Waited from the 16th of October which is 6 days for a refund of 2x deposits I made on 16th that got took out and not in my account I’ve emailed and no reply. Not had my money back yet . And absolutely shocking. Never had any issue with any other cassino I joined betway as seemed a good idea but not so now . Absolutely shocking 6 days for my money still not be returned !!!!

Your App is very sluggish.you need to do something about it.sometimes i even struggle to login let alone selecting teams or any bet.at first i thought it was my device until i bought a new cell phone.it is so frustrating and time consuming…sometimes you end up with bets you did take on your slip

I deposited on betway and on my very first withdrawal my account was locked for no reason and I was told to submit bank statements which I did and betway never responded to me nor emailed me. Since August 16 betway locked my account and never responded. You can take all your winnings back but kindly refund me my deposited sum. This platform is fraud and must be avoided. Easy to take deposit but always out to take your money. How will betway lock a customer fund with their their deposit and winnings in it and refuse to refund their deposited sum. That is fraud. I still haven’t had a feedback for 3 months now. Betway is terrible

How is this site legal???.if I robbed you in the street took your £200 and gave you 12p in return and said congratulations. Be careful and think twice about joining Betway.I have an ongoing concern with them, that the way it is going will never be solved.Way back in the summer, I have a nice little win on a free game. So I decided to withdraw part of this winnings. I am still waiting for it to appear, anywhere where I might be able to say that it has arrived.Customer services, is poor, if I could the rating would be lower than one star. But we cannot do -star ratings.

So I’ve made withdrawl request since the morning of October 18th , and the fund I withdrawl hasn’t been added to my account yet. Now 24 hours has elapsed and it is still in pending withdrawl; submitted stage. Never have I waited this long to receive my winnings back.

Betway stole my money. I won a few games and I’m only trying to withdrawal $1000 and they won’t give me my winnings. Do not use this sports book. They will take your money but if you win any bets they don’t pay out.

First off I never win I know it’s luck but this doesn’t happen on other sites I at least get a little win here and there. The promotions (10 free spins if you deposit £10 or more) neverrrr work! I spoke to customer service about this how I don’t seem to win I’ve tried loads of different games and different stake amounts, he basically said I was betting too low and to bet higher amount. Weird. Then I asked him to please close my account as I don’t feel like a valued customer, he told me to go away think about it and come back Monday if I still felt the same?! Most unprofessional company iv used. They openly lie to you even when you have the saved transcript to prove them wrong. They will use every possible tactic to prevent you from getting your winnings! I highly recommend you stay away from this site

I made 1st and 2nd deposit and withdrawals was successful. I made a 3rd deposit before I was told to send in my address verification. I sent it and was verified and was sent another link again which was jumio and I did the live passport and I did my face but the jumio could not capture my face because I am treating burns and still had bandages and plasters on my face and because of that it kept showing “could not capture face” I explained this several times but betway decided to close my account and refuse to even refund my deposited sum. They took my deposit and my winning. I requested for betway to even video call me and see my condition. But betway went ahead to close my account. I am treating burns which I got from the office on the face and neck. Please I want my money back. I want my deposited money back. I did not break any terms and conditions. I am a fire victim still recovering for christ sake

I don’t understand the negative reviews but all I can do is give my experience and the perspective I have with Betway.One of the only gambling platforms I would put my trust into, I’ve been using their live casino and sports betting for awhile now and I’ve experienced no problems. It’s gambling, when I lose, I lose. When I win, all my withdrawals have been with me the same day. After i made some won bets, they wouldnt settle them, and they even locked my account so i cant access it.I have sent them all required documents regarding my proof of address on e-mail but they don’t respond anymore. It has passed more then 1 month and still nothing. I don’t know what to do anymore.Do not use this site for betting because you don’t get money for your WON bets, and then they lock your account. My account was hacked and then locked. After being a long-time player at the casino, I have to say they are pathetic. The customer service agent who helped me was terrible. He didn’t know what a green I’d book was and said my license, I’d, and temporary IDs were not valid identification. I also lost all funds in my account and was told to wait 4 weeks for assistance when I had an ID card and not I’d book. Very very poor. Pissed off. Even more than before I spoke to the “helpful 24-hour customer service”

There was a technical issue on this website which meant winnings were not being reflected in players balances. Betway have confirmed that it was a problem (but allowed players to continue to play). It has now been two weeks and despite confirming that they are aware of the issue don’t seem to be bothered about pushing a resolution. All customer service can say is that the provider is looking into the problem and are attempting (??!!) to resolve it. Customer service are quite rude and dismissive.

If I could give Betway a minus 5 stars, I would have done that. Their support //responsible gambling teams are absolutely pathetic! I accidentally set a cool off period of 3 months on my account. I am really not too sure how I managed to do so, and neither did they send me a confirmation email to state that my account is on a cool down period of 3 months.I purchased a Betway Bucks voucher via Checkers and the credits get sent directly to your account and not a code printed on a slip that you need to enter to redeem. Betway allowed the transaction to go ahead although I am on a cool off period for 3 months, and I have contacted both support and responsible gambling teams, they were quick to respond telling me that they’re unable to open the account before the cool off period have been completed. I asked for a refund for the credits that their system allowed to go through while an account is on a cool off period for 3 months and I am not even getting any response from them at all after sending multiple emails.MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE IS TO RATHER USE HOLLYWOODBETS.Thanks for listening to me.

Try to query a horse racing bet last Saturday you hold on for two hours on their chat and when you try to give them the details of the bat that they say to you, what game was that? They are nigh on impossible to talk to,they send an email asking when one is available to take a call,then don’t bother calling. Impossible to delete old cards,been waiting over 10 months for a small withdrawal they say they sent to an old card. if I could give a minus score it would be close to triple digits,avoid this “Firm” like the plague,they are as much use as a fart in a spacesuit.

Have lost approx £12,000 with them in the last 18 mths.I am a member of GAMSTOP but foolishly I asked friends who did not gamble to open accounts which were totally and exclusively funded myself and from the same bank account and I can say without a miniscule of doubt that they knew it was me funding the accounts as it would be impossible not to (as the same bank details were used each time via apply and revolut pay) and I also know a senior bookmaker insider who has advised that I am a ‘marked man’ and perceived as a loser so they will play the game knowing I will lose everything. I started playing and placing bets on the site, after a couple of winning bets they suddenly started writing to me that my bet exceeded the maximum allowable for this event (I could not bet on any event, and I bet 1 dollar) I decided to withdraw my money just in case – in In the end, I waited a week and yesterday it turned out that my account was blocked – why? and I don’t even know myself.I contacted support – they replied that my account was activated and everything was fine – but this is not the case. it remained blocked as it was. Stay away from Betway. Its a scam. Simple as that. The gameplay is rigged. Tested to check and sure enuff it is. The idds of hitting that 4 times in a row like that ….the odds are way to great to think that wasnt rigged. More chances of honest and least with a chance gameplay at a different site. The customer service kinda sucks for Betway as well. Very impersonal so you can tell they dont have time for their oaying customers shows their level of professionalism. I joined them last week, and was promised up to 30 pounds free bet if my acca lost and 100 free spins . Update to my last 2 reviews, it took almost 3 weeks and a lot of stress and headache but I got my withdrawal paid out in the end, after I sent documents to reverify my account. Betways support system is just pretty slow and messy . Would recommend using anotoher platform like bet365 that doesn’t flag your account for dumb reasons so u don’t get stuck in my mess either

HiMy Betway account is drsteve. This pertains to Betway e mail reference number 0004816028876 Yet again I’m writing on this site because of a problem with Betway. I read all the reviews about difficulties withdrawing money from Betway and now have encountered the same thing. I attempted to withdraw money from my account to the credit card I use for their sites deposits only to be told this was unsuccessful, no reason given. Anyway out of desperation I have tried another means, my New Zealand bank account. Of course the customer support e mail that informed me of the unsuccessful withdrawal cannot be replied to so no way of communicating with Betway to try and sort the problem. Seems like easy to deposit money, extremely difficult to withdrawl
