Hi Betway is by far the worst online casino that’s out there. It’s 3 weeks that I won money I still didn’t get paid and they been telling me to stay patient also they sent my withdrawal to the wrong email that’s not even mine and I’ve told them multiple times to change the email to the right one . It looks like Betway takes your money but when it’s time to pay they give you a hard time

I am not very impressed with the service and feedback. Its been almost a week i have problems to log in or reset my password. I’ve been a a queue for how many days and still no feedback. Assistance in this regard will be appreciated surely you cant be in a queue for days or weeks.

The site is purposely flawed your automated system processed the withdrawl knowing it will fail… and made me wait days example when i made the first withdrawl it sent a blank e-check even though i dont have payment profile saved for e-check it ruined the whole experience for me…There end goal is stall on payments so you use money to lose it all mind as well play at casino website like stake where deposit and withdrawl is instant. I guess i am not the only one cased on others having stalled payments.

Avoid at all costs asked for a withdrawal on Monday received a email saying could not process a payment to my card(which I deposited with)has been escalated to payments team Still nothing on the Friday advised them I’m taking it to the gambling commission so won’t hold my breath on a payment soon very poor service

Fraud Fraud in the name of identity re-verification, only if you wins money.I have sent all documents Aadhar,PAN, Electricity bill,6 months bank statement,each time they ask new document, each time they come up with new reason, first they asked aadhaar,next pan, next utility bill,next bank statement, after submitting all, they’re saying we need to verify more,i don’t have any document other than those,full fraud, please go with some other bookmaker like dafabet or parimatch ,far far better compared to betway.

Absolutely shocking site, won some money then tried to withdraw and because I missed a letter in my name on the card they now won’t pay the money into my account and the live chat doesn’t seem to work. Originally had an email saying the amount I deposited would be put back in my account but that’s no where to be seen.Avoid this site if you can and use the bigger sites as they clearly don’t like paying out if the other reviews are anything to go by

Tried to deposit via Bank Transfer > Said it Failed > Tried 2 more times, its taken the payment (No funds in account) funds taken from bank account gone missing. I’ve waited over 48 hours What i would suggest is your company have Active Emails That we all can contact to sort these issues instead of trying to go to the Help Section where Your livechat doesn’t exist to contact an Agent. Please provide an emai that i can send over the My Bank Reference number, to prove payment was sent, as it doesn’t show up in my account as a Deposit.

Hello betway scammers ..I will never hesitate to put my review till life time …you said due to terms of 7.2.2 violation you guys locked my account but let me tell you ..I have deposited 2500rs and first day I have earned 10000rs ..I also got my account is verified ..but on second day you played cheap tricks by locking my account as I started earning ..I waited for 1week and then posted my experience as review …you people also sent an email saying you will unlock the account and deposit the money of 5000rs but as it suppose to be 1000rs ..beggars find better job..this Betway should be banned in India ..I’m on it .

Free Bet Missing, signed up as per terms and conditions. Placed £30 on an accumulator bet which didn’t win. It said the free bet would be a available within an hour of my qualifying bet settling. Tried to live chat and email but got a bounce back saying email not in use and directed me to same contact us page I had previously been looking at and the live chat is not helpful at all.

withdrawals came back to me pretty quick, 2 days for the first one because it was made on the weekend and a few hours on the second one which was done during the weekdays. got a bit worried looking at these bad reviews but my experience has been good, better than most casinos im signed up to at least. no complaints so far. although they could do with more slots.

I made a deposit on 23rd of April till now not yet received, they are asked to send statement of 7 business working days then again asked to send 3 months statement, after sending statement they are saying to contact bank as they are not received, when I asked in bank they said paid to merchant successfully. Why can’t betway verify with transaction ID? Why can’t they ask merchant? Betway is trying to cheat.

Disgusting! Don’t process withdrawals for days!! They take deposits 24/7, I win money for the first time and request withdrawal around 10pm Friday, I begin a live chat yesterday to see where the withdrawal is, as help section states 24 hours for withdrawals. To be told, we DO NOT PROCESS WITHDRAWALS AT WEEKENDS. They take money at anytime but will only pay you back on a business day

This site has stopped all live chat, it’s all bots now. No actual person no phone number no customer services, so you can be scammed non stop and can’t say nothing! I made a winning bet on the horses and Betway decided that the bet was a loss and never paid me out. There is NO way to easily contact support to question the decision. 2 days of frustration and still not over. I received a message on my mobile informing me of 15 free spins on Fishin Pots of Gold but after opting in and loading the game the free spins did not load. I tried contacting Betway via live chat but cannot get past the automated response which is no help. I Can not find a telephone number to call and the only email contact I have responds with the following message “You’ve mailed us from an email address that doesn’t match any accounts on our system” which is very strange as that is the email used to send and receive the verification documents? The free spins are only available for 1 more day (today) but with no hope of being able to contact anyone to resolve the issue it looks like my time with Betway has come to an end. I would hate to think what difficulties I would have contacting Betway with a serious issue.

They are great when you deposit but when you withdraw they don’t want to know. Make some comment about the card you are using to withdraw isn’t correct even though it’s the same as I deposited with. To make it worse you are not allowed to talk to anyone and using the on line chat is a complete waste of time. My advice is to give them a wide berth.

Deposit not reflecting in account. Did a bank transfer and money is out my account. It’s now more than 48 hours later. Only option to get hold of support is via live chat which is mostly automated replies. After several attempts finally managed to get on the chat with a consultant Nikita. I was advised to send proof of payment to support@betway to which I got an automated reply that the mailbox is not been monitored. Pathetic customer service from Betway. Unable to get a consultant on live chat ever since and no number to call.

There is absolutely no way to contact this company – chat is just BOT, phone numbers don’t work and email address just auto replies to say the mailbox is not monitored. If you have a query or issue with bet not being settled correctly you are stuffed. I would not advise anyone to use this site.

My Betway account got self excluded and betway allow me to withdraw my money and i gave them my withdraw account and other necessary information.
