Appalling. After using for years. Suddenly decided I am a risk, after deposits of 10.00, 20.00 in 3 months. Apparently I can not afford that even though I work and have no problems. Taking my outstanding bets and nit refunding them. And they were only for 2.00 each. Jesus Christ.

I've been a loyal customer for years and years now and first they imposed a limet of 100 a month after winning and playing there new games I asked how much have I spent they said 175 this was all from a 15 deposite and thought nothing of it then I asked what my total win 42 pounds I said thank you and whent on 2 times after that deposited 15 ponds to log in today and my account been blocked saying some slander saying I can't affo rs it so it's been blocked if I couldnt afford it I would have withdrew. The winnings no played on new machines the cheeky bunch

they stole my 2.500 canadian dollars.
I have been trying to withdraw since May 8th and they are waiting me around.

they wanted me to send A month-to-month Utility Statement. I told them that my landlord have the utilities on his name. They asked for bank statement and I sent the bank statement.
They e-mailed me saying they still need the utility.

This happened 5 times in a row. A nightmare. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Hi I have had a very bad experience with this company, they closed my account never tried to get in touch by tex or phone or email, I have exhausted myself trying to get in touch with them to no avail, absolutely shocking and the still owe me money if I had just checked the feedback I would never had signed up to the my advice DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY AND I AM STILL OWED MONEY

I made a deposit of 50 on the 21 aug all went though fine got the 50 up to 500 pound went to make a withdrawal though all ok as it was a Friday would go though on Monday go to sign in money they have locked my account and the web advisor are say that the management team made the decision to lock my account and recover the funds because means reset my account to 0 for no reason at all it’s a joke and your can’t even ring to argue the point as of COVID 19 I just want the money I’m owed so I can leave this scam of a website

I withdrawed money to my bank account. System is saying its already paid and it will take 7 working days to be reflected in my bank account. Nothing happened as today is the 9th Working day. Further, no direct lone for communication, there is a system generated was of response which is not at all user friendly. Truly bad experience. I think they have taken the money away.

Stole balance. Won a bet with own money when tried to withdraw stole half of the balance despite betting with my first deposit own money. Basically if you lose a bet it's your money if you win a bet they argue its your bonus funds. Agents are useless no option but to report them to the regulator

Stole my deposit. Sent in a measly $20. Still to this day they haven't updated my balance. They keep blaming it on some processor. There agents repeated lie to you. 1st agent says for sure will be updated within 2 hours. So I waited 3 hours and still nothing. 2nd agent says for sure will be updated with 1 hour, so this time I waited 9 hours to check. And still nothing. 3rd agent says for sure within 2-3 f&*$king days it will be updated. This is a scam of a website. Do not use they will steal your money. I had to get in contact with the police.

My account was verified on August 19, 2020. I made a deposit of £750 within 5 days. And now I can not withdraw my £817.62. Support service says that the work is being done by the processing department. More than 48 hours they can not approve the withdrawal of my money. I became a Betway hostage. My money has become a Betway hostage.

Signed up deposited and won £130. Withdrew it back to my PayPal account. Was in there the next morning.
No ID was asked for Until the following afternoon after the payment had already been paid to me.

Betway are the worst bookies that I have used. They refuse to refund my money. They have no chatline. They couldn't refund to my original account, then to another account and then to my paypal account. They do not give a reason for any of this.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews but Betway is a really an excellent betting site. Only issue i faced is during sports betting the bets were settled late sometimes. Except that everything is perfect

Absoulte Thiefs AVOID AVOID.. Save ur money you will only be robbed cant verify yet withdraw before documentation couldnt prove who i was absolutely rubbish. Yet they wanted to ring me gave my number serveral times and they hang up i dont know how they can verify me over the phone when ive already sent sufficient documentation.. Got an email back yesterday saying i have exhausted all there resources and they wont respond again they have exhausted me only want what's mine cant just close an account when sufficient docs been sent and ive withdrawn before very very dodgy save your money better sites out there… AVOID AVOID AVOID.. Actually quite enjoyed playing slots with Betway, decent machines and payouts seemed reasonable, however their customer support is horrendous, I hadn’t been getting the bonus I was due and asked live chat about it, and the first thing they said was that they don’t cheat, even though I never even mentioned this, alarm bells rang with me, customer lost I’m afraid.

I won a live bet fair and square with ample time remaining in the event. The bet was then voided and the original stake was returned to me instead of my winnings. After talking to the live chat agent they told me simply that the "Senior Trader has voided the bet" without good reason. I've used this company for years but I do not accept them being able to void bets for no reason. Definitely withdrawing remaining funds and moving to a different, more fair company.

I'm sorry I have to resort to Trustpilot but am frustrated at being unable to contact Betway. I have recently opened an account with them and find they are really hard to contact. You just go around in circles trying to contact them with live chat. I had a small bet last night on a game that was postponed and have yet to receive a refund for it. They settled the winning and losing bets quickly enough to be fair, so why not the postponed one? They are very slow on this. Hopefully they will refund it but it would be nice to be able to contact them. I've managed to find their e-mail address and sent a message that way.

I am from India. If you go to other casino sites such as 1XBET, ROYALPANDA they have minimum limit of 50rs but on Betway it is only 25rs. They are very serious with the relationship with Indian coustmers. I don't why so many negative reviews are here but I am happy with services they are providing. Hope they will provide good solution for those who have problems.

Absolutely disgusting so i joined last year and played and withdrew from account recently logged on deposited played for a few days then bam account closed i need to verify myself bit strange seeing as i had already withdrawn previously anyway backwards and forwards sent sufficient documentation of still cant verify me bit odd when ive never had any issues with this before my account is locked i have funds in there and i will not let this lie.They say they need to verify me over the phone gave them my number at least 6 times answered the calls but then they hang up you cant call the number apparently its because of the pandemic and they haven't enough staff why ring my number to hang up. Im seeking legal advise and its been passed to the onbudsman. PLEASE PLEASE dont deposit on this site its disgusting and one MASSIVE SCAM save your money!!!!

Totally disappointed
I have account from 5 months, Friday i have winnings and make a withdrawal request with PayPal
Then i recieve email that i need to verify my account, i already make it when i open my account.
Then i waiting 4 days to proceed my withdrawal and still the same status
I will never use this betting company again
In every other sites when withdrawal with PayPal is about a few hours to take your winnings, here is like 10 years ago…

A bit dissapointed with this. Really wished I had seen the reviews before I deposited. I was enjoying a few hours playing on the roulette until i logged off and sign back on again later on the day and my account was empty then received an email saying my deposit was void because my bank account did not match my account details (this was not the case).
