Terrible experience with withdrawing money. I withdrew my money from Betway account via bank transfer to my bank account. 7 days down the line I have still not received my payment. My bank have been asking for authorisation code so that they can track this, given that my bank details are correctly confirmed with Betway , it seems like the money has not even left my Betway account. I have spoken to 4 different custom yet service agents from Betway over this period (only via chat, no other way to get in touch with them) and still stuck with no payment. I don’t understand how difficult it can be to trace the payment, I have emailed them my bank statement to prove that I have not yet received it, waiting for a reply now, but feel like the journey will still not come to an end.
I really have to think twice now, probably better off trying another betting site in the future

People write reviews for a reason…. to help there fellow man/woman. Signed up to Betway, to be honest a little bored fancied playing some slots. £40 Deposit, played one game on 40p spins…. thats 100 spins. The main reasons I hate betways is they lie to there customers like they lied to me I had money ready for pending withdrawal and I had waited for a few days I sent in my passport and no one ever emailed me the hole time not even a wellcome email then silly me went on and spent my winning money never mind we all ready no that they stalled the withdrawal so il spend all my winning money they are like every other casino just money hungry pigs never trust them they are a scam stay right away there are much better online casinos online that dont lie and cheat there customers

I laugh when I see them on ATR saying what bets they've laid and see how they can sponsor football teams. They are totally rotten and they limited me after 5 bets 3 of which lost. I asked to speak to management who made the decision but they are too spineless and hide behind customer care.

There website us ridicules no other betting shop website that I know of runs as slow as there's,,coincidences where I put a bet on live stream then it decides to cut out or not load so don't get to watch me win or lose disgusted with it tbh and I would not recommend anyone using it,,they have no customer service everything done through email,,,that's dodgy alone as all other big known betting shop will assist you…bet way won't,,,avoid avoid avoid

I do t k ow if its scam or not but it seems to ms when you bet high amount on blackjack it keeps losing and when you ney low it wins or draw so many time its funny thank god I withdrawed what I won and got.the F out who ever is the owner of this site you won't have fool me again and put at least from blackjack for sure it went ,the dealer sent over 18+19 like 2,3 times when I put big but again this could be coincidence so I don't wanna judge but I'm out and won't bet on other sites too just in case it's my luck or lack of skill but hope it was that it would feel better for me if that was the case which I'm thinking 50/50

If you must play, play live dealer but do not play their table blackjack. It is 100% rigged. I have lost ridiculous amounts playing perfect strategy on a game with a supposedly miniscule house edge over thousands of hands. Gasp in amazement as they never bust on 6 or 5, scream in frustration as they hit 20 or 21 on every double you attempt. The casinos win level is mathematically impossible. You will not and cannot ever win. DO NOT PLAY THEIR RIGGED BLACKJACK.

So far so good. I have tried a few online casinos and yes there have been many issues. I will list a few to stay well away from at he end. But betway is perhaps the the best gaming Ive experience alongside 888.

pluses here are:
they pay withdrawals superfast and you can take out the pence too whereas some only let you withdraw whole pounds.
safe gambling experience. If you want a time out the button is very easy to find. no hassle take a day or two. Other online casinos purposely make finding that option almost impossible and some will not work either! not responsible at all.
Betway use evolution gaming which is pretty good. The black jack tables which i am a fan of are quite fair in comparison to other sites.

A couple of downsides. For some reason i get randomly logged out whilst playing? And an annoying reminder pops up saying session will end in 3 mins do you wish to continue? Don't need that whilst contemplating a hit or stand. I hope they will resolve this then I would rate this site as the best uk and most trusted site ever.

Seems like no site is perfect but the issues raised here are minor in comparison to others.

To add avoid sites that are not so well established. I dont know how they get onto best listed casinos. these sites must be paid by them. Stay well away from red32 where money just randomly drops off your balance! mansioncasino where they don't let you take a time out if you want. And if you go on a winning streak they restrict you accessing your account. emailed them back about this no reply a week ago. Ojo that claim to be fair but after a few deposits stop you from withdrawing money from your account unless you provide verified docs. no time for that rubbish. i mean not playing thousands of pounds or anything.

I registered a couple of days ago and used their welcome offer of £30 free bet. Literally a day or two after signing up i recieved an email wich i have put down the bottom of this review. I have researched the same kind of situation online and this has happened to a lot of people. There was no reason to limit my account. And when I talked to customer services they said it was a management decision but did not provide a reason why.

After writing a review and being told that my deposit would be returned it changed from pending to cleared funds in my bank. Betway tell me this will be returned in 7-10 days…my bank think differently…they are fraudsters and have stolen £100 of my money, if I had bet it and lost that’s fine but nothing just lies from every advisor that speaks to me Ezra refuses to investigate the fact that they have taken my money…different story from everyone….absolute awful company, back to a decent online gambling site !!!!!

I have been a customer with Betway for over 4 years and all of a sudden out of the blue one evening i thought i would have a flutter with them and upon making a deposit i get a pop up message saying they have closed my account. No decent explanation, just that they have reviewed my account and have decided to close it. I dont over spend on gambling. I have a flutter when i can afford to so im very sensible about it. Perhaps that was the problem…i wasnt spending enough lol. They werent such a great casino anyway.

I have been suspended from receiving any promotions even though I haven’t broken any terms and conditions I have checked that myself on more than one occasion this was 2 years ago nearly and I have never been given a reason why just suspended. Every time I try to find out what has happened I just get the Fone hanged up or at one time I had an agent impersonating the manger I have been told lie after lie I still have every screenshot from every conversation I don’t know why it’s got 63% good feedback because nearly every review on here is bad

Had my account restricted after making very few bets. I can only assume because I used some of their promotions. Why have promotions if you penalise people for using them? Surely they are a 'loss leader' to get you to be a regular customer. I have another bookmaker account where I started off by checking out promotions and now use them regularly for all my betting. Had no problems with them and I'm sure they'd consider me a loyal customer. Very disappointing from one of the bigger bookmakers

I had a really good experience initially. I really enjoyed the variety of games and I won a nice amount of money. One day, I activated a bonus round and before I got to play it, I was locked out of my account which was very suspicious timing. I spoke to a member of customer services and they advised they have reviewed my account and feel that I am not betting within my means. Bear in mind, I would deposit £10 a time and I'm in a full time well paid job so how they came to this realisation I have no idea. I honestly feel my account was closed as I was winning a lot more than I deposited. That's life, but please return my deposit 🙂 thanks

Locked out and blocked from account with 2 open bets and funds still in account also. No reason given as to why when contacted live chat service. Was told if bets win contact support for a withdrawal, never wrote accumulator bets down so would struggle to know if they win as can’t access site now. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

Hi I am shubham don't play on betway they are fraud if u lose your money on betway than they have no problem in deposit but when you start winning amount they restrict you one day I won 50000 in a day they restricted me only place bet upto 16577 per match next day I won again 50k than again restricted me only place bet upto 8000.
They are cheaters don't waste your time on betway use other websites.

This is the time to tell the people how they are treating me , 1 Star also they didn't deserve. My story is first time when I had problem with 1st account which is disactve longe ago because they are not able to verify my documents. And I got a suggestion to make a new account did that I talked with the coustmor care live chat and I send my documents to verify and they said my account is active now I can withdraw money also after few months later (week ago) I tried to withdrawal money there I get a problem again they said my documents is not match , I give them my voter id and bank statement where my address is match but they lie Infront of my face that documents are didn't match, I sent documents that anybody can read same address on that but this people are treating me like I can't read my documents my self, coustmor care live chat is being rude with me every day more and more, I don't no what to do how to get my money back, it's fustreation is killing me every day more and more, hope this will not happen with other people, because I deposit in this app hundreds of thousands but now I want to withdrawal 0.001% of my deposit and they are killing me . UNBELIEVABLY BAD COMPANY
After 4pm on a Friday they don’t have anyone to process withdrawals , even PayPal withdrawals, until a Monday a whole 60 hours withdrawals just sitting there,you couldn’t make it up ,come on in this day and age you can’t expect to wait that long when other online companies can transfer winnings / withdrawals same day ,some in minutes.
If BETWAY can take DEPOSITS of punters all weekend then they should at least have staff on to payout.

The only one issue I have is the length of time it takes to withdraw your winnings..I made a withdrawal on the tuesday morning around 9am but by Thursday morning my winnings were still pending..got in touch with customer service via live chat and was told it can take up to 36 hours to clear…it had already been 48 lol…never argued so just left it..it did clear that day though..that's the only problem I have encountered but it seems like you have to jump through hoops just to get your winnings..I will not close my account but will place 99% of my bets with another bookmaker.

Just informed by live chat, that I was restricted from promos, free bets etc.
This was never communicated to me, at any point, therefore I assumed I could qualify for the free bet club etc…. FALSE advertising and enticement. Reporting it to ASA and the gambling commission.

I've used betway mainly for esports bets (no long term user though! keep that in mind) and their coverage is okay, their limits (as long as your accout is not limited) are good and odds are alright as well, you can find better & worse. Verifying yourself is not too big of a deal but you can deposit without doing so, but not withdraw which should not but unfortunately is a thing. Biggest downside however are their withdrawals – they take AGES and you can cancel them anytime – definetly NOT a method to make an addict cancel the transaction and keep playing, nooo not at all (irony). Fast withdrawals are KEY for a serious bookie and the fact betway as a big brand is lacking such worries me. They ultimately DO pay out ofc – they are not a scam – but it will take some days (my experience with Skrill) while it could be instant which is just a joke.
