Trying to make a small withdrawal. They are saying my card won’t accept the money, hard to believe. Told me to change it to bank transfer I did it took more money out nothing received. Then they said I need to deposit more to access missing funds. At this point I’m asking what is going on, they then denied saying it even though it’s clearly visible in the chat. They won’t speak to you. Then they tried to blame my bank even though it says unpaid in my Betway account. Behaving like thieves, I’m a profitable gambler and wonder if that’s the problem.

LOOKING TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT… WARNING WARNING WARNING Dear people looking to open a Betway account. Don’t you will lose they not only don’t pay, in my case they are keeping money which I deposited. I’ve been through their full complaints process, then through all adr. Resolution company. No one can help. Why? Simple in UK there is no betting ombudsman so how are betway getting away with this its a very simple but extremely affective SCAM!. All they have done is said we tried multiple times to send your money it keeps being returned.When I complained. There is no dispute we tried to send the money and that covers them cash in the bag no resolution as there is no dispute, Betway keeps the money. A truly shocking scam stick to the big firms they do pay. This is genuine my username was Albee3.

been trying to reopen my account since may, every time they will not give you a day when they will call, and you can not call them. they always say they will call but don’t and this is for account reopening can you imagine if you had issue with payments, terrible

After a problem with withdraw method and waiting 8 days I managed to change my withdraw method via trustly deposited 5 withdrew 5 and managed to get both payments a few hours later. I know it’s a hassle but anyone waiting for a payment change your withdraw method to another card or a bank transfer app and it should go through. Why the people at betway cant inform people of this i dont know

They Self excluded my accountWhen I enquired about my withdrawal not paid yet, Their live chat asked the reason “why is it required” what ever reason you say..they will just close youraccount, they just needs a reasonWhen I have all rights to ask my own funds, whats the point in asking!!!This betway is completely fraud and scamThey don’t have intention to payback my funds…i m following my amount 13750 rs till 1year..till not returned my amount to my account..

On 30th day…After sharing 8 statements,My deposit was on 19th sep.From the very next day I notified them and shared statement for the first time.After that whenever I tried to contact them,always asking for statement.Now a toatal of 8 times statement shared with them.But the fact is no refund from their part.Now i do not believe they have any intention to resolve it.I am providing my mail id anyone who suffer same issue or please do connect with me.nixoncn10 gmail.com

Following my review here, betway got in touch with me. They were completely useless, I still can’t access my own money because their system hasn’t paid it and they’re just telling me to do the withdrawal again and are nkw ignoring me. I can’t do the withdrawal again because the money hasn’t gone to my bank account but also hasn’t gone back to my betway account. They’re basically just stealing from customers and then ignoring them.

I deposited Rs. 1394 through netbanking on 15th October and the transaction was shown as successful on my banks page.After redirecting to Betway, they didnt even log the transaction attempt and the money was not added to my betway account but debited from my bank account. My efforts to get to their customer service are futile. As an Indian customer, it takes at least 2.5 hours to reach a human executive – who copy pastes responses. In this case I was asked to send a copy of my bank statement as proof to an email id which replies that it is not being actively monitored! I did so and the statement clearly shows the transaction and the reference ID yet Betway still hasn’t credited the money into my account. Very poor from Betway.

Betway is a big scam,They had to withdraw me 2,000 and never appeared on my account and now they won’t give me a refund they just ignore it and makes excuses This is such a bad service DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

1)First they didn’t pay the withdrawal 2) they made us wait for hours like 3 hours in queue 3) they lock the account ! And now they are sending emails to me saying that I should change my withdrawal method to receive the payment ! Is this a joke ? Are you doing this on purpose Betway ? it was nice at the beginning, when you deposit they don’t tell you you need to upload your documents, ok you do. but when you continue earn somee cash, they request more information like document where you live (service bill where you location is), later also request you to send more info like where you work, what is the name of the company, how much you earn, photos with evidence… no way… I decide not to continue with this scam casino online…Be careful with this trash casino.

Won’t let me withdraw,Had a large winning bet last weekend and have tried to withdraw, have been told checks need to be made but they won’t reply to emails or let me speak to a manager on the phone, the worst customer experience of all the betting apps!

Wouldn’t even give 1 star to be honest. Very quick to take deposits but apparently they are unable to process withdrawals to the same method. I’m currently on day 13 of waiting for my withdrawal. Have spoken to someone on Facebook messenger and was told that if I changed the method (to the same method of withdrawal) I’d receive it within a couple of days yet I’m still waiting! I just want my money so I can close my account!

After 24 th day …..7th time of sharing statementGuys I am here after 24 days of deposit declined.When i contact them always ask for the statement and I provided it each time including today.But not yet any retrieval of deposit happened.They mocking us and make us more frustated by asking statement again and again.The other general excuse I heard here is ‘waiting for the feedback from the team’. Betway can get money from you. When you win and withdrawal first time it will become easy.but when next time you are going to withdraw then they will show under process. But it will never credited in your account. They will suck your whole money. Its a legal fraud.

Forget the one star zero stars. Made a withdrawel sunday and on wednesday recieved a email saying that it hasnt gone through yet my deposits went through no problem. They said they have put money back in account and to change withdraw method. Has you can guess there is no money in my account. No money in my bank. So where it is I dont know. Will be taking legal action and closing my account I suggest everyone does the same. Scam site

Betway are an awful company. I started with small sports bets and when I began to win they closed my account. They have sent me emails requesting a copy of my P60, Accounts and bank statements. I want my money back I have in the region of £2,500 in my closed Betway account. This company should be reported as a fraudulent company

Deposit of £100 taken twice from my account. Tried to resolve over live chat but they closed my account when I simply explained that taking a deposit twice had caused me a problem with a payment elsewhere. Since then another withdrawal of £23.50 and this £100 have not been returned to me. All subsequent contact attempts by email have been ignored.

It has been 37 days now since Betway isn’t depositing my money ! Now they will make you wait for 3 hours and close the window and not even reply to your emails . This is nothing but a systematic scam by Betway . While instead of waiting for customer support what you can do is ? Kevin pieterson and nargis are brand ambassador for Betway India , you can tweet under their media or tweets telling them how Betway india is scamming us and for reviews one can check on trust pilot . And believe me that will be effective as the tweets are very less for this celebrities and our tweets will be seen !

One of the worst betting sites. The live casino crashes constantly and provides an error message from their side which causes you to lose your money all the time. When I tried opening a ticket with the support, they tried to blame it on me even though I provided screenshots with the error message that comes from their side. I escalated this problem, saying that they should check their logs and integration with the 3rd party live casino providers. They “agreed” to look into it and never replied back.

Litterly i am tired of emailing, or live chat process. Betway took 3 deposits from my bank in one hour which were not credited to the account,no customer service at all so escalated the complainant via resolver and got an email from Betway after a week asking for a bank account pdf as proof which I sent them now silence for the last 5 days ..looking at the reviews it seems many people have had money taken from their account during this period and being a betting site your bank will not help you to reclaim the money from them

Another major scam site.When I opened the account I set out my limits already. Yet they stopped me from deposits. Now they want more documents and verifications.Avoid. Don’t download their app. It crashes mid play and the RTP are lowered compared to other sites.

have made payment of INR 500 from my bank account via Google pay and same already got deducted from my account in the same time but didn’t credit the amount to my betway account i had wait for 10hrs as per company policy but after 24 hours also it didn’t get update so i chat with agent as per agent i have to submit my bank statement to prove same i marked two email to you guys after that didn’t get any response this is the third email i am sending to you i have tried to chat with you guys again but didn’t worked whenever my turns come you guys kicked me out from the chat section now i need resolution on this i am attaching the bank statement with this email . I have been waiting for withdrawal from 26th sep it was 125000 of 4 withdrawals. Initially I was seeing the reviews here and was bit panic why is betway taking time to repay the withdrawal however after 12 days i have received the money into account. So i request dont panic seeing the others rather patiently wait. I understand customer care has been bit pathetic with huge que hope all you ppl will get ur withdrawal soon.

Thief betway self excluded my account. I made withdrawal request of 5000inr but they closed my account without any reason. This thief site destroyed one day. i am giving three stars because i never had any problem with withraw before on betway , but my last withraw not going anywhere , only stuck at processing completed . talked to customer support two times after waiting in queue for 15+ hours and they says they are having issue with withraws and they are working on it and cant give me the time frame when it will solve , which is not the right answer i was looking from them . and same answer each time . please solve the issue and pay my withraw please . thankyou .update – i just got my withraw safe n clear . meanwhile on betway website its still showing processing completed but paid mark is not green yet . but i got money in my bank account just by now . so i m updating rating to four stars now .

On 27th Sept I have requested Rs. 5k and Rs. 7k withdrwal… Till now I haven’t recwived the amount …Probably they are having some internal issues… They will not cheat..let’s give them a little time… Definitely they will pay today or tomorrow… Hope to see the Credit msg soon
