I deleted the last 3 different comments so I wanted to put them all together.

I also gave them an opportunity to apologize and find a solution, but I regretted giving it.

Under all the comments I had, they wrote to me give your contact number so that we can call you, 9 days have passed since I gave my number, not even a person called. Think about what kind of company we are dealing with…

Anyway, the situation is very difficult, very sad.
There is a big failure especially in Casino games. They are worse off even the worst, most unsuccessful bet company in the world. There are incredible differences when I play the same games elsewhere and compare.

I recieved an email asking about my payment methods stating they are available 24/7 for my response. I replied within the hour. I have a pending withdrawal of £611 and I have not heard from them since. They have locked my account so I have no way of speaking to customer service! Totally legal site. Quick verification process within 1-2 days but withdrawal will take time sometime atlest 2-3 days(except holidays). Only problem with this site is they will reduce your limit if you start betting on different betting section (total,handicap,etc) few times.that happen with me within month.

If i could put zero stars I would. They are quick to offer free bets but then when you win, they reduce your stake to a ridiculous amount. They should not exist. Either play fair or do not play at all!! I prefer the exchanges where you don't have these issues.

Just an update. They said they emailed me, which is a lie. I am now banned from the website which means I cannot even gain access to anything. Lucky enough I took a screenshot of everything, including the online customer support and the pending money they owe me so I can do something to take it further if they carry on with their nonsense. Again, a proof that the site cannot be trusted when the luck is on your side.

Just started a Betway account. Put 250 bucks in. Gambled 150 bucks; 100 on Poirer to beat McGregor which i won said I was to win 330 bucks. 50 on Chandler to beat hooker which he did. Said I'd win 105. So a total of 435. What I received instead was 392.50. I put 250 in, it ate my money and I profited 140 bucks. F*ckin bullsh*t

I dont understand all the bad reviews on here as I have never had a problem with betway and have even been lucky enough to of won a four figure sum from them which was paid in full within 4 days aswell! So overall I think a very legitimate good betting company 👍

Having been a customer of betway iv enjoyed my experiences with them,I set up deposit limits 10 pounds a day,250,a week and 750 a month, Having tried to deposit the other day I wasnt able to with a block saying I reached my limits which isn't possible,so I contacted betway on chat to be told it was an system error on betways part and would take a minimum of a day to 48 hours to be resolved,having received no communication I spoke again on chat today to which I was then told my limits have now been automatically reduced to 155 a month by the system and I would not be able to deposit until the end of the month, further more i was told if I wanted to raise the limit I would need to provide my occupation,how much I earn and how much I can afford,,,I asked if I had done anything wrong to receive this sort of treatment or if my account is under suspicion,,the response was no betway are doing this to everyone and not just me….I've been with betway a long time and can't believe this sort of treatment betway admitted error on there part to then be told my limits have been automatically reduced i can't imagine whats worse Iver singling me out or if it is true and betway are doing this to all there customers either way very disappointed with the customer service!

Just a update to my last two reviews I did about 6 days ago about my withdrawal of £100 , After contacting betway everyday on live chat since the problem started on the 5th of January 2021 I have now received my withdrawal of £100 and it was put in my account on the 14th January , Funny tho because right at the beginning I was told it was definitely paid into my account on the 5th of January .All I can say to you peeps is don't let up on constantly contacting them and don't let them get away with keeping your money if you know 100% that you know that money is yours as they will keep on trying to put you off keep on at them thanks and good luck

I used betway after a long time not using it, and my experience had been brilliant after winning £4121 I got an email saying my name on card didn’t match my account and then I realised I haven’t updated my change of name so I sent in my change of name deed and new passport and they sorted it quickly (if uploading documents convert to a PDF there’s plenty of free sites online doing this) and now it’s marked as paid so should soon be in my account no problems a simple mistake on my behalf promptly sorted and now can enjoy my winnings thanks betway

I joined betway and then read reviews here. I decided to try to withdraw funds without gambling on anything just to prove reviews wrong. You guessed it!! I have sent a copy of my passport 4 times and with the promise to get back to me within 24 hours on each occasion I have heard nothing. The gaming commission on Malta do not include an email address. Has anyone else got in touch with Malta or the gaming board in Britain. I will let you know how I fare. In each acknowledgment of receiving my passport they advise me I may gamble away pending proof of identity. They accepted my money without any identity verification but will not return it although I have not gambled at all.

I have been trying to login. I put in the correct username and password and it was rejected. Changed it via email link. Still doesn't work. There is absolutely no-one to contact. No live chat or email or telephone. I will not use them again. If I had a balance I wanted to withdraw it would be impossible now. Luckily I spent the last £5 on Saturday. The account has only been open 10 days. I didn't get my £10 bonus for opening an account either. Back to the trusty old Paddy Power and Skybet. At least you can contact them if there is a problem.
