Hi very bad experience there are three transactions which got failed and tried to reach customer service no response and moreover there is no proper communication almost INR2.5k stucked

I have issue regarding this betway. I got cheated. The Money deposited by me still not reflected in my betway account. They have looted & did fraud to us. I know a bunch of people to whom they have done stuff like that. I your are new please stay away from this app/ website. Trust me you'll get looted. Fcuk you betway. You will fall soon.

I have just signed up for betway and thought I’d try it out so deposited £10
And spent £2 I didn’t like the games so I decided to with draw £8 and I haven’t got my £8 back and it doesn’t say I have withdrawn any thing on my transaction history if nothing gets done about this I will take this further I know it’s only £8 but that is not the point !!

They are liers. And accuse you of breaking terms when you have dont nothing wrong – especially as a brand new customer!

I Saw an ad – £10 free welcome bet if you deposit and bet £10.
So i decided to sign up 11th May 2021, I got an email saying "get your £10 free welcome bonus" I clicked on the email link, deposited the £10 and spent it on a football match. I got an email asking me to prove my age and address with a photo ID and a utility bill. – Which I sent a photo of my license and a copy of my water bill.

The bet I placed settled same day and was lucky to win £9) its now 2 days later – I still have no welcome bonus. I got onto live chat to query it and an unfriendly lady basically said i am banned from ALL promotions under term 6 – Prohibited activities – but refused to tell me WHAT i apparently did wrong – they have my ID and address – they even did a soft credit check on my credit score/reports – so they know im legal age (31) and they can clearly see my name and address is correct – but now they claim I did something illegal?

So apparently clicking on an advert they advertised online, betting £10 on a football match – then sending ID and proof of address is "prohibited activity" –

I have read through the "terms 6.1 to 6.6" 12 TIMES now.. i still cannot see ONE single term that I have broken – i am who I am, I clearly have not "cheated" (i dont even know how you could even cheat any bets? its gambling for a reason) and i certainly live in the uk as ive even proved that!

therefore these are FALSE ADVERTISMENT – and LIERS why advertise about free bets if you DO NOT honor it and lie to my face? and even EMAIL ME a welcome bonus then BAN me before i even do anything?

I am withdrawing all my money and going to close my account IF I even get my £19.05 – otherwise im scammed out of £10 for NOTHING

Absolutely terrible. At first I believe that they betway was easy do use and navigate, but then I saw their true intentions after being inactive for around a month. After trying to get back in to my account it notified me that I have been locked out. I go to customer-service betway.com for them to tell me that the senior management team has deleted my account for no particular reason. Customer service was not helpful as they had no reasons for My account getting deleted. I asked what about the earnings in my account the customer service representative disregard my question twice until I insisted on them answering it, leading to them giving me a time and date that my money was returned to me. When checking the time and date on my online banking service there was no record of any transactions during that time or date and then confronting the customer service representative they said that the money never really left my account so that it was never really put back in. Overall horrible experience should’ve trusted the negative reviews on this one I highly highly don’t recommend using betway as they will randomly delete your account and not send the money back in.

I have made a deposit of 500 rupees through Net banking. The amount was deducted from my bank account but it was not deposited on betway. I got an error message on Betway app saying "oh snap" couldn't capture the error message.

Everything was fine till the time I started winning. Lost 15k in one day and recovered it the next day. But then the term "bets rejected" came into the picture and with it the amount not being returned to wallet. First It ate 100rs, then, 2000, then 4500 and lastly 7000. Nearly 14000 has been lost to this so called error or scam. I have the necessary proofs as well as screen recording. But the customer care says u lost the bet.
Believe me, one of the hands was a blackjack for the ones who played. But they don't want to help and maybe they have a code prepared to cheat customers and make free money. Casino always wins but this is just fraud and should be reported to uk gaming authority as well as Malta.
I wish reviews allowed me to share a video or link here so that I could show it. But guys beware!!

I had requested a Withdrawal on 6th of May and on the 10th of May in my transaction history I see that it's paid.. But in my bank account I did not receive a single rupee.. Asked customer care for transaction I'd they refused to give..

I deleted many complaints about Betway that I wrote here in the past weeks, and I wrote to you with a summary complaint, and also forwarded it to Betway.

They sent me a message saying that we will return to me, although I gave them all my information, they returned to me only with a copy-paste mail and they are still trying to put me to sleep because our games are working with ECOGRA or something!

They think they can deceive me, put me to forget this way!

I replied to you, you did not even return to me! You are the worst but worst company in Bet history! I only complain you with the win-loss rate to users, but I sue you for the closure of the games, the closing of my game during the jackpot, for not playing the game in the time I am entitled to! We will also file a complaint with the Gambling Commission, with about 150 people, if you do not return to me by Wednesday. You thought I couldn't reach people who had problems with you?

I think you need to return to my mail, be interested to this mail. In addition, your CEO Anthony Werkman will be presented with a file prepared by my entire process lawyers. I know that he says he cares about customers very much. Let's see if he knows what's going on in his company.

I have made a deposit of 50000 and 20000 rupees through Net banking. The amount was deducted from my bank account but it was not deposited on betway. I got an error message on Betway app saying "oh snap" couldn't capture the error message.

I spoke to my bank support they said the transaction was successfully made and they gave me the reference number of the transaction

I spoke to the Betway chat support about the same and they said they haven't received the transaction made. Also confirmed it will get reversed back if it has not come through. So they asked me to send the bank statement of the transaction. It's been so long now I haven't received the refund yet. Please refund my 70k back 😭🙏

We shouldn't have to give a 1 star to make a review, betway is one of the worst ones out they for withdrawal, won 10 pound and the free spin also wagered that so I could draw 10 pound out but now it seem there never ending problems with getting it back I mean its o ly 10 pound but just goes to show they dont like paying, make me laugh because my bank card wasnt updated so they can take your money from that bank card but can never pay in to it, what a coincidence.

I made a withdrawal after a decent win of R12000 one week later and absolutely now reason why. After submitting my bank statement numerous times I'm not receiving my money. They take your deposits to make bets but don't pay you back. I have via live chat for the fourth time requested a superior or msnager to phone me and guess what still waiting.

I made a large bet on an early line (which was not an error and that multiple books had at the same or better odds) which quickly moved as the market adjusted. Betway canceled my bet, banned me from promotions and limited my account so that I can only bet miniscule amounts.

This site has a good UI, solid deposit options, and smooth withdrawals–but it's just another fraudulent, shady bookie that punishes winners so it gets a 1 from me.

P.S. there is no customer support available at all. The livechat is broken and there is no email or phone number provided.

This is the worst experience I have ever faced.. I send money to your agent it's already been 16 days but still my funds are not reflected in my account how many days I have to wait. You are not responding whom I have to contact. Give my money back

I have deposited some amount and the same has been not been reflected in my id. When I approached customer care they said due to technical issues it's has been not reflected in your account and will be refunded to you within 7-14 working days but more than one month has been passed nothing…
Please be aware of such unauthentic sites they are cheaters and always ready to grab our hard earned money

I advise against using this application and the website I was scammed by this website. I made a bet on Live Casino roulette, I bet on the number that came up, I didn't get a win. After contacting customer service and presenting them with evidence (screen shot and bet history), I was not paid the winnings. They explained that they had a bug in the system, they weren't even able to refund it somehow (free bet or otherwise). So think about whether to play there on their site and invest your money.

Well it starts out okay, but eventually u will have problems,the free to play prize wheel is what u expect(when it works) however if u deposit and wager the requirements for a super spin u will not get it… find anyway to not give u your super spin… “because u pressed the button before u deposited” what does that mean i still did not receive the super spin however betway still took my money!?!?! I am still yet to receive my latest withdrawal.. This has now been 4 working days. I used to deposit and withdraw with betway all the time. But on this occasion my money seems to have not appeared. I have emailed Betway with my reference number and also a copy of my bank statement (PDF File). I have received no response.

I have to question where my withdrawal now is?

This is the most fraud app in betting site . On dated 29/03/2021 i have deposited Rs 35000 with UPI transfer with RRN 108812030078 . TODAY is 06/05/2021 . Inspite of resolve my issue they block my account . I am asking for refund my money back to my bank account too many times from last 35 days . They always ask about bank statement . I have sent the bank statememt more then 20 times via email but no respose yet .they have never give any feedback in email . Waiting in a chat line in a quee of 35/45/ 54 nos is a fraustrating . No respose as on today to refund my money .

I need my money immidiately back to my BANK ACCOUNT .

I played casino in bet way which is a 3rd class online casino barracat software.. I wagered on winning side and several times it "said some bets are not placed please contact the support" and took my money from the wallet. Instead of providing winning they took my money and when we contact support they say money will be credited in 60 mins and money never comes back it happend several times and I lost so much of money due to bad experience and lost around 30 k from my wallet which was the mistake of there software.. the customer support never revers back I had sent an email to betway manager only to get automated response and no one is bothered to help the customer.. Betway is ill treating Indian customers and looting there hard earned money.. my money is deduced from my acvount even after placing bet on winning side.. I will also contact Kevin Peterson for endorsing this 3rd class app.. stit with this app..

So i made a few bets today (like everyday on betway – you can say that i'm a loyal customer, yeah) and after losing them i realized that i lost more than predicted, so imediately when i realized i checked what happened.
One thing – i have 2 accounts, 1 on betway and 1 on unibet, as soon as i'm making one on betway i'm placing the exact same one on unibet so i had: 1 bet on betway 1 on unibet
1 bet on betway 0 on unibet?
1 bet on betway 0 on unibet?
and 2nd bet on betway, 2nd on unibet

What happened? Their servers somehow TRIPLED my first bet on betway and DOUBLED my second bet BY THEIR OWN POWERS.
"How?" do you ask me? I don't know but every time when i had problems i had it only with these guys – betway – AND NEVER ON UNIBET!
Now "they will investigate this but because I DIDN'T double check them i will receive an email from them".
Yeah, even with all the evidence provided and even the agent said: "THAT IS ODD" they are investigating but CAN'T PROMISE ANYTHING because they will gladly ROB your money without any sort of consequence?!

I was done a withdrawal of 30000 on 29th April but 25000 was credited in my bank account. Betway customer executives was not responding me and saying those 5000 was detected for chargeback. What the Hell??? And they saying ask you bank. Betway team was detected and not credited to my bank and pulling me to ask bank. Am i studing in 1st or 2nd standard. Bloody fraud app and service. If I ask why the chargeback was done and for which transaction it was done means they are not saying and simply saying ask your bank

For any doubters out there, Betway is the real deal!! I’ve heard others talk about bad experiences when it comes to withdrawals from gambling sites, but I assure you that is not the case with Betway! I was lucky enough to win a large amount, and immediately started getting anxiety about if I was actually going to get paid or not.
