Placed a simple over 1.5 goals 1st half only on the Man City v Burnley game They scored 3 goals in the first half !
Went to look at my winnings and I see lost next to it so I do the Infamous live chat to which I got told go read our terms and conditions
So now I’m thinking I’m gonna get done here turns out I did the bet I put on apparently ment over 1.5 goals in the first half but under 1.5 goals in the second I’ve since deleted my account you are a bunch of con artists and I will be telling everyone I possibly know to stay away

I was placing bets Dream Catcher Live Casino using autoplay mode, My bets continually getting placed Before no. 40 (came that is Highest no. for winnings) & after No. 40 , they did a cheat with me when 40 came my bet rejected from there system only for 40 number, when small number are coming autoplay auto placing bets before 40 & after 40 no. In between when 40 number came Its rejected. Very BIG SCAM

Finally deleted my account after to years a wanna say in the end after I deleted my account the online live chat help was amazing they understood my views about there site and how it just doesn’t work I have been with them 2 years and lost 6000 outta 14000 which isn’t bad but the site itself doesn’t work crash all the time even on the live chat I could hit the message box with a iPhone and the crashes I think the site need a massive up date I hope there team are more smart than greedy because with what’s going on in the work there hard working team will be out of jobs but sadly it’s probably in the top 10 of my worst sites to use free bets offers every week am terrible and the one that am good have a terrible min stake

My dad won on the 4 to win horse racing on Saturday 13th June. The total prize money was £10,000. There were 4 winners on the day & he has been confirmed as a winner via their online chat & email winning a total of £2,500. After a week of back & forth to Betway, successfully verifying his account by sending photo ID, recent bills to prove his identity, Betway are stating there is nothing pending on his account & no winnings due!! Shame on you Betway, a global company resorting to fraudulent activity. My 75 year old dad has just started formal proceedings with the IBAS, UKGC & the Association of British Bookmakers. Never in all his life has he known a betting company refuse to pay out winnings that have been won fair & square. You are misleading the public & are in breech of your terms & conditions. Please, do not waste money using Betway EVER again!

What a joke of a company.

A company that you can't contact via any form – phone, e mail or live chat.

The only reply your lucky to get is "reply to our private message" on Trustpilot but I can guarantee they will NEVER reply back or do anything.

How any business can operate in this fashion and treat their customers with such distain is beyond belief and using the current world situation a total cop out!

You recommend using a different bookmaker when considering opening an account.

Personally waiting on IBAS on my complaint / treatment from my poor experience.

I don’t know where to begin. I have many betting accounts with many companies but I thought I would test out Betway for a change. Where do I even begin..

They are incredibly difficult to get hold off and always quick to take your money but take forever to process your withdrawals. I have opened an account with them last Wednesday and deposited £250. I managed to win my bet and raise it to be £454.

I instantly withdrew this as well and sent in my documents for it to be processed proof off address and ID. One week later it still hasn’t been processed and my withdrawal still shows pending. Absolutely horrible. Every time I message live chat they always give me the same answer. I mean, how long does it take to approve two documents. Literally 2 seconds. I want my money!

Betway is in a £11 million pound debt and they think that they can use our money to pay off this fine by not giving our withdrawals. I will be writing to the gambling and tasing authority right away.

Please process my withdrawal as soon as possible I have waited far too long.

You can deposit, but when I try to withdraw the money back to my card it doesn't let me, it said to choose another method and it's complicated through bank transfer, they ask for Branch and Signatory name… No bonuses, always the odds are low!
Just stay away, my best advice!

After winning only around £5 they limited my stakes to less than £1 on all sports and said I could only use unlimited stakes in their casino. I don't want your casino where it's 100 times more difficult to win, I want unlimited sports betting. I'm not happy with them.

June 11 I withdrew $333.33 from my account. The next morning I went to check my account and it says I have zero dollars in my betway account and the $333.33 has not been transferred to my bank account. I went to call a beway representative and it says the number is no longer in service. I emailed support at Betway and got a reply they do monitor their emails any longer. I tried live chat function and it wouldn't work. I have read the reviews on this page and I am very worried that Betway will not pay me. I am trying to review my options and next steps to determine what action I will take to right this wrong.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

6 Days ago I was lucky enough to win around £250 after a few loses I decided to withdraw £210 as I'd deposited £10 and thought that was a good enough result!

As I noticed on similar over reviews on here I was shocked to find when I logged in that my withdrawal had DISAPPEARED and two current bets had been voided! I was told to send images of my bank statements which I did and to my amazement was responded to with am automatic message saying they do no monitor emails anymore which just sent me round in circles !! Upon calling no awnser or anyway of getting through to anyone other than customer chat who claim they are having `technical issues` then cut off multiple times without a single response! Have still not had any of my statements verified or responded too and can't even access my transactions to see how I had made this recent deposit!

NO RESPONSE, NO SIGN OF WINNINGS , NO REFUND ??

!!! !!! !!! It would appear the company is definatly suffering from the £13 MILLION fine they have had to pay and are taking it out on customers by holding winnings and laying off all staff I can only assume for the lack of customer service.

Shame on the company would advise anyone with funds on their account to clear it immediatly!!!

I wish I could attach all my screenshots of the last week (17 in total) I am praying that this draw some attention as so far it's been a disaster!

Good app in general. One problem – slow payout withdrawal. They told me after 36 hours they will process my payment which never happen and still hasn’t happened. All the other betting app I use pay out very fast and I see my money the next day after I withdraw. Not Betway. You can expect to wait at least a week before you can see your money.

I left a review four days ago regarding an unpaid bet and an unissued free bet. I have just recieved a reply stating that my free bet had been issued on 03/06/20 which it had £10 of a £30 new customer offer. The bet i was referring to was 05/06/20 the football bet won at 13/10 3-1 no winnings were paid no free bet was given. Betway stated that their 'Traders' have decided the bet was settled correctly? and sent a link to a "how to contact us" which again sends you in circles. There is no phone number no live chat no email the only way to get a response from Betway is to put a negative review here on Trust pilot. If you have a dispute on pay outs they will just blame a third party their 'Traders' irrelevant on the facts. If you don't believe these facts please open an account and then try and contact them !. I recommend that if you want an online betting site use Coral or Betfred absolutely do not waste your money on Betway .

I credited my account with £10 and placed a bet on a football match, i was supposed to get an introductory £10 free bet for this and recieved nothing, my bet won and i was paid nothing. When i tried to contact Betway via the help or contact us, it just sends you in circles. The customer support emails comes back as 'no longer in use please use help or contact us on website', thus sending you back to where you started.

Awful site! Was a member for not even 24 hours and they put restrictions on my account with no explanation! I’m closing my account as a result as I won’t do business with a SCAM website like Betway! Takes your money then restricts your account! AWFUL!!

If you win you'll get this message: "…you’ll no longer be eligible for Free Bets, Bonuses, Best Odds Guaranteed or Betway Plus Loyalty Points". Furthermore they will reduce the betting to a couple of dollars per bet.

Money taken out of my bank acct. Never showed up in betway acct. No one to talk or deal with problem. Anyone that is thinking of signing up take a extra minute and think about it. Lots of legit sites out there and you will not have to give up money without even having a shot at winning as hard to play the games when,your money never shows up.

Virtual betting is not fairly done on this site I know we cant win them all but I've tried and wasted 80 pound on this site. I lost 15 games in a row at one stage and I backed draws favourites and high stakes always seem to lose. My luck cant be this bad. I think there is something weird going on here the games also glitch and you end up waiting sometimes days for your money back in away of it being void. So if your game win and it glitches you lose the winnings and get stake back. They always refer to terms and conditions on everything someone needs to look into virtual betting on site it's the worse I've ever experienced. May aswell just deposit and give them the money it's just simply unfair tactics.

I wanted to bet on a live football match which I was 100% sure that I was gonna win but I did not have money in my bank account and I asked my friend. My friend gave me his paypal account and I transfered £1000 from his account. I turned that £1000 to £2400 and wanted to withdraw £2000 back into my friends paypal account. They blocked my account, asked for all the documents ID, proof of adress and proof of paypal statement. I proved everything it was me and nothing was dodgy. They opened my account now but they DID NOT PAY MY WINNINGS. They don't seem professional. First of all , the ssupport guys are unapologetically ignorant about their own offers and webpages. I did sign up through one of their links which promises a bonus of 30000 inr through the ocb website. can't post the link here as they don't allow links . But then , I got a bonus of just 2500 . And when contacted the support team , they are completely ignorant and keep saying that the offer I registered for is just for 2500. They don't look like they are committed to responsible gambling either. I have registered with them yesterday and it's a bad experience as their support guys are rude as well.

Again me, 2 months past Scumbag BETWAY still not paying me over 1500 pounds, My bet already has been paid out from other betting websites where I have a place a bet for the same game match, Ladbroke for example pay me straight after game has finished.

I tried Betway as a novice and found many choices either not available to me or the choice crashed time and time again. When I tried asking for help it's supposed to offer chat online but all it does is go around in circles or crashes,totally frustrating!

Still none the wiser!

Having replied to Betway's private message I still haven't heard a reply why my account was locked / suspended.

Although crediting my balance back to my bank this still leaves me £140 out of pocket .

Its like playing a poker game with friends and buggering off after winning the first hand!

After confirming I passed the checks the locking the account within 1/2hr doesn't sit well.

I will continue to voice my opinion on Betway until I see the full deposit monies I made on opening the account.

Suspended / Locked my account?

Signed up today and deposited £400.00 playing the roulette. Whilst at a balance of £260.00 so losing £140.00 my account was suspended / locked for no reason mid spin.

Clearly the phone lines are not in operation at present but with kicking me out I couldn't access live chat and further still they are not responding to e mails!

To be non contactable in any form shouldn't be allowed and if things are that bad shouldn't be taking any form of bets.

A truly shocking experience and hoping they have the decency to refund my balance immediately AND offer an explanation why they closed the account.

If anyone from Betway reads this I'd like a response.

I set up an account to put a bet on the virtual grand national. There is £10 in my account but now I cannot log in. Tried to retrieve log in details but doesn't work and there is no way to contact anyone for help as you have to log in to get help . grrr

One of the most unfair and dishonest gambling sites though being one of the biggest.
Not to mention that anyone will lose his money anyway there, they simply log you out by force out the account in the middle of a game, even after bets are placed, without any explanation. The bets will also not be refunded.
Dont worry there will also be no apologies or refunding after contacting betway managers, only denying the facts.
In the end, there is no possibility to prove anything.
Now imagine all the dirty words which can or must be put into my comment.

They don’t do responsible gambling. Account was opened when was self excluded through gamstop. Company did nothing. Did not even check whether allowed to gamble as the gambling commission states.
My friend (also self excluded!) did the same and with the same results. Perhaps by hitting their reviews they will start to take it seriously and refund the transactions as they lawfully are required to do? Social media don’t reply.

They Block stake amounts when they see you winning more. they set limit on stake amounts and dont let you put more. I'm sorry betway but i was impressed initially but the moment i started facing these, I lost my interest in betway and moved to other betting sites.

Online blackjack is very bad I think the cards are not shuffled properly. I never seem to win, dealer always deals me terrible cards and they have 20 most the time. Maybe this is just my luck but I have played on many online casinos and I seem to win on them more often compared to Betway.
