This company is impossible to contact. I have 5 deposits that betway took off me and appear on my bank statement but didnt appear has credit on my betway account.This has happened before and my online bank shown as pending payments to which i got back after 4/5 days however on this occasion they have taken the money and i just cannot contact them. Avoid taking the chance with these as i have read other reviews where people have had the same experience ?

Betway is doing fraud. I have been made a withdrawal of rs 4000 on 20th september, 2022 and rs 6050 withdrawal on 27th spetember, 2022 but till now no withdrawal is reflected into my account. When i tried to contact their customer support on twitter the reply from betway’s side was “Hello there. Our Payments Team have made us aware of a slight delay in the processing of withdrawals. We have our Team working on the matter to get this resolved as soon as possible. We do thank you for your patience and understanding during this time, and we can assure you that it will be resolved soon.” And after that they didn’t resolve my problem. Now they don’t even do a reply to my querries. Now i am getting a feeling that betway is doing scam with indian customers.

Betway is a big scam. Please be away to this company. You won’t face any issue while deposit the money but while doing withdrawal betway agents tell you that they are facing technical issues to disburse the amount and they don’t give your winning. Agents will say wait for next week, the same thing will continue again and again. It will take hardly 3 to 4 hours to reach betway contact support team as well. Betway is playing with the customers patience. They don’t respond to your urgency, If you convey your emergency as well. There are so many applications like 10croc and 1x bet. These applications will release the funds 2 to 24 hrs.

It would seem that it is becoming a very common issue . Betway take money however don’t pay out . Effectively leaving your status in proceeding . You try and get help but nothing happens . Most sites pay put within 2 hours . This has been over 72

After stating my withdrawal issue, betway people contacted me via email saying that withdrawal process not successful due to Swift process,but right now am trying to contact them via live chat in waiting list is more than 300+ and not able connect to them.Betway people will not respond to me mails, I don’t know when will my withdrawal amount will be processed ???It’s been 10days not progress from you end.Kindly Waiting for solution to this as soon as possible.

It is a Scam, Please keep away from this Website, there is another Betting apps and website which is Providing better service than Betway and that are genuine.my INR 1000 is still not credited to my Betway account which I have deposited on 8th Sep’2022 and I have withdrawn INR 7000 on 21st Sep’2022, that is also not credited to my bank account till date.This is totally a scam company, everyone be aware and keep away

Hello friends plz stop using betway because if you want to deposit they will do it working a minutes and if you want to withdraw than you have to wait to many days and now these days from September 2022 they become a scammer because they stop doing payment to indian customers . All the indian betway user have facing the same problem the payment stuck on processing complete after completing process the payment stuck and to be very honest they will not pay to their indian customers because they scammed us yes you read it right they scammed us . Dear All,Like you all my withdrawals has been stuck for 15 days now. It’s at 3rd stage “Processing Completed ” and Fund has been released but not received anything till date. Dear all I think we all should join or make WhatsApp group or make Telegram Channel. where we all can discuss and be ready with proof (e.g. Screenshots of Betway Account, Bank statement of Deposit).We all shall contribute and hire High Court or Supreme Court Lawyer. I wouldn’t use Betway. Did a withdrawal on 16th September for £40 and still waiting. Sent bank statements as requested to show I hadn’t received this. 12 days later and still no sign of my money. Avoid at all costs, they take it easy enough but won’t give you it back. The worst betting site I know, their customer service is non existent and Betway support on twitter just make excuse after excuse.

I have played on many sites, but this is by far the worst customer service. I had a bonus which was not added to balance. Tried to contact support couldn’t get through to live agent until i clicked issues depositing. Been in a que for 1 hour 15 minutes. Que was apparently 6 long. Got to next in que and the supposed person they are dealing with has been ongoing for 25 minutes. Ive just connected whilst writing this after 1 hour 18 mins. I spoke to agent Kerenza, they are trying to say they can’t see the promotion on my account. It has been emailed to me and also on my promotion page. They have now agreed to credit the bonus funds after 15 minutes. All resolved after over 2 hours of trying.

I was using betway since 2 years and it has worked absolutely fine until 12th September 2022. Whenever I won, i got the withdrawal paid and when i lose same has been debited. Post September 12 my all 3 withdrawal are showing processing complete since then but no payout still.. My account is not blocked yet but it can be since betway has to pay money this time.. Everyone’s withdrawal is pending for more than 15 days.Read betway terms and conditions clearly they report to Indian authorities on players activity.in short time every one will receive IT notices.All withdrawal are pending because of IT raids and ED raids conducted in India.

I wrote a review here in truspilot about not attending my withdrawal request and came back to me as a reply. Since then, nothing happens. Even after submitting all their requested documents, they don’t bother responding back. Gambling commission should do a thorough check or maybe they get something from them as betway is a giant profiting establishment who randomly cheated on people’s money. Unluckily, I’m one of them. Should I just leave my withdrawal request of £600 as donation after losing a lot? It’s a joke. I have kept the withdrawal of 15500 INR 9days back they haven’t processed my withdrawal and when I contacted them one agent will say amount has been paid and when I again contacted them they say due internal delay of payments withdrawal is still not processed.They will not say appropriate time frame for withdrawal and they don’t even care of customer withdrawals.

If I could give zero stars I would. They took £25 from my account and didn’t credit it. I’ve had this happen with others sites and it gets held (shows as pending) and eventually gets returned so I wasn’t worried. Deposited £25 again, this time successfully. But- the money is not pending from my bank anymore- it’s actually been taken and betway are being awful about it. I’ve sent screenshots showing it’s left my account but apparently there’s not enough detail- that’s all I’ve got. They STOLE my money and now won’t give it back. I have been using betway for more than 2 years and this time I won 44500/- INR and I withdraw this amount but after few days, I found that the status is same and amount is not credited to my bank account. I tried to contact the live agent multiple times and for that I have to wait for more than 2 hours daily. Luckily, I got the chance to talk with live agent and once I provide my details as per their requirements, they checked my details and suddenly block my verified account without any notice.This is really worst thing I faced in my life. Don’t waste your time playing in this website. I only want your money, they will not give your money back whatever you will win. They are cheated on everyone. I read all their reviews in the last 2-3 days and found that many people having the same problem as me. Feel very nervous because they blocked 44500/- INR. I put a bet on a 4th quarter spread and it says nothing on the bet slip if it goes to overtime it includes it also. The sent me something back we’re it says it in small print after you click on there policies. No other site does it include overtime.There unethical cheaters. Colorado gaming department should shut them for unethical practices. They void a bet out once an hour after the game was over because they put the wrong home team on the wrong side if the bet slip. I won on that also and chose the team I want. Complete absolute cheaters with no one to regulate them. Would be zero stars, withdrawal request using faster visa ( which I’ve used multiple times with other companies) betway advertise as being 12 hours, withdrawal not processed and won’t be processed over the weekend and according to customer service chat ( easier getting into Fort Knox) will take days.Also made a deposit that left my bank but never arrived , I now have email my bank statement and prove it even though it’s on their system so will be waiting days for that as well.Overall I would not recommend to anyone.
