Absolute thieves. I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks for my withdrawal. I have closed my account because of the lack of help, my documents should have been checked and myself paid already!! apart from the online chat and Instagram chat with customer service, i have heard nothing!! I need the customer complaint email address. Why is nobody not sorting out these “OBVIOUS” Issues??? I’ll wait for my #trustpilot reply ?

So bad company, i any times lost my money because they still blocked my tickets, you can’t take out early money because they block your ticket, doesn’t matter what last game you had on ticket, never again, is many different company when you can eny time take out early your money online

Hi I started playing with betway they made me a vip member with promise of cashbacks and bonuses I ended up loosing 1.5 million I contacted mr anthony werkman of betway he is the ceo I explained everything to him and that they not once mentioned responsible gambling and when I made withdraws it was directly sent back to my betting account mr Anthony werkman reply was a letter from his lawyer I’m getting news agency’s involvement around the globe I’m asking every that has a complaint agagainst betway to email me on claude29 @ webmail .com we going to hand in all complaints at gambling comision so far we have 200 complaints and reports from gamblers we need all complaints to get the license suspended for betway

I am contacting about my account at betway website, which was blocked after I won 6,800 CAD. After registering on the site, I made a deposit of 800 CAD and won 6,800 CAD. After my account was blocked, I contacted the support service on the website. A support specialist at the betway website informed me that my account was blocked due to the reason stated in section 7, but the exact reason was not stated by the support team. I demand from the site to specify the definite reasons and a more complete answer on the blocking of the account, as I did not violate any rules of the site, but only wanted to play and have fun. Also, I demand to unblock the account and open the possibility of withdrawal of funds won on the site. Below I am attaching the details of an account that belongs to me and is blocked for no reason.

Oh my god stay away from this site the most cold blooded fraud site ever the owner the staff all are from reputed fraud schools….Withdraw some money after 3 days got an email saying need to verify my account ok i send all the documents they said it’ll take 24-48 hours i was happy but no after 48hrs got another email saying need to send both sode of id and a photo of me need to send i did that too now I’m waiting what they say after 48hrs may be like this send your photo with your all family and friends.. you never know that could happen… Stay away PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE?‍♂️

User name: HiggsBoson001 I have been playing on this platform for last 1 year, there were no issues with deposits or withdrawals, as long as I was in net negative.But as soon as I started winning regularly in last 1-2 months, the very 1st thing they do is put my withdrawal on hold without giving any reason or timeframe. It is common practice with most of the beting sites that they put your account on hold as soon as you start winning but at least they allow you to withdraw your own deposited money, but betway is even worse than that, because they don’t even let you withdraw your deposited money and keep it all with themselves and block your account.They earn major part of their revenue from India, and Indian customers are the ones of whom they hold the maximum amount of accounts, as they don’t come under Indian laws. It is a very shady practice by betway.Please stay away from this site, specially if you are playing from India.

Don’t trust this betway site. This is fraud betting site. They are providing third party deposit format for money deposit to gaming. Problems with withdraw… trying to verify my account send them 4 different documents and they just declining it without any reason. All the documents have all requirements what they need to approve my account but probably they just don’t want to pay my winnings.

i am very dissapointed with betway i have made a withdrawal with Nedbank send imali on the 20th of september then after some days i decided to call nedbank to reverse the money back to betway account because the ATM i used did not have cardless withdrawal option but even today the money has not reflected on my betway account i have contacted them on facebook and telephonically i get different responses.

Finnally 2 months later the “banking team says that they didn’t take anything from my account and there’s nothing that links them from taking anything “Which all my deposits have showed the same thing when I put money on here . You may be stopped from withdrawing your money if unusual activity has been spotted in your account however, a gambling business should not hold on to your money unnecessarily. This is why I hired cyber expert mattjakob78 from twitter who retrieved my funds and regain access to the account.All gambling businesses should make sure that their terms and conditions are clearly set out online or in the physical premises such as a betting shop.

Update: I had a long fight with betway (2week) to fight for my money. The account review and the withdrawal procedure is mutch longer than usual but finaly today my money is arived ( the withdrawal started at 8. October) My account is not locked anymore so I think that mean the review success was.I modifiyed my review what I wrote here becouse now its looks everything fine and good.Thank you the help and Im happy to finaly I get what I want (my account back and my money)Thank youHTXScout88

I made the mistake of depositing again on this site and what a mistake it was. Firstly my deposit was taken from my bank account but took 5 days to appear in my Betway account. Then I made a withdrawal on the 29th of September 2022 and as I write this review I am still waiting for my money and have no idea what is happening because the customer services on this site are diabolical. This site treats it’s customers with contempt and makes almost no effort to help when the issue is quite clearly there mistake. A terrible company that runs a site not fit for purpose. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

This site has either decided to operate in a dishonest manner or they are not equipped to operate efficiently, because there is no way they don’t understand what they’re doing. You deposit and lose- its quick, but if you win they will ensure that they drag your withdrawal for no valid reason. I have had a verified account for over a year. I was able to make withdrawals quickly when my net total was negative. But when I got into positive territory the withdrawals have been pending and their live chat has excluded me so that I can’t get in touch. Please get them regulated or shut down because theft in any other industry (that is what this is) is met with appropriate fines and punishments. To others reading this try PariMatch- if you must gamble.

Hi Betway, This is a honest review, I placed a withdrawal on 17 oct and i received the amount today and it took one day for process and two days for bank transfer, I admit I was very worried initially after reading the reviews here and some YouTube videos that the withdrawal is taking a lot of time and some haven’t been paid, but mine has been paid and i wish those all who got paid also post their reviews, I also hope that the betway sort out the other issues and especially the app is not opening properly and also in web and it is getting stuck frequently, with the world Cup already started I hope they smooth out the experience as it was earlier,

This company is fraudulent one that do not even deserve my one star. It should be a negative if I had my choice. They basically have no money and once you bet with them or decids to withdraw your money, it becomes a headache Because it’s a fraudulent company and they don’t have money, they rely on subsequent betting to be able to pay you. Sometimes you don’t get it back at all according to some people I spoke with. Am still to know when am getting back my 130 dollars. It’s been on processing for the past decade. I sought help from resolver for you to have my withdrawal request of £600 to push through but instead you locked my account and said that the payment was processed but unsuccessful. I replied by sending bank details as you’ve requested that include BIC or swift and IBAN codes for processing of that £600. But after that, still my £600 remains at your pocket and no more messages from you,not even from responsible gambling team. It’s utter sense of negligence and irresponsible acts that you’ve done instead. I raised this case for help to resolver and was advised that after sending this case to Betway, i can escalate this to eCOGRA in about a month from now. Hopefully, you’ll have an action to this soon.

I am writing this review a month after declined deposit.My money debited from my account on 19th sep.On the very next day I informed them via mail and through chat assistance. Now 30 days passed off,A total of 8 statement ( as per their request) shared and connect with chat assistance several time.Everytime same response, escalated waiting for feedback……no changes on the 30th day too.Then its time to woke up and realise its no longer trustable. Hello sir this is Nisheeth gaur my player id is Nishu_lara. I have tried to deposit 5000 rs from my credit card on 11 october it is showing on transaction history but not reflecting in gaming account still money debited from credit card. I also deposit 20000 rs from my credit card on 17 october this is not showing on trasaction history and amount debited from my card. I have already mailed on betway customer care but they are not responding. poor customer care service and this is torture. if i loose bet it does not matter but these deposit problems should not happen if this continue i will uninstall betway
