Absolute joke when trying to withdraw funds saying you have to make a deposit on the same card when I deposited the money from that card. There is no contact whatsoever. Tried phone numbers but they no longer exist. They say they have a live chat but that no longer exist and then to reply which I'm still waiting. Obviously they do this so you get fed up and either carry on betting and lose or they just have your funds. I know they are a Maltese company but will be reporting the to the gambling commission as they should not be allowed to do this. Terrible company. Avoid avoid avoid.

Betway make it impossible for you to upgrade your withdrawal card details !Quite happy to except your card to let you make a deposit but for some reason I’m unable to withdraw to the same card ?Website doesn’t allow you to change prefered card , live chat doesn’t work , emails not returned !! Really disappointing to be treated like this .

Been waiting on my Withdrawal since the 3rd of July with no success. Constant attempts at resolving the issue is met with no response from emails/twitter support refusing to answer basic questions/live chat impossible to get a human, had to wait over 5 hours and gave up. I then get an email after 3 weeks that they can't pay my Withdrawal to my bank account because the details are apparently invalid. They're not but ok, was told in the email to update my preferred Withdrawal method, doesn't let you on the app so asked twitter support for help and they refused. I need to update my preferred Withdrawal method to my PayPal, please do so.

I've seen withdrawal scams before but never a deposit scam it was only £22 and it never even showed up on my balance. You can't even get in touch with Betway to resolve the issue. If you're going to have a bet if use a trustworthy company Betway for me and other reviews I've read is a scamming company. £22 despot scam is as low as you can get

While playing Bruno's Gallo Gold slot game, I won't the free spins, after the first spin the game gave me an error message, & never played the free spins when the game eventually did come back, now the game is suddenly removed from their website & there's no history of the tickets played in the game under the transactions of my account, support had me waiting 3 different ques & never got to me. I have played Betway for a few years now, and after months of playing the free spin game and getting the same thing everyday. (1 bonus spin). I was actually going to ask them if I could put a bet on what was going to come up.Anyway recently I won £75 on the free spin. (I think that they made a mistake on that spin), but anyway I have tried to withdraw some of this winning, and guess what, all of a sudden, I can't withdraw. My details are wrong, on the same account that I have make deposits and withdrawals on over the last few years. I have e-mails them and tried the chat page (what a wsate of time).I expect after this review, I will not be playing Betway much longer as they will probably cancel my account.

II was playing live mega roulette. I had £10 on red 30, this number happened to have a 100x multiplier on aswell. Dealer spun the wheel and added the ball. To my delight it landed on 30 red. All of a sudden as the ball landed on 30 red the dealer picked the ball up. Clear cheating. Messages started to pop up saying the same thing as I did. Then nothing happened for about 5 mins. The got a message on the game saying we will be refunded.I have never experienced this level of cheat online. If betway are letting this happen they should have a gaming license. Disgusting. They are all happy taking your money then cheat when they lose. They should not be operating as a casino. I have complained with no response. Looks like I'll be going to the gaming commission and take them to court as they don't have to bottle to admit what they have done and they obviously don't want to payout.100% stay away from this casino, they are much better and legit casino apps that payout and operate in a legal way.

Do not use matstercard or visa as you can depstit fine but can not do any Withdrawal I have 2 Withdrawal from Sunday that have not be processed I have 3 Withdrawal that have been but have not been put on my bank account yes I use a different method to Withdrawal but what choice do I have when you can't withdraw with Mastercard no reason has been given why please sort this out or I will have no choice but to take legal action.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!! Never anyone to help you and when you finally get a hold of someone (only thru Twitter) they give you the run around and then just stop answering you. I was also provided an email which gives you a bounce back “not monitored”. I have been waiting for two withdrawals, one since February and the other since May. They don’t care, they take your money no problem but to send you your withdrawals forget it! This website should be shut down. They are horrible and the fact that they can treat people like this says volumes!! Its pretty disgusting!

What a shambles what kind of company doesn’t have a contact number especially when dealing with thousands of Pounds Of peoples money the live chat is nothing short of a shambles non-existent customer service who expect you to wait 3 hours yes 3 hours just to get down to number 3 then cut link (no customer service at all )no phone number even the support email is obsolete Instead of spending money on famous people doing advertising, maybe you should spend that money employing people to deal with the problems just a thought….3 hours on a live chat to get kicked out then they say you cannot contact them on the number provided due to COVID-19. I know the accountants are to save money but don’t you think this is a stretch too far?….. Shocking would be an understatement. I’ll hold my breath for any response other than contact us on live chat which is a load of baloney. My belief is the live chat is run by a cleaner in the cleaning cupboard who answers messages only on a break.

Made a bet on Argentina on the COPA finals (vs Colombia) and obviously Argentina won. However, I am furious when I saw that my betslip shows I've lost. I am new to betting so I was trying to find a reason why as it seems totally whack. But of course, there is no one you can talk to but a robot on live chat that does not make any sense. Then I emailed complaints and their response is more abysmal: "saying that what I wrote is not a valid complaint and I should just proceed to Help FAQ page for my queries".How is it not a valid complaint? Awful customer service. Issue with my withdrawal due to one of my cards no longer being in existence. Spoke to an agent through live chat (the only way I could speak to a human was to ask the chat bot to raise a complaint). Was told my withdrawal was going through - well no it wasn't because you told me it wasn't by email there was an issue with my BACs payment. Agent then decided to do data protection and told me my address was incorrect (I emailed 7 months ago with verification of my address as per their advice). Agent terminated live chat when I asked to speak to someone who could tell me why my BACs transaction wasn't working and wanted to raise a complaint. Could understand if I had been abusive but I wasn't. Still no money have emailed but doubtful I will get a response .Edit: So Betway have responded below to my review but still not replied to my email to tell me what the problem is exactly. Tried to explain the issue is that my bank has changed card providers from Visa to Mastercard so they cant refund to the Visa card as it no longer exists but the mastercard is for the exact same account.. Tried to tell them on live chat to send it by BACs gave all my details as per their instructions on withdrawel page. Details provided are exactly the same I have given to other gambling sites and they don't appear to have had an issue. Triple checked the details and they are correct. Other sites respond to my emails and they don't cut me off on their live chat. 😒As per my email if you don't respond I will be raising a complaint via Gambling Commision or similar

Anyone reading this, I wouldn’t use Betway find another app that deals in good practice. I have been trying to withdraw money back to my bank card for almost a week lol (I wish I was laughing) I mean how long does it take to transfer some money into a account the same account they took money from when I lost. Absolute joke of an app!!!! Stay away from these crooks unless wanna be done over.

Before this very disappointing situation I was a 5* review giver regarding Betway I've never had a problem with retrieving my earned winnings I have won the most I e ever won on any casino on Betway but this time I won it's still not even showing as paid nay mind been sent to my account like every other time prior but I try get in touch but it keeps swapping to something else or severes my play and I have to sign in again well disappointed and I really need it rather a lot at this time in my life only 120 but to me it is going to really help me I've not even got £2.50 in my account and been waiting for it for a week now sad

Opened my account, deposited 30 pounds, immediately got logged out and when trying to log in I get the message "Account has been locked, contact customer support". The customer support is atrocious. And thats an understatement. No email, no phone service only live chat. For the live chat I first had to get past the chatbot which is clearly designed to turn you away from a human operator. Once you find the right combination of questions that will let you talk to an agent you gotta wait. I started as nr 44 in the queue, waited 90! mins to reach nr 11 when the chat stopped responding and I had to start again at nr. 36... How can you treat people like this? You take my money, you lock me out and then you make me wait in queue for over 2 1/2 hours before I can speak to a human to get my money back? This is appalling!

Unfortunately, as usual betway customer service refuse to reply to your email once you present a counter argument. They are refusing to look into a rather dodgy match with clear red flags in my opinion. 1) if you look into the official website which I sent via email you see a team only had 8players in a T10 cricket match which goes against the rules. Once you look at the scorecard of both teams you get the picture, the batting team only had 8 players as oppose to 11. furthermore. I watched this match in play and the team had no players to come out to bat despite winning the toss, opting to bat first, having 3 wickets in hand and 9 balls remains of the innings. If you go with betways assessment of the team declared, they should be questioning this as why would a team want to declare with overs and wickets in hand? This was a T10 cricket match not a test match... no weather disruptions or overs reduced either. Either way you look at this doesn’t add up and I should be entitled to have my stake returned as a long term valuable customer. I have also sent the link to the official website for the match via my registered email address.

Signed up on 07/07/2024, but my account was locked right before first deposit. Despite sending the verification (which I had to contact live chat to find out I even needed to), An email asking for more personal information and sensitive documents came from a different brand (Dream Bingo) than I'd signed up to (betway.com) and Gmail flagged it as suspicious, adding to my concerns. After several live chats, multiple emails, and 2 emails to their complaints department I still have no resolution.Customer service was awful—dismissive, unhelpful, and prone to purposefully disconnecting chats. Today I waited over 8 hours in one live chat queue (this isn't a joke 11:30am to 7:30pm), only to be disconnected when I was next in line. Social media support was even less useful, just spouting generic responses and refusing to help.Despite sending all requested documents on day 1 and trying every possible contact method, I’ve made zero progress. This whole ordeal has wasted countless hours and turned what should have been a fun experience into a nightmare.I want to warn others about Betway’s poor/ lack of handling of customer issues. If you value your time and sanity, avoid Betway. They need to fix their processes and improve their customer service. I'm just glad this happened before I put any money in.I will edit this review with any updates.

Awful. To get through on chat you must click you want to self exclude, and then are 30+ in line. You'll then get a disconnected message. They also limit bets to improve profits. Do not use.

I withdrew funds I had won on the 3rd of July and was approved for release the same day but as of now the 11th of July, betway has failed to pay me anything. Live chat takes hours to get a human and they keep saying they're working on it but every time frame they provide they don't honour. I'm just tired of this nonsense now. I will happily change this review to a positive one as soon as they pay me my Withdrawal but until then, this review will stay up.
