Made 7 withdrawals on the 6th they sent 2 payments the next day and haven’t sent any of the other 5 withdrawals. Just keep telling me there was errors and I have to wait but no further contact or info, live chat is useless and say it’s being sorted, even though all 7 payments said funds released 8 days ago but have only received 2 of them. They have said it was only withdrawals on the 6th that have been affected by this internal error, and they are working now, so why is it taking so long to process mine again. Only since seeing all these reviews that have made be think this is just an excuse rather than technical errors.

I did the mistake to create an account with them. I lost some money but still had some in my account. Then they blocked my account. They asked my documents which already had sent, I send them again and again and again and again. My driving licence, my passport, a bill with my address, a picture of me. Every time the send a confirmation email that they will review my documents and come back to me in 24 hours. They never do. I email them they never answer. There is a telephone to call only to hear that the number is not working for UK customers and must chat with them. When you chat they ask for your documents!!! It is been now more than 4 months, more than 10 emails and more than 2 times I chated. The result? My account is still blocked and they keep MY money with no reason at all. And I lost money. I am guessing that if I won they would have send someone at my home to terrorise me not withdraw my money. I wonder how they allow them to operate. Someone must shut them down. There plenty of other choices out there. Prefer them.

I wish I had listened to the reviews but staff told me it was just sore losers. I initially one withdrawal so I began to trust it was ok. I had some losses, I accepted that I had lost. Betway then advised me that I was due a refund as I had used my mum’s card and PayPal to make the deposits. They stated that this was their policy and to await my refund. They asked me for proof that the account was not mine. I sent statements several times, each time they had a different excuse everytime. I have now closed my account, I do not expect that they will honour the refund. Before this I enjoyed the site.

Absolutely terrible! Made a withdrawal 6 days ago and still waiting. Keep been fobbed off via customer support saying it’s on its way. I only ever used Betway but will no longer use them after this. Stay well clear of this betting sites the reviews say it all!

Scum of a site, I wanted to take a break so I put myself on the exclusion for one year now they won’t let me have my account back, Absolutely shameful so don’t put yourself on a self exclusion. I have been using Betway for quite awhile but have never withdrawn, I recently attempted to withdraw $100 on August 22nd and have still not received my winnings. I attempted live chat on many occasions to sort this out to no avail. My first interaction was after a week and an agent told me my withdraw would arrive soon. It did not. I than attempted again multiple time and never got an agent once after 40 minutes of waiting on multiple occasions until I got an agent who said my withdraw was being reviewed and I would receive an email with info on the situation. I did not. Today I attempted again twice to contact live chat to no avail and on both occasions after 45 minutes of waiting my live chats automatically closed. My experience on the site was good however my withdraw experience has been nothing but frusturation and for this I highly suggest you do not use this site.

I made the withdrawal on July 23rd in the amount of 4,000,000/-but they suddenly blocked my account after giving all the documents. They told me that due to a business team decision, your account has been locked and will not be paid out. But still, I’m not losing hope. I had lodged a complaint to @manager.betway.com but they again said it’s not possible. Then I lodged my complaint with the MGA team, and since then I’ve been looking into my request. They said they needed 10 working days to resolve this issue. I don’t know what resolution they will provide me. I’ve already told the Betway team so many times that if I do not get this amount, then I’ll be finished.

I have $1816.00 in a Betway account. I have been trying to withdraw it since July 29th. They asked for documents which I sent over 3.5 weeks ago and they confirmed it was approved. They will not send me my money, I’ve checked in with them daily via live chat and email. This has crippled my mental health as I need this money and this entire situation has caused me so much frustration, anxiety and stress. It’s is completely corrupt. My aunt works for a major news station and I am trying to build a piece for her with all other reviews like this so the public knows and more people aren’t scammed. PLEAE PAY ME MY MONEY!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could . Stay away people ! Terrible casino! I closed my account over a month ago, bad rtp. Anyways last week they took 550 dollars out of my bank account (5 separate charges) . How is this possible ? My account is not active . Please don’t use this Betway site. When u try to withdraw they will ask for verification of documents. I have send the documents more than 10 times. And mailed more than 25 emails but also they won’t verify and won’t allow for withdrawal. Customer support is worst amoung all don’t deposit into this site

Hi I’m writing this cause I’ve contacted the police and lawyers regarding betway, I made two withdrawals one for 12000.00 dollars and one for 1014.27 dollars and they have not paid my funds its been four days now, as soon as I withdrew over 10000 dollars they locked my account I had withdrawn from them before with no problems. But now they just keep telling be the operations team is reviewing my withdrawal. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever seen, betway does not want to pay large amounts.

This is an update of my previous review. I had been informed that my account would be reviewed by today, Sept. 5, 2022 and it has not been reviewed. My account is still locked even after my submitting all the documents requested from Betway. My contacting the live chat was useless, they have no idea what is going on. I am still owed my $200.00 deposit that I did not get to play because they conveniently locked my account after I made the deposit on August 21, 2022.I don’t recommend this website at all. They, for one, don’t keep their word, secondly, their customer service is useless. Overall, they are not a trustworthy outfit and I now regret spending my time and money on their online casino.

Twice in a month I’ve taken up an offer emailed to me, stake a certain amount and receive a free £5 bet and twice I’ve not received the free bet. Raised this on live chat first time round, been told it’s escalated etc and a month later shock horror not heard a peep or received my free bet. Then took up a similar offer this weekend and not received the bet again, bunch of crooks.

Took £928 out of my bank account without my permission I self excluded for life a couple of years ago but somehow they allowed someone to make 17 transactions out of my bank account totalling £928 which says betway my bank has a block on gambling so I don’t know how they got around it. Hey guys avoid betway at all cost they are a scam I won 24k over one month ago and I only got 3000$ so far they keep on sending my withdrawal to the wrong email after I’ve told them several times that’s not my email. You want to know the funny part on august 19 they sent me 3000$ to the correct email and they last two week they sent my money to the wrong email figure that one out. I think betway should fire there employees in the payment department because clearly they must be all uneducated to keep sending my money the wrong email

Take it from me as someone who had to keep mailing them and asking for updates on live chat regarding my withdrawals, even after I made renewed deposits to “update my withdrawal method” and provided all the documents they needed for the payouts to come through – IT’S NOT WORTH IT. There’s still one more withdrawal that they said has been paid out 6 days ago and should be credited to my account in 2 to 3 days, but there’s no sign of it yet. And I’ve pretty much given up on it. There’s a bunch of Indians – notorious for their scamming practices – that work as customer support executives there. That should be the red flag. Don’t deposit, just stay away.

Absolutely shocking service and site! I signed up and deposited a small amount of money! And won £2k, I went to withdraw my money and immediately I knew what was going to happen!! Got a email saying they needed Utility bill and photographic ID which I provided and then I got another email asking for proof of deposit which I then provided via a PDF of my bank statements! I heard nothing back for a few days and then logged onto my account to try and speak to a agent on live chat to find out that my account has been closed down!!? And then I email them as there is no other way to contact them and they took 5 days to reply and I’ve since had 3 emails from them asking to upload a proof of purchase and everything single email has told me to send my documents to a completely different email address! They are uncontactable, hidden behind a wall of automated bots and self-serve articles. No phone number, no way to get at live chat if your concern is withdrawal. The market is saturated with online bookmakers and casinos. Do not use Betway, use an alternative that is not employing such underhanded techniques. I will keep this post updated so you can all see the true severity of how long it takes them to return my own money to me.

Analyse the reviews . You will see until May 2022 , Betway got mostly good reviews, but reviews have changed hugely for the worse since then.In my case , all my 2022 transactions disappeared from my Betway account history sometime after May . This included 3 bets which should have been still open , settled bets , deposits and withdrawals . The 2021 transactions still show . The “Betway Team” is investigating & they say it will take a month . The sudden turn since May 2022 to clients leaving bad reviews about Betway tells me they may have a major management or financial problem . For this reason , I have complained to the Regulator , the Malta Gaming Authority . I had cause to complain to MGA a few years ago about Paddypower and they were successful in getting my money back .

Hi ,I was regularly playing in parimatch but one of the agent from betway connected through WhatsApp and informed me that he going to my account if I don’t deposit the money. So on 30/08/2022 I done the payment of 10000rs suddenly agent informed me that he going to send upi link from betway and I need to deposit the amount. I refused to do so because my some colleagues got scammed in the same manner . Immediately betway agent closed my account without giving 10k of my deposit amount. I have all the proof and evidence. over the past 4 to 5 months I’ve managed to deposit successfully on betway and been able to gamble, They have taken 3.9k in deposits, I actually won 3.3k and left a balance of 300 gbp in the balance, as soon as I requested my withdrawal my account was blocked, They’ve written to me to say they have confiscated my withdrawal and my remaining balance of 300 gbp and will not refund my deposits, That to me seems like fraud, There stating a reason that a duplicate account was opened which is very strange.. I’ve contacted them asking for this to be resolved and they are adamant they will not pay… I am going to have to raise a case to the UK Regulator
