I joined 2 days ago, I have deposited a fair amount, but yesterday i won! I am just waiting on my withdrawal, if I get it ok and speedily, I would recommend this site!

The only issue is being able to contact them, can never get on live chat and no e-Mail address supplied or any other way of contacting them which is a bit disappointing

Made a £20 deposit but Betway took two withdrawals from my bank account. Contacted them multiple times for a refund of the duplicate £20 and provided all requested details including a bank statement showing the withdrawals. Five chat exchanges in all, where I was assured more than once that my account would be credited with the additional £20 within 7-14 days, yet nothing ever appeared. Today, they were asking again for bank statements before they could even look into it for me. Each time, chats (can’t get through by email or phone) were 30+ minutes long. Just getting the runaround from their agents who take forever and appear to tell you anything to get rid of you. Disgusting customer service.

Be very careful of this site. I recently registered with gamstop to close my accounts because it was becoming an issue. I received emails from other firms stating they had closed my account but betway have asked for my full name bank account details and other personal info in order to refund some money to me. I have emailed them several times asking what funds they have that belong to me but they will not reply. I know I have no funds with them so I am thinking that they are trying to defraud me.

Although their selection of games is good and they have a few promos here and there, the game variance and volatility seems so badly skewed in house favour on their site compared to others major casino sites, it's massively off putting.

Don't think I'll be depositing any money with them anymore. What gets me is I can play the same game on other sites and regularly get small winnings or at the very least get my stake returned on an individual round. No hope on this site. 1 bonus game in hundreds of spins only to return £4.32. Joke. Also the game seems to have spins in which the reels continue to spin for ages suggesting server latency issues.

Don't get me wrong I know the house usually has an edge (it is gambling after all) but as an avid mathematician and statistician I know when results are anomalous.

Not recommending this site. First time I was playing on most I will say famous games like Fishin F.. and other blueprint games and they don't have autospins they just remove it from the games.No matter what game I'm playing I never get bonuses if it happens that I get one is paying so low that it is ridiculous. I won £1 to wager on Roulette. I got lucky and won £36. A week later it disappeared from my account and i was told that i had to wager it 30 times.
Anyone familiar with Roulette knows how impossible it is to do that kind of wagering.
I have no proof that the wagering story is true, but other places like Ladbrokes and Coral and Betfair always put the money you won straight into your main account to be withdrawn.
Another poor bookmaker that seems to dislike winners.

DON'T, please DON'T invest in this company unless you can afford to have your money taken from you with promises that you will get it back when it matures, with interest, and then never returned (I'd call that theft?). This is what's happened to me in this probably scheme: I did receive veiled threats this year that this company would be unable to pay me back if my honest review deterred more investment but as they have no intention of returning my life savings I may as well be honest now.

Despite many emails and phone calls last year, ai gained some profits this year, this company rarely replied. In those very few replies, promises were made that my funds would be returned, none were honoured (I would call that gross dishonesty and fraud). A vague promise earlier this year that the money would be returned in laughably small tranches (would have been better than the nothing I am going to receive) .I am very grateful to mr gilbert the person who helped me get my funds along with a court order I reached him via Robertgarcias(at)A∅l côm and I would forever be in debted to him for coming through

I read some favourable reviews before investing and again recently. I cannot and do not believe those are honest: they in no way resemble my experience and I suspect they have been ‘bought’.

Betway are a terrible bookie. Opened an account and have been betting to qualify for their free bet club. After believing I should have qualified one week, I complained to the customer support team. The first time I contacted them, the agent agreed with me and said this will be resolved by the next day. Let behold, the next day passes and this issue has not been fixed. I contact them again and I am told to wait until the qualifying period has ended and to then complain afterwards. Then on this day I receive an email to say I am no longer eligible for the free bet club promotion, with no explanation to why.

I am a recreational customer of Betway and have not broken any rules. They have excluded me A. Because I complained and B. because I’ve won more than I lost in bets I’ve made so far. I should not be banned for that reason.

I was using betway for years without a problem, I deposited £200 and put £120 of football bets on and next thing I get a message saying my account is locked and they would not tell me why. So I can't get my money back let alone the money I've spent over the years. Why didn't they lock my account when I hadn't put money in. Most of the time there is no money in my account.

After playing at this bookmaker for a few weeks, my account suddenly got locked. I was asked to provide several documents, which I sent quite soon afterwards. I sent these documents over a month ago and they still have not been checked. In the live chat they say someone from operations team is going to call me, this was said 3 times already and it has been over a month without receiving a call. This is by far the worst customer support I have ever dealt with, and I would stay away from using this bookmaker.

I have been waiting 1 and half month to get my money for my bet on the US elections, after 100 times I contacted the customer service team, they told me that the bet will be settled in January, then suddenly they settled the bet few days ago. I clicked to withdrawal my money 360 pounds to my paypal account and the money are disappeared! they are now saying that the withdraw needs to be reviewed and can not even give me a time lead…. they keep finding excuses, there is nothing to review! Opened an account in July and had it fully verified. Deposited hundreds of pounds and had no withdrawals. Made a deposit on 29th November and had account immediately suspended. They stated they are closing account as I could be susceptible to problem gambling!!!! I have asked for my deposit back as it’s basically my own installed money and have been told week after week that it’s been processed. Almost 16 days later i have still not received my own back and I can’t get through to anyone at Betway. I will be taking this further can’t believe how far they have fallen. Used to be respectable but this is beyond a joke it’s basically theft. Don’t open an account and don’t put your money near them they will not pay out they will find a way to steal your money. Hope the GC revoke that licence now and I have raised a complaint with them in any case as this seems to be happening to a lot of people.
