Play Rainbow pic mix got screen full of Richs was £500. Could not touch it as says bounce money when I was playing with £180 of my own money.Never got any bonus activations. I registered and betway wouldn't let me deposit any money and then my account was locked for no reason. Then I registered using a different email and deposited £30, when I tried to place a bet with a stake of £30 it wouldn't let me and then my account got locked, so now I don't have access to the £30 I deposited.

Id have given 5 stars but im frustrated that every time i want yo log on, it asks for the username and password. I have other accounts that accept my fingerprint, which is easy and quick. Please resolve this issue to get a 5 star rating. Thanks.

I put on 3 bets worth £20 which all disappeared from my open bets section. I contacted Betway by live chat . The girl was very nice but unable to help me.

In terms of the gambling side of it, good odds and easy to use. However, when I tried to withdraw money, they made me jump through hoops to prove my address.

They requested for me to verify myself, which I responded to quickly with sufficient documentation. But they then emailed days later asking for more documents. And then days later, for more again. Repeat and repeat. Completely unnecessary as each document I provided met their requirements. No explanation was given for why they were not satisfied. There was no need for so many different documents (their website states one is enough for proof of address).

Furious and frustrated, I asked on their Live Chat for the email address to make an official complaint. I emailed the complaint immediately and within a few hours I had "passed" the verification and FINALLY got my money.

I've lost trust in them completely after they were trying to withold my winnings without reason, so I advise anyone to choose another betting site to avoid the same happening to them.

Betway put my account under review and is holding $5000 CDN of mine for 2 months. I have repeatedly asked for reasoning for the review. I am paying interest on that $5000 as it was deposited from my credit card. Every time I ask for an update they tell me I can not be given any information – Even when I say I can show everything they are asking for.

As far my experience is concern for the last 2 years @ betway, i did not have any issues as of now unsolved with betway and they usually give a very good support in all terms.

When even its upto withdrawal or deposits i experienced a very good support from them.I see when ur verified initially with all correct docuemnts then its very easy foe the deposits as well as for withdrawals.

Also they produce a very good online customer support which is very quick to response.

More importantly what i like most with them.is the app..which is very very user friendly and very joyful to use even for normal peoples.

I have withdrawn amount of INR-67000 but it is not showing as processed not even credited to my neteller (withdrawl preferred). Last week they have processed all bets but this bet I am confused with whom I need to check. There is no live chat and no customer care to contact.

Betwey sent me a message saying they would give me back 190 euros a week ago.But my money was not returned.I wrote to their assistants every day for 1 hour and 5 days ago they told me my problem was being addressed by their department and every day I write to them when my money will be returned and their calipers respond that my problem is being addressed and that they will answer me when they are ready

I was told to deposit my $50 paysafe card by depositing $50 5 times by their customer support because they don’t have tho option to just deposit $250 it deposited $50the first time and wouldn’t let me deposit the rest and customer service has no idea what to do

Beware of Betway if either yourself, a friend or relative has problems with gambling as they will still accept account registrations from Gamstop registered email addresses.

I have supplied proof of the Gamstop registration along with proof of Betway account registration but dealing with the support team is difficult as I don’t think they are trained properly in this area.

The company on the whole seem to have zero responsibility when it comes to responsible gambling and are quite clearly still a few years behind their competitors.

So, I've been with them for a couple of years and to be fair, during that time I've enjoyed the experience. Website better than average and promotional offers were decent and often tempted me. However, after a couple (literally) of nice wins off of a promotion they'd offered everyone, I received what can only be described as a rather curt email telling me that my account was being restricted! Leaves a nasty bitter taste in the mouth, they clearly don't want anyone to ever win a bet and we're not even talking £100's here. So, enjoy any fun whilst it lasts, but don't expect too much in the long run if you dare to win a bet or two. New to the game but a lot to learn from the established boys. Ultimately disappointed.

Won £110 with £20 they sent me my £20 back and started asking for proof of ownership, I’ve sent bank statements in, gone to my Bank for help but they won’t give you a document with the long card number on, somebody from my bank spoke to somebody from Betway and they want still couldn’t resolve the matter. I should have believed the reviews here instead of deciding to deposit money into this app. I was verified when I deposited my money and I asked customer service multiple times if I have any verification issues and if I would face withdrawal issues in the future. They told me that it’s fine and it all looks good. So after reading all the negative reviews here I decided to test it out and withdrew some of my money. The operations team decided to request proof of ownership of my card. I called my bank and asked them for it but they said they do not provide this and probably rightly so. This is the first time I am hearing about this and can’t find any research to find similar cases of when this is required for KYC checks. After explaining this to betway support, they told me “their hands are tied”. Bottom line is YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN, EVEN IF YOU WIN. They will keep requesting things that you cannot get so they have a reason to not give you your winnings. They will use everything in their power to make you not be able to withdraw your money. I hope those that read this stay away from this company. It doesn’t matter if you win thousands or more.. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY. If you do decide to use their services and find this out, then I’m sorry but I told you so.

Signed up for new account, awaited verification, sent my Id etc and account is still locked 4 weeks later by the operations team. I have contacted customer services twice now and asked for account to be withdrawn and all my personal data erased from their system but still not reply from Data protection officer. Appalling behavior, and quite probably illegal. Do Not use this company if you value your personal information because who knows what they could have done with mine by now.

I also want to express my great disappointment with the site.A few days ago, I had created a profile on the site and had to send them my confirmation documents.So far so good.The problems started when I decided to deposit 190 euros and I decide to bet 150 euros and told me I could bet 4 euros I try again to bet on different things again it tells me that the maximum amount I can bet is 4 euros

Given one star due to this being the worst rating available.
Signed up and account was verified. Playing 40mins before account locked. Spoke to customer support who advised this was a senior management decision. Absolutely disgraceful. I should have listed to other reviews about this horrendous company.

I don't really recommend the bookmaker, they blocked my account and stole 300 pounds. They have very strange provisions in the regulations that they can close players accounts when they want to without a reason and take money away. I do not recommend !!

Good company i have not more experiance with them but they are withdrawing money but after 24 hours .its too late but good thing is that they are giving your winnings..

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE BETWAY….WORST ONLINE SPORTS BETTING & GAMING SITE EVER!

They do not pay out and cancel or lock your account if you win. Customer service is the worst with no real way to talk to someone with any authority.

Won over $400 and they locked my account stating that my initial payment was problematic, yet they accepted it at the time.

There seems to be a script of reasons why they resist paying out and then finally lock and/or close your account.

This company hides in many countries including Malta, Guernsey, Cape Town and the Isle of Man. These places have little or no regulation when it comes to internet gaming sites and are happy to collect fees and marginal taxes from betting sites.

Betway is by far the worst in my experience and I would highly recommend reading the numerous complaints similar to mine.

Have contacted legal counsel and will be reaching out to others who lost winnings (not paid out) in consideration of a class action proceeding. Just considering which jurisdiction would have the fairest process as the system is completely rigged.

You might have a much better experience with your neighborhood bookie, who will only break your legs if you owe…at least they pay out to keep their reputation in tact.

Betway seems to care only about a quick turnaround and stiffing winners out of their cash.

Dreadful. Recently started using this website and I have had nothing but technical problems. Playing a slot called Motezuma and when I got the feature it blanked out. This happened several times. When I tried to contact them this also wouldn’t connect. Gave up in the end and withdrew what I had left in my account. It must be a scam because they were happy to take my money while playing the game but once you get an opportunity to win something everything closes down. Cutting my losses and avoiding in future.

I can't believe this site with regards to withdrawing.
I won £3000 and went to withdraw it and I thought here we go they are going to ask for further I.D. but no, not only do Betway keep you informed of the stages of withdrawal but it's practically paid straight away.

I looked on site to see the stage it was at for being paid and within 48hrs it had been marked as paid. Then they say wait 2 to 3 days depending on who you bank with. (Now this part you are not going to believe) as soon as it was marked as paid it was in my account within 3 hours.

I just can't see any problems with this site at all and if I could it give 6 stars I would.

This is honestly the best gaming site that Ive ever played on and Ive played on them all. They dont play games when its time for me to make a withdrawal. Once youre a verified user, which is as easy as emailing them your I.D., you get your money a day or two after cashing out. Not like some of the other sites that put your money on hold for an extended period of time with the hope that you will reverse it and lose it. I will never play at another site as long as Betway is around. Theyve always done me right. Cheers.

Honestly they are a scam, after multiple contacts with customer service for withdrawal issues of betway account to ecopayz I ended up having to give them bank details for direct deposit. This never happened, they basically just stole my money. DO NOT use this site

Awful company, I made bets for two months, everything was fine, how I won a little more money, only $ 530, is it really serious money, for such a big company? Immediately they asked for a second time document confirming the address, I sent it to them, but the document was not accepted and I sent the bank statement as an alternative document, then my account was blocked !!!
Company representatives, what's up? I will complain everywhere I can until I get my money!
If is not decided in the near future, my lawyer will file an application with the court!

Ive had my bet way account now for 2 years. Not experienced any issues till recently!
after I spent over £1400 in a two day period not unusual for me. My account was all of a sudden shut. I contacted Bet way and they needed me to verify my all ready verifed account which is fine so I sent all my proof of I'd letter etc and 11 days later my account remains shut after multiple e-mails asking what's going on without a reply. Make of it what you will. I will not be losing my money with Bet way again.

Don't bother with these cowboys. Soon as you make a profit they restrict your account, no more free bets or even best odds guaranteed pathetic. I probably made £100 profit in 12 months, so had my account restriced. Withdraw what cash I had left and would never bet with them again. Much better betting sites with better offers stay away!
