Betway is has to worst customer service i have ever experienced they took my money from my account and after 2 days i have never given my money back . After talking to a customer representative i got my account blocked which i am glad they did because i never want to deal with them ever in my life

I have become so frustrated with this process and I’m at the point now where I’m feeling mugged off by the support chat, not thier fault by the way as thier service has been good. I have £300 waiting to be returned from the payments team as they can take the funds from my bank account but unable to pay back into it. I have asked for another account to be paid to which they have agreed to but this still hasn’t been done. I keep being told they are waiting for the payments team to come back. If someone sees this please can someone reach out to me and help me with this please

This is the worst betting company I’ve ever used!I requested a withdrawal of £1000 and have not received my money yet. Unable to use live chat as its automated and email is useless as they instructed me to do something that’s just not possible on their website. I’ve emailed the ceo to no reply and feel so stressed with this whole matter.They say they can’t credit my money back to the same debit card I made my deposits with!!Please I beg of you never use this company!Betway please send me my money so I can sleep at night!

One to avoid forever!! Warning!!One simple rule to check the credibility of a betting website is by checking how long they take to process your withdrawals and how long they keep your withdrawal option in the pending status with the cancellation enabled. Betway along with a few other third-rated wesites, keeps them open for five days. FIVE DAYS IN 2022 is a massive joke. It also means majority of the bettors will eventually cancel, play with it and never get the withdrawal. These guys know what they are doing. Just waste your time and effort somewhere else. Betway is not worth it.

have you ever seen so many recent negative reviews ,all expressing the same problems !! BETWAY take your deposits and disappear . customer service hides behind ROBOTS ! there seems to be no regulation to protect punters from rouges masquerading as betting sites. your basically trusting Robots ! imagine winning big ? based on what I’m reading I would not trust Betway to pay out without massive delays and frustrating obstructions, it took 8 days to return a £260 deposit .they should. not have taken ! I’ve gone back to the High street , empty betting shops are better, trusting faceless apps ..trustpilot is a brilliant guide to betting sites , and exposes the same sites that consistently treat customers badly. it wasn’t just me , it is Betway …. I have spent approximately R25000 in 3 months playing slots and have nothing to show for it. No matter what game or what I bet I just haven’t won. This is not fair, valid or authentic better. It’s depressing and absolutely shocking. Stop sponsoring and give back to your supporters!!

They try to delay your withdrawl amount as much as they can buy saying details are not getting verified while they already refunded to the same account earlier. Everytime I try to speak with agent over chat there is waiting for more than 1 hour and then agent always say to send bank statement but after sending that as well they do not transfer your amount

Be careful. They try to promise you bonus which I never received. Contacting customer service not possible as there is only a robot in the chat even if you ask for a “real person”. Compared with the other big betting companies it’s by far the worst experience ever and the ugliest app I’ve ever seen.

I have deposited over a 1000 dollars with my VISA. I played for few weeks and trying to withdrawal 660 back to VISA. Of course they say my VISA is restricted. Apparently, not when they want the money. I contacted VISA and they stated the card has no restrictions. I was told to update Withdrawal method as next step, of course that isn’t possible. Next step was to have it done manually by BETWAY requiring ID, bank statements, the same stuff I used to verify my account. The site tries to make it as difficult as possible to make any withdrawals, they give you the runaround. Technically it is still a SCAM when they make all these problems purposefully.

I deposited $90 because there was a promotion to match up to $200. It’s been 2 months since I successfully e-transfered them my funds and nothing has come into my account. I have spoken to the company MANY times and they won’t do anything about it. The excuse they gave me is that it’s the payment company’s fault and both theirs.

If I could give no Stars I would I set up my account and received an email saying if I deposit £10 I will receive £10 free to bet with (I used the link in email to deposit my £10). I still have not received this I emailed Betway who do reply and tell me to go on live chat. I have tried to get on live chat but cannot. I emailed them to ask for the live chat link as this is not working for me. I have been emailed with a list of steps to follow which will lead me to the live chat hyperlink (apparently). None of the steps lead me to the link. I have just emailed over screen shots to prove this to them. They have the ability to add this £10 on my account they just want me to give up making out they are trying to help with their emails back and forth just wasting my time they use false advertising to get people to use there site. Dear Betway Team, Forced to put a negative review owing to poor response time from Betway & making me follow up like crazy. I have been interacting with your agents for more than 15 days now. There is a withdrawal of INR 23,000 which was processed by Betway on 4th Nov’22 but I have still not received the funds. I have shared my account statement with you on e-mail twice. You guys respond on e-mails only when I am on Live Chat with your agents & it takes atleast 1 hour for your agent to come online & start the interaction. Every time I have to explain the whole story to the new agent. My previous experience were good but the way I have been treated in last 15 days is horrible. Can I request someone senior/knowledgeable to handle my case.

No phone customer service in Canada. The chat does not work. Betway now is like a scam. I closed my account because they renew the conditions and my account was not working. My account is closed 2 months ago and they did not refund CAN$360 I have in that account.

Hi , i opened up an account and put limits on it , i bet quite small aswell so im not a big gambler. I deposited 10 pounds and tried to bet , they then blocked my account and when i asked fir my money back they said they need to review my account and to allow time . What a dirty dodgy site , there seems to be alot of this going on. DONT USE BETWAY EVER . Thieves. To bet on the app/site you really need to have serious patience, the app freezes for like a minute or so each time you want to scroll down or want to go through the market. Worst app/site ever. Work on your site and improve your customer service!!!!!!

Bonuses and bets disappearing. Games not paid out. The whole site is a complete mess and riddled with outs not to pay out bets. Fine print everywhere. Stay away. I’m so disappointed. Not one email returned. The check for bet odds changing is super confusing and shouldn’t even exist. Complete waste of 200$. I’ll see how things go with the balance of bets that haven’t disappeared and then file a proper complaint. I have photos and screenshots of my bets. Highly recommend you find a better place to bet. Time to give an honest review of Betway as I have been asked to…They are really good in the markets they offer but in terms of free bets or loyalty free bets sadly they are lagging behind Skybet Corals etc.I have only received 1 free bet of £2.50 in all the time I have been with them!Also the daily spin thing is permanently set on lose.There are worse out there though in saying all this.

Iam giving this a 2 star only because I finally got my money back after 16 days.Heres the one problem with this company that i have experienced.The depositing system is not great!some deposits do not credit but the money is taken from your account.This money then goes to betway but doesnt show on your betway transactions. You have to contact them which is by far the biggest hindrance of all. (Good luck on that one) Then, they want statements which you have to go to the messing about of getting extra software on your iphone like adobe reader to download up to date statements as screenshots isnt good enough. Eventually the money will appear back into your betway account.I had £120 returned of £130.I had to forfit the £10 as it became too much messing about going through it again. Also the free to play prizewheel is stuck on Lose. It has been for a couple of months.Other the that the casino and the slots are great and some of the best i have played. Mixed bag i suppose.

They opened my account with a self exclusion in place. Allowed me to deposit 1700 euros . I spoke with a guy named Michael on their online chat . He stated and I have the screen shot that allowing the new account was an error and a mistake . But they have yet to send me any email communication with regards to this. In order to Complain to their regulatory body I need a final letter outlining their reason based on their mistake and error made why they have not returned my deposits. There’s a complaints procedure for any business and again a company that think they’re above any law that you are not worthy replying to. I need that final letter outlining their reason for not returning my deposits before I can take this to their regulatory body. Wreckless people.

Try to withdrawal on 27th October, they ask me for documents each time different one, send them all. Now they marked on my withdrawals account as payed but its not payed. Contacting live chat every day an getting excuses that my payment is on hold because they neen to send me a feedback sorry for delay, finance department is very busy, I mean what ?.
