Scammed me out of $150 and also scammed me on live blackjack, stuck me in a game with bots who hit a 15/17 against a 5 on my 200 bet.. provided proof to betwaysupportdotcom and they want to review further. do not put any money on this site. You’re bound to be scammed. I’ve got photos/videos listed on Reddit of all occurrences. Total scam loss $559

I played on this site from Canada and using my own money and refusing “Bonus” money i actually won 16KBut after now 4 months of trying to get my winnings they ignore and ignore want this and want that, they want me to prove i own the debit card i used for them to send me my winnings. They took my money from it but wont give it back this company so disappointing.

Betway recently raised their minimum withdrawal limit to 5000 in India. This used to be 1000, which was way more feasible for someone that bets low and wins low. With 5000, it’ll take forever and countless bets of winning and losing.On top of that, as soon as you are closing in, they’ll again increase the limit to 10000 or higher. Might as well make it 1 million to lul users into risking more. This way you’ll ALWAYS be chasing. Now, your money stays stuck till you get to 5000 or you could just stop playing and forsake the money lying in the account.Either way, this was a low move. SHAME that global brands like Betway can exploit consumers and get away with it.

I wrote a review last time to which they replied me that they have received my documents and will be taking care but after that again nothing happened…. They never give you your refund… Whenever I chat with them they clearly say that can not give any time frame that when I will get my withdrawal…. Such a Scammers

It’s shocking and does not even deserve 1 star. I never win on the Slots. All I want is to be entertained and win from time to time. It’s impossible to win on Betway. Have deposited 2201/- inr on 3rd of December and still there is no answer for it all the agents say its under review and one of the agent told your funds will be credited in 9th of december but yesterday again i had chat with agent she was on the same page what the very first agent advised me its under review, why they give false statements,so pathetic they are

This is in reference to my previous complaint regarding my deposit. I have been following up with betway multiple time and get the same response everytime.Their support system is the worst and specially their banking team. Don’t trust betway and they do nothing for you.

You guys need to figure out your withdrawal system, I’m not waiting 2 weeks because you can’t withdrawal my money into the account I deposited from, then Interac sends me the passwords for the withdrawals after being told to do Interac instead…. BOTH passwords were wrong. Now it’s gonna take a full week to put it back in the betway account and bring it back out . SCAM ALERT! I have been waiting 8 days for my money to be deposited to my account after speaking to about 6 different agents who were of absolutely no help, telling me the same thing with no resolution. The agents are very contradicting. I’m deeply saddened that I have been given the round around when I am suppose to withdraw my money . Why are there restrictions for withdraws and none for deposit ? Even after sending in bank statements and ID they’re still restriction. I’m so exhausted having to go through all of this for my money with no proper resolution or time frame to resolve this matter. I couldn’t even speak with a manager or have the matter escalated. And I have proof of the chat to show how unprofessional these agents are and how much of a scam this company is.

I deposited 1000 CAD to Betway Canada account, then they closed my account and don’t give back my money. I haven’t even placed any bets yet. I have emailed once , no response. Live chatted 4 times, every time I need to explain my situation over and over again, always asking for different documents and not trying to help. i have had the worst customer service rep who was literally helpless with my problem, they weren’t listening and offered random solutions not even regarding with my matter, i cant remember the name fully but it was moushabir or along the lines of that. Anyways the problem that i have is that i have been receiving a free bet every week bc of the amount i deposit, but for the past 3 weeks i haven’t received any, despite meeting the deposit amount for a free bet, and it always shows me that by showing it in the free bet tracker, and when i pointed this out and requested to talk to a different person they just ended the chat? it didnt even let me save the chat and give the chat a review, so rude like who hires these people, they should not be working and my problem still isnt resolved.

I won 63.700 ruppes .why they block my account .by saying silly reason.after one month i received gmail to send the bank statement and ownership proof. I sended to them .but no reply from them .when i am start chatting with them simply telling under review by our operations team.one day they told review was completed by our operations team .why they are not realising funds . please realise my funds to me.

Made 2 withdrawals from Betway on the 24/11/22 one for £150 and one for £50 they was both apparently paid back in to my PayPal account but only received the one for £150 Contacted live support was given a email to send a copy of my PayPal statement showing that it hasn’t been paid emailed the statement off to get a reply that this email address is no longer monitored received no response and still not the missing £50 withdraw with the withdrawal number of 270875815Very unhappy with the service provided and from looking at the reviews on here not the only one how long as a company do you think you can last when all your repeat customers disappear due to problems and bad customer support

I have had the worst experience where I transferred monies to my betway account as per their protocol and it’s been nearly a week and my money has not been credited to my betting account where as they claim to credit within 45 mins~ 2 hours. Surprisingly there are no numbers to call for customer support, only a chat which might take you hours to reach one their executives who are utterly clueless and helpless. I have spent hours chatting with 8-9 different helpdesk executives who keep repeating that the banking team is looking into the matter which is now marked high priority. But no resolution till date. No response either to the several emails with all necessary proofs of transaction . Sitting in a different jurisdiction, they feel they can get away with anything without any legal repercussions.

I have been waiting nearly 2weeks for a withdrawal that should’ve only taken 3-5days as per the website withdrawl times they have posted. I chose interact as it is the easiest and quickest method. It’s just my email and it’s how I usually deposit but I haven’t received anything even after sending the required documents. I have spoken to support but they keep telling me 24-36hrs. I deposited £520 in betway and I won and the remaining amount is £1800. So basically I lost 20 euros at around 3:30PM September 22nd from my bank account but not getting it through to my betway account… Its been more than 2 months since that happened for me to get a reply today from the live support which is mostly made up of automated bots about how there was an error and thats it… Money still no where to be seen. Overall really bad customer support in general and the waiting time for solving problems is way too much. I’d pass this website for any newcomers that are wanting to gamble online.

Wanted to close and delete my account. For some reason (probably in attempt to prevent you from leaving) I could find NO information on how to do this in their automated Help & Support pages.So I went onto the chat and was “apparently” next in line. Over 15min later I was still “next in line”.I believe this is a blatant effort to stop customers from leaving, hence the negative review.I will also be contacting the Gambling Commission as they may well be interested in the companies current behaviour.

Well I believe it’s been 10 days now. Was still waiting until 8am this morning and received an email which was a cancelled transfer ??‍♂️. Seriously don’t understand what’s going on with these guys. I was also told I would receive two emails, one with a code and an actual transfer email. I will never bet here again. I have cancelled the app . Good luck. Why no customer live support. you are suppose to be a big betting company, its impossible dealing with a stupid automated bot assistant. If people have problems and need some live support you dont provide none.No contact phone number too, you will lose many many customers with lack of no live support.

I have deposited Amounts on INR 900, INR 2000 and INR 5000 on 28-Oct-22, 02-Nov-22 and 25-Nov-22 and they are not credited to my betway account. I dropped multiple mails and had number of live chats with support team. They always say only one update that “Banking team is reviewing the details”. This issue is still pending and their support is really really worst. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life.

They don’t honor their withdrawals.Heres my case.I deposited 100 $ on June 26 20222nd deposit 900 $ on June 30th 2022Made a withdrawal request following week .I decided not to wager the funds anymore .It has been over 120 days , zero updates.The last time support contacting me they said “the processor requires the last 4 digits of the SIN/SSN in order to release your withdrawal. ” Which was on Aug 2nd 2022 . I provided that the same day.I contacted their Live Chat over 20 times.I get the same ” This has been escalated , please allow 24-48 hours to receive feedback ” .I wouldn’t recommend this platform if you are planning to withdrawal your funds.They can’t even process a simple transaction under 30 days.Let me remind you, theses weren’t even winnings.These were the funds I deposited into their platform.Over 120 days of nightmare trying to get your 1000$ deposit back.I can’t imagine what kind of nightmare you’d have to endure had it been winnings….
