost about $1000 to these scammers and have not once been able to win more than what I deposit. I put in $20 it’s gone in minutes even at a $0.20 bet. I put in $400 it lasts me maybe 2 hours on $0.40 bets. The bonuses never trigger and when they do it is extremely underwhelming. If I hit free spins on $1 bet, I don’t want 9 dead spins and 1 spin that pays $1, like it took $100 to hit and I get $1 back. What kind of RTP is that? 1%??! I am done giving them anything. Hello. My name is Mathapelo, I was registered with betway during 2022 and been using them since then. On the 1st of June 2024 my account was blocked due to wrong password and was placed under standard review so in order for them to assist me i was told to email required documents which was a picture of myself hold my ID card and send a single picture of the ID which was the back and front of the ID and with that I was only advised on the 11th of June after calling numerous times. The money that is in my account is an amount of R24 800 and when I call them for feedback I’m only told not to contact them as they will do so after the review has been done. I gave the advisor my new contact number as well.

I put $800 before I won anything, I cashed out $500. Since that little win I have put in over $1000 and every single game has been absolute garbage. I hit a bonus on $1 bet and it gives me $2 back, if I can even hit a bonus. I went $400 on $0.40 bets and don’t hit a single bonus feature. Thousands of spins and nothing. I get that it is all odds based but come on, unless the odds to hit a bonus are 1 in a million then theres no reason for it. This site is a garbage scam that will steal your money. Please be aware of betway my funds disappeared when i follow up you get excuses like account being hacked not true if i withdraw eft in my bank accounts they changed it to instant cash send when i get to atm they money gone. Called them they locked my account promised me that my funds wil be in once i send my documents to them again lies next day with account locked an instant eft was made. I called i ask what is going on i insisted do not lock my account the lady showed me she locked it why i got the proof why R1200 gone. Avoid at all cost.I have deposited 2500 gbp on 16th Oct successfully but it did not show up in my account.CS has confirmed they have received 2500gbp from my bank but technical issue the money was not updated. I hadn’t used betway in over a year and was shocked to find out how absolutely brutal they had become i updated a debit card let me deposit but not withdraw. No joy through live chat which is the only way to contact them quote you terms and conditions. The live chat is the worst ive ever encountered. Use at your peril . I have deposited a total of $800 on this site and I’ve only managed to withdraw $500. They will never let you win more than what you’ve deposited. If you do win a little bit, they turn off your wins and you will get no bonuses and 40 dead spins in a row with absolutely nothing. Was told 48 hours and then got email asking to sent the bank statement in pdf which i done 3 days ago to get this resolved and no reply I’ve emailed and no reply, the bank card was sent with the name and account details shown and also a bank statement with the deposits and same account details as card thos was done as pdf and a screenshot was shown after to probe this was pdf . Worst betting site ever , if you have an issue there chat link doesn’t work. If you send an email you get no response , never received the sign on rewards either . These are just a few of numerous issues. One that is most annoying is that most sites when you withdraw the funds are in your account within minutes these days- this site is in the dark ages and they take days to pay your money to your account . If you had any thoughts about joining this site – please don’t – it will cause you nothing but stress . Tbh it really is a shambles and the worst out there – look elsewhere.
