I’ve never had a problem with Betway every time I’ve won a bet I’ve been paid, even won a football bet last night withdrew the money and was in my bank in literally a couple of hours. They’ve also got the best loyalty scheme bet £25 get £10 free bet.

As noted by many users, this is a horrible site to gamble your money on. You have to go through so much trouble just to withdraw your winnings and they will try every possible way to deny your earnings. please avoid this site at all costs and use others

Suddenly want ID before withdrawal of £10, why not just pay it into the account they took my £30 deposit from? they didn't need ID for that. Other gambling sites just pay you with zero hassle. 4 Stars my @%S !

I have been on betway now for a while and I only really play slots ! About £30-£40 p/week and over a couple of years have only ever withdrawn about £20-£30 on a couple of occasions! I’m gonna delete my account now and just want to make people aware not to waste your money on this site because they just rinse you constantly without any winnings ! I know this is my own fault as I’m the one transferring the funds but it would be nice to just win once and a while and on this site you definitely cannot !!!

Betway is doing scam these days. They are not verifying my account after i have submitted all the required documents 4 times. They are rejecting verification without any reason just because i was trying to withdraw money from my account. Same documents i have submitted to other gambling sites they passed verification very first time. Betway just want us to deposit money but are not ready to give back to customers. Please don't trust betway and don't deposit your money here.

Limited me as soon as I won some bets betting on ITV racing… They offer some promotions like money back 2nd place, and also on some football games, paid as winner if your team scores first. I bet on these as the promotions are actually handy for if I lose my bet etc. They basically have stopped me from betting on their site at all since I won a few bets. I've deposited about £50 and I have £335 in my account now. So anyone thinking of opening an account with this joke of a bookies please take my advice and go for Skybet/Bet365 or William Hill. All 3 I've never had any issue with and have probably had profit on all 3 sites and they all offer pretty good promotions too. Also, live chat help is so bad – The guy just says "Sorry for any inconvenience". Trading team are morons.

I have deposited 2500$ and now my account is locked because betway rejected my documents for verification without any reason. This is really disappointing. At time of deposit they don't reject and at time of withdraw they are doing this to me. I have provided all valid documents for verification and they are still not doing anything and customer support team said they can't do anything. Worst gambling site i ever use

Ihave been with betway for many years now! I have even cashed out 4000 canadian dollars at once! Everything was good until I tried to login today to check the status of a bet I made last night which I know was doing very well with and a message saying betway is unavailable in my country…..what???? So now I'm trying to contact them with no luck! This seems realllllllly suspicious to me and Iam not pleased at all! If I don't get answers fast I will give the worst reviews on every review site possible and also tell all the people who I have referred to discontinue use! They have no problem taking ur money but when u get a good bet going this happens! Disappointed at the moment!

I deposited £250 here yesterday which was my second time playing here. I got up to £1200 on match betting and requested a withdrawal. Immediately after I looked up their withdrawal process & noticed a lot of bad reviews on trustpilot & various problems which I thought I would experience and have to wait several days for it, however the withdrawal was paid within 12 hours which I was really impressed by, despite the negative reviews, my experience with betway has been excellent and would highly recommend them.

This is one betting site which hates Matched betting. For those of you that don't know Matched betting is the only guaranteed way to make money from online bookmakers and is totally legal. I had my account restricted after 2 weeks. The best way to avoid being detected at match betting is to use a VPN / Proxy and search how to delete isnare a cookie used by betting sites which allows them to see which sites you have been visiting.

Money back if second
1)Bet 10euro on horse to win on Betway
2)Use Trickybet calculator (very easy to use)
3) Place a bet on the same horse on smarkets (or another exchange) to say the horse wont win
4) If the horse Does not come second you lose nothing It it does come second you win 10euro

I was in their casino playing on the slots '9 Masks of Fire' I got free spins awarded 25 x 3 pressed play and the screen went off. I wasn't worried as usually when you go back on they would be there waiting – but not this time.
I jumped on their chat and he was absolutely useless he couldn't understand what my problem was so…I emailed them with the chat log.
I received an email back stating that I was a bare faced liar (not really 😉 No I got an email back stating that they could see no problems with the game and so I left it at that, as it was only a 40p wagering.

I then got a phone call the next day asking me what the problem was as they still can't find the free spins I claimed to have won.

Poor result on my behalf but amazing customer service over such a small complaint.

Not a trustworthy site at all. As a new customer I have only played for a couple of weeks. I was playing a game when free spins started. The game froze when I had 9 free spins remaining. I contacted their technical support with screenshots and information etc. I got told that there was no issue their end and the problem was at mine. Not possible as I had a strong WiFi connection and a new phone. Other games worked fine straight after this instance so I know the problem was not with me. At £3.75 a spin I could have won a nice amount with the 9 free spins left. Funny that they won’t accept responsibility for their game crashing. The terms and conditions state otherwise. I also logged in on a laptop from work and the same game said error. I feel they are trying to wiggle out of this as they don’t want to compensate me. I have sent numerous emails also with no reply. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had from a casino!

Read that they give a free 5 bet for impartial reviews. So here goes. They are not the best, not the worst. Genuinely poor offers/odds compared to rivals, and advisers rarely offer any bonuses etc. In comparison to major rivals.
However it is a well laid out site, and payout etc is easy.

So I've managed to cash out and actually received my money (less a convenient $4 fee to send my money to me). Only took a week.
I'll revise my previous uncertainty and just say it's a terribly managed site. It appears that they have people in charge who act with impunity with the sole goal of actively pissing off new customers.
There is almost zero customer support, and what responses I did get from the "Service Team" just repeatedly told me that the "Senior Traders" make the decisions, they're final, and nobody gets to know the reason.
I have friends who have used the site without these issues (that's why I signed up, actually), but based on my brief and incredibly frustrating experience, I'm not going to use it again.
Based on the multitude of negative reviews, it certainly looks like I'm not the only one that has an issue with Betway's service level.

i want to advise all guys please do not waste your time and money on this site. betway is scamer and not giving money back not only your winning but also your decent deposite. they blocked your account even you can not access your account after winnings.
i signed up with betway and winning but its all means less. then i requested for withdraw they were doing delay and delay. they requested many documents. i send all of them twice times. but they do not want give fund.
they are only send a email after submitted all documents again.
" you are breached our terms and conditions and we do closed your account". i had do live chat again and again only they said its our decesion. we will be not give your fund.

I dont understand how bookies can get away with practices that these employ. I signed up yesterday the offer was £30 for £30 which i though was quite decent. Backed a horse at 2/1 with my £30 and that won so I was very happy at this point. Then i got my free £30 and put £20 of it on a horse at 9/2 and the other £10 on a 4/1 shot in the same race. The 9/2 won so my account balance was £180, so only £150 profit. I withdrew my money looking forward to the Newbury festival kicking in today. However ive recieved an email stating:
'We’ve recently reviewed your Betway account and have taken the decision that you will no longer be eligible for any sports promotions.

This means that you’ll no longer be eligible for Free Bets, Bonuses, Best Odds Guaranteed or Betway Plus Loyalty Points.

I signed up, placed 3 bets on day 1, then my account was restricted. I was permitted to bet up to $7.32 on any one bet.

Customer service says that accounts are reviewed periodically, “senior traders” can restrict accounts, their decisions are final, and no one gets to know why.

While the restriction is idiotic, the fact that there’s no communication about the restriction is annoying.

It feels like a scam – while they told me my sports betting was restricted, I was free to play their casino games. Thanks but no thanks.

Going to cash out and delete the app. Too bad, seemed promising.

I had a problem withdraw money. They want to see proof ownership about my debit card. I told them many times, debit card has not statement. they want to see in statement debit card number. now i can not take it money for 2 weeks . I am still waiting. I already send to them bank statement which is they do not accepted. I went to my bank they said debit card has not statement. we can give to the bank account statement. this is really terrible betway!!!!

They placed a limit on betway boost for a small amount to 70 INR = 1 euro , they also restricted be from receiving all bonuses ( I lost 500 INR Free bet, thinking I will get it since I lost my selection) . Then when contacted support, they say, this was a decision from senior management and cannot be over turned? I don't know why? I am overall negative on their site, and haven't won anything big. When I asked them to provide info why I am suspended from getting bonuses or offers on betway, they said, it cannot be undone , we can't tell you.

This site has been stealing my money. I made a interact deposit of 200 dollars they auto deposit my bank said they recieved it. But betway say they rejected it and it's been refunded but it hasn't. So I deposit again same way it works fine. But then again last night I deposit 100 dollars they say haven't recieved and its pending for 24 hours. So I try to deposit 50 bucks it works again. So now am waiting for there support team to investigate two deposits. The first one they been investigating for over 1 month and there one over 24 hours. I don't understand why two of my deposit disappeared total of 300 dollars they are stealing from me. Am writing this review to warn people and also get them to fix what they did to me. My experience was good before all this happened.

Look at the reviews everyone don’t touch this company with a barge pole! Very happy taking money off you and giving you free bets UNTIL you win and heaven forbid try and withdraw your money! IF you get it your stakes are limited so low that you can’t qualify for the free bets any more. Also you’ve got more chance of winning the lottery than trying to get in contact with them. So save your time and look elsewhere and hopefully they’ll go out of business soon!

Betway was great at first, but now it's their policy to suspend your account With any balance in there requesting proof of your job title, yearly gross income, bank statements, rental receipts if you own apartments, god forbid dont mention gambling as a habit, as you will have to explain what you mean by that, proof of how u fund your account, this has been going on with me for over a month, I sent majority of info in but they keep asking for more while refusing to send me my balance owed, unless i sent information that they keep asking for

Dont ever touch this scumbag of a company, you win money and soon as you withdraw your account will get closed and they steal your money. I have contacted the FCA, the gambling commission and i have also wrote to West Ham FC to make them aware of what crooks they have sponsoring them.

Well I recently joined betway after being with many other contenders through the years and I have to say I’m well impressed with betway the sports book is easy to navigate odds are very good compared to the rest ov the flys ! I can’t fault it at all casino is good all round excellent and trust me iv been with labrokes , bet victor , bet 365 u name it many more , customer service is good if u need help they have loads and easy options to help u unlike the other sites witch are not helpful one bit , just all round very tidy company top 1 for me would advise if looking for online bookies

They try too lure you in with free bets, but once you meet the requirements they will tell you that you did not meet the requirements and that you should have read the terms (which I did). They rather lose me as a customer then too payout my freebet that I deserve. Pathetic.

I did a withdrawal 10 days ago but it is paid partially and then after so many mails also there is no response at all. It looks a cheating site. Don't bet on betway at all.

These guys asked me the details; yet again after providing the same no response at all as usual. Disgusting .. Not a great experience. Better avoid guys.

Pls find the below reply mail from Betway:

"Due to using a web wallet that is not registered in your name, the deposits of 25,600.00 INR were returned to the moneybookers account ***@**.com

The remaining balance of 75,167 INR from the withdrawal in question, has subsequently been retained and will not be returned."

They looted all my winnings..
They must decline any kind of deposits from other accounts at the first instance itself, but these guys wait all the time when you loosing and when you win these guys come with all the rules and regulations. I know these guys always look how to freeze the winnings.

I asked if they can return my money to play further. Not sure what they do is. If they return, that will be a great thing that Betway can offer. But am sure these guys won't do that..
