I have deposited multiple times with no problem then I have tried to withdraw and it’s has now been at the processing stage for 3 days and they are requesting furth ID which I have provided 3 days ago and they have not even acknowledged this I have tried 3 times now with no reply. I have contact live chat 3 times and every time the advisor has said nothing they can do and have not been interested. I have never came across a company so bad and will had to take things further now.

Deposited 30$ oct 31 2022 . And until now still waiting to reflect to my account . Talk to them already and they only said the will look on to this but until now nothing happen . I tried to withdraw money to the same card I deposit with, keep getting emails saying I have to change my withdrawal method as they couldn’t use the account supplied. Total rubbish. I closed my account and lost money because of it. Going to report this to gambling commission.

What can i say.. 25th of oct 202w made payment.. Didn’t refin 30 min so started chat… Waited 30min plys for contact then got told pls sent pop.. To su…. betway.co.za lol more like nosupport@ but ja to get in the chat got told 24 to 48 hr matter sortes… After 48hr no reply from betway and had to do same thing contact them in chat waited 30mon plut got told sorry pls sen dall proof of payment…. Did that onea more got told again give it 24 to 48hr.. Hhaha its now the 9th Nov spent more money on data to get told every 48hr sorry matter will he sorted got chat history with them admitting consultants fault pls be patience… Matter resolved got even a mailer saing funds to be credited.. Wel 24hr to 48 my ass.. They keep om passing u t the next and the next and when u ask for previous consultant ja not there shift no manager or supervisor even geta back to u.. I have made a withdrawal and sent back confirmation letter as well. there is no response from betway team over email or chat.I have tried sending email multiple times but no response. Betway customer service is very poor and I am disappointed.

I left a review previously about an issue how their website was down and there was no way of contacting customer service.They replied asking my for username to contact me and find out more but they did not contact me at all. My account is now closed, it seems they reply to this on all chains and I would guess it’s purely damage control and they don’t actually want to help customers. Stay away at all costs.

Please do not ease your time with betway they make everything to be as difficult as possible. For example, I just did a withdrawal and I haven’t got the etranfer yet they first told me to wait so I did now 8 hours later and they say I have to send an id witch could take up to 1-2 days. DO NOT USE they play games with peoples money and this is a joke of a company I can’t believe that they are actually deal with peoples money and the fact that they are licensed they have always been doing shady things to people. Haven’t been joined very long.Big Problems!!I withdrew 80 pounds still not in my account and had a bet on basketball and its still not settled 12 hours after the match finished(It is settled now) on Betway this is not very good at all.Edited…I have just added a star as the bet is settled now…however no cash has arrived in my bank and prior to this the money was put into my account within a few hours!If it wasn’t for the hold up with my payout I would probably give Betway 4 stars as they are good at a lot of other things.

I deposited $50 to my betway account using Payper Inc etransfer. The funds left my bank account and were never credited to my Betway account. No way to contact Betway about this. That was Friday and we are now Monday and no money. Poor business practice and dishonest. Stay away from this casino. I have read other customers reporting the same issue .

Still not received my free bet for qualifying with the free bet club. Spoke to an agent and he said he’d added it and it would appear in ’10-15 minutes’ .. can confirm that this was a load of nonsense. 48 hours later and I have still not received it. Promotion tabs have dissapeared altogether and now am unable to contact them at all!!!! Absolute joke, worst customer service going. I wouldn’t suggest to anyone to open an account with betway.

Just had a reply from Betway about not being able to watch a horse race that I place bets on ,Cannot believe there response , that they cannot stream every race.Basically they show races covered by Sky/ Attheraces BUT do not show races from RacingTV , Betway should display if a Stream will be shown or not.I Do Not Want To Place Money On Horse or Greyhound I Cannot Watch.ITS 2022 for Gods Sake

Firstly I want to talk about the app it doesn’t work very well. Secondly I want to talk about the qualifying for the free bets. Thought I qualified for this by spending the required amount. On the last bet I took up their offer of a treble but apparently it doesn’t count. It does say in the terms and conditions small print basically. all I was trying to do was get a bet on quickly. These betting companies are so bad it’s unreal. They should understand as a betting company that we don’t always have time to read everything when trying to get a bet on quickly. They are not the only ones though it is very much a con. Really thought this was a good company to bet with but yet again I’m out of pocket.

I have only recently joined betway and will be closing my account.I attempted to log on to my account this morning and it says “Betway is currently experiencing service issues due to a period of exceptionally high demand” this is on a Wednesday in November where there are no large sporting events. This has been for around 3 hours now and there is no customer service telephone number, their live chat is just a robot and you can’t speak to a human.I dread to think how frustrating it would be, if there was a genuine issue where the only help you can get is an automated robot.

the worst company for customer service. User for 5 plus years no managers available to speak to ever. computer generated bs answers, a mailbox they ask you to email which isnt active. It’s been two months and my withdrawal hasn’t come through yet. It said processed but hasn’t been paid out. On speaking to their chat support which took me literally 2 hours to get in touch with because now their queues are 300 ppl long, they said they’d look into it in 48 hours and to mail them on their given ID. Their email ID gives you an automatic response that this mailbox is no longer monitored. On telling them chat executive this, he strongly backs himself up and says oh no they do check it. What happened after 48 hours? NOTHING. what happened after 2 months. NOTHING. this site is a scam and it ruins the reputation of every accreditation agency in tandem with it. Gonna sue these Romanians for everything they got.

I love Betway. Great choice of games. I agree they are a little slow sometimes at paying out but they do say 72hours pending before withdrawals will be processed. I won quite a large amount on Friday evening and it was in my account today. Frankly if you can’t afford to wait a couple of days for any winnings in my mind you can’t afford to gamble!!Betway is a great responsible site.

It’s almost one week I’m stuck with my acccount for withdrawals and holding my payment without giving proper reason.Seems like a scam.I ask for a reason from support and after I sent all required documents, they keep quite and act like they didnt received anything or just passing emails here and there.When I raise my issues to “Live Chat” they are also not giving what the exact reason and passing and requesting information time to time.I have never experienced such a irritated service before.I had a contact with them every possible way more than 10+ times..none of them works and finally says “not received”, “will check”, “will inform” blahaa, blahaa..?

Same problem! I didn’t even played much, deposited £10 and just want my money back they’re not coming back to me! They’re saying I infringed one of their term and conditions??? What have I done wrong? I’ve asked to the customer support team same question all over again and nobody told me anything. I was open for only a day! Good job I didn’t deposit more!!! If you’re having problems in the uk I suggest opening a case with ‘resolver’ they can take the case further. It seems like a scam really!

Agree with all the posters here…I stupidly returned to Betway after a previous bad experience getting a wdl from them…. Guess what? it happened again…I have been awaiting a wdl since 21st October, there was some problem with my preferred wdl method even though I have used it previously for lodgements & wdls many times..I was told to change my preferred method and I was unable to do it on the site, it wouldn’t allow me. Then I supplied statements and ID to enable them to change it for me and received an email last Saturday confirming receipt of statements and looking for ID again…l Sent it back to them and still no money…I have been on the Chat thing everyday, twice a day since 21st October and they just keep telling me to wait….And one of thier agents actually cut off the chat and closed it when I insisted I wanted an answer..It is such terrible customer service, I have been polite and patient but my patience is wearing thin….PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE,VERY, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE….and still no wdl after 12 days

I am unable to chat to a Human in live support. I don’t know how others are getting to speak to anyone. I have a bet on in the cashout section that has been suspended for 2 out the 4 games I placed a bet on. Two teams have won and still no cash out is shown. Now I also made a withdrawal that isn’t showing in my history. The money was taken from my balance and I can’t view anything to see the withdrawal took place. So what am I meant to do? The automated chat is use useless and annoying. I phoned a support number I found on Google and it had an automated message saying they can no longer take call due to COVID. Disgusting using that as an excuse in October… Months after everything went back to normal. I want to speak to somebody. A human. To resolve issues the terrible automated live chat can not!
