Roulette is a scam on Betway casino. Took screen recordings because it was out of control. Over 20 times consecutive color. Obviously not when I bet on that color. The amount of times this has happened it countless. And if you switch to that color it stops it’s pattern. Betting 1st and second tier over 10times in a row it lands on 3rd tier. Should be illegal to have sites like this. The smaller you bet the less it’s “NGR” is aggressive but the higher you bet it becomes blatantly obvious that there’s something not right. Please don’t do as I did and try and win some of ur losses back either. It’s just gets worse.

Have a small withdrawal of £17.50 . Told it failed due to incorrect bank details yet was able to deposit using same account . Told would have to provide a different withdrawal method . When I suggested debit card they said I would need to deposit first before they would make the withdrawal on my debit card which I am not prepared to do . 6 emails and still not resolved. I deposited $700 into my betway account by etransfer and it didn’t show up on my gaming account. It was auto deposited by payper inc and the funds left my bank account. I have been contacting customer support for over one week and have not received my money back. My money is missing and I have sent several screenshots of evidence showing that the etransfer succesfully deposited. I spoke to their customer service agents by chat and received many difference responses saying they assured me my money would be returned in 2-3 business days. I have not received it. I don’t understand why there is no phone line for such a large site. I contacted my bank who advised me to involve the police for theft of funds. The bank stated that the vendor needs to transfer the money back. I asked several times on chat to speak to a manager and my request was ignored. Looking to take legal action at this point.

I opened a Betway account to compare to the betting website I normally use. Deposit £50, receive £50 bonus. After registering my details, including debit card, I tried to place my £50 first deposit but my bank refused to authorise. Strange, as I had a 4-figure sum in account (which I checked). I also checked the details were correct on Betway’s website. Tried a few more times with same result. I then used one of the other options of paying direct from my bank account which went through no problem. When I didn’t receive the £50 bonus, I contacted Customer Services only to be told that hidden away in the small print of the T&Cs, was the rule bonuses were only given if a debit card was used to make first deposit. I can’t believe such an important condition wasn’t clearly stated. A silly and unnecessary way to lose a new customer.

Do not register with this betting site! They promise you a free bet deal when you sign up, then don’t give you it when you settle. You then can’t get in touch with them, as they don’t monitor their support email or contact number, just an automated response saying read FAQ’s. The live chat is just an automated thing which is no help at all!. They are a con!

I have been using Betway for a few years and never had any significant issues. Recently I attempted to make a withdrawal for a decent amount of money and after the withdrawal process concluded, (it took about two weeks) I never received a dime. I have sent multiple documents of proof to their support email and they have not helped in the slightest. Betways ability to communicate with its users is a joke. I would stay clear of using this app these days.

Won £120 and have been told it won’t go onto my card that I deposit with. Yet my last withdrawal went in no problem. Out of all my 8 betting apps I have, this 1 is the only 1 I have a problem with. And to top it off you can’t actually speak to anyone to rectify the issue. Live chat is OK and polite but not very helpful when you need things to happen. This fraudulent story starts from opening an account referred by my friend, I have not used this app upon registering the account in betway, later fews day I received a phone call from their support team and asked ” Why my account was not deposited any funds to play ” I replied that I am still not aware of this app and will start playing in 2 or 3 days. One fine day I deposited amount of INR 558**** into this account they have accepted the funds and there is no message shown to verify the account. After once the amount credited and few games played, my account got locked, I became nervous and trying to figure out what went wrong and started checking my mails and followed them in live chat. After some research and follow ups I was asked to inform the convenient time to talk to betway responsible team in order to unlock the account, I have replied with the time and I received a call from them. My account was unlocked immediately upon talking to them, again I started playing and few games passed on the same day I won some money, suddenly there was a yellow tagline appeared on the top of the screen asking to submit the KYC for verification, I am shocked why this is asking KYC after winnings and not earlier while depositing amount and during phone calls twice from them, I thought this should be done immediately and submitted the documents as per their terms. Just after submitting the documents I have been locked again till today after some big winnings in that account. I have followed them for more than 2 weeks and sending e-mail’s to all that they provided (support, verify, manager responsible, at betway.com, live chat along with their untrusted phone no’s ) of betway company. I double checked myself whether I missed any of their terms and conditions whatever they mentioned in their website or did I breach anything of their terms? Scum. Their free daily spins will not always give you the free prizes you win which lead players into accidently using their own money. They then ask for proof that you actually won the prizes and they keep no record of it so you actually have to record the whole thing in advance to have proof. Some of their “bonus” money have a ton of requirements within a short period or they can take it from you and will also take a percentage of your winnings during the period you had their “bonus” money because they say they have the right to do so in their terms and conditions.

Happy to take your money when you lose but the second you win they lock your account, free and hold your money so you can’t access it then demand all kinds of information such as ID, proof of address, national insurance number… Once you provide all that they will them prolong the process by asking to see your bank details and screenshot of your card…. Betway is not a scamming site as many of the reviews here suggest. No, with whatever experience I had, it did pay me when I chose to withdraw but yes, the process is very slow in comparison to other sites. The only plus I see with this sportsbook is that it allows deposit via credit cards. All other attributes are similar to other top sportsbooks. If you are a football fan than this site is not for you. It is essentially for criketing buffs like me. If you want to bet on non-mainstream criket events such as Odisa women T20 or Jahrkhand t20 tournaments then this site doesnt have them. This site only has premier cricketing events.

Yes, Betway is a Fraud and Fake App for to grab others money. They temper with your Placed Bet, i have lots of screen shot of my Combo Bets, But when match is over than i have seen my placed Bet’s have been change … not similar with my screen shot which I kept previously. I had a bet of R5000 (Rands)on a 3rd dismissal on the WI VS NZ match.There was no 3rd dismissal as only 2 wickets fell in the innings.As a result I should have been refunded, however they took/stole my R5000.Avoid at all costs!!
