Did not state in terms and conditions that wagering had to be on certain games to receive free spins, contacted to try and see if they could do anything just sent the same generic email over and over. Waste of money does not pay out at all stay away from.

Joined today and first bet I placed on a horse I won £460. Withdrew and expected to wait several days but pleasantly surprised that the money was in my bank account a few hours later.

Deposited £200 and and made 3x withdrawals of £400, £200 and £120.Withdrew it yesterday, still pending. Judging from the reviews of this place I might not be getting my winnings.Will come back and change my review to a 4 or 5 star depending on how the withdrawal process goes EDIT:They processed the withdrawals of £200 and £400 but they canceled the withdrawal of £120 and didn’t return it to my balance, I’ve emailed them. Will see what happens.2nd EDIT: They responded to my email within 3 hours and have re-issued the withdrawal which has gone through. Despite responding with a generic email that didn’t answer what I asked in my original email I’ll be changing my review to 4 stars, nice job betzone 👍🏼

Didn’t honour my bet that won due to their error and said the correct odds were 10% of what they really should’ve been. But they wouldve been happy to take my money if it didn’t come in.

Just another terrible bookie with questionable morals.Placed a number of bets with them which won and then I was subsequently ‘gubbed’ from all ‘sports promotions’ within a matter of days.I accepted (like I had a choice…), however I did recently decide to do a casino promotion which was shown on my account – this promo wasn’t honoured even though my account was supposedly only restricted for ‘sports trading’.Don’t touch them – many better bookies out there that actually honour their promos, i.e., Ladbrokes, Coral, Bwin, Betway, etc.

I want people to know my story! Please read and share! I have been a customer for a while with this company now. All good and no issues while losing thousands of pounds each month.I have always enjoyed playing virtual games. Then due to winning I went and won £37,000 they said (LEAP) gaming have said their system was (faulty) and not working and due to an error, so no money will be paid to me!! I would very much recommend that everyone who’s played virtual games including the GOLF with YEEEHAAABET and all PLAYBOOK owned companies like Betzone and dragonbet to request to have their money back if they are saying (Leap) failed the software. Was hesitant would get my money back yet came back fast. Only thing was typical was on ‘Big Spin Bonus’ kept choosing the bonus and was only one big spin. Did get three bonuses first time paid £40 from 40p then second and third big spin only paid £11 and £17 and seemed to be cut short then first one. Otherwise is fine as the money came back within an hour or two.

AVOID!I deposited £50 to play live games and the first £25 I played had no problem. But the second time I placed a bet it took my money cancelled my bet and now they have taken £25 off me for no apparent reason. I have tried contacting via email and still haven’t got back to me after 5 days. Would not recommend this company to anyone pure fruad and will be taking this further to get these guys investigated.

I play at quite a few online casino’s, 32red, cashusi, playojo and some more, since coming back after a year of gamstop which I self excluded myself as I won a fairly large amount and didn’t want to put back in. Betzone has been great for me. Bonus’s seem to be fair with how much you win some big some small but it’s gambling so you’re taking that risk, which I cannot say the same for some of the other casino’s especially 32red they’re a complete scam lost 1000s there won’t be going back. Withdraws are fast usually same day or next day. Only issue I have is with sports betting that the cashouts can stay suspended for a very long time, if they could speed those up it would be great and 5*, other than that no complaints really.

I don’t understand why there’s all these bad reviews. I signed up yesterday having self excluded from many other casino sites and I had no problem signing up with betzone, they verified my account within an hour and I withdrew £100 another £100 and surprisingly just won £1100 on slots and I then thought maybe this is where they’ll block my account, but funds were in my account within half an hour! I’ve no complaints.

Betzone is beyond garbage. Most betting site offers you to bet 10 or 20 and in return you get 40 or 50 bucks to play on sports. They had the same promo, but of course with a hidden agenda. All I’m gonna say is if you gonna try a betting website this shouldn’t be one of them. Go try another site. Their promotion is fake and they don’t give a rats ass. Sign up and betting offers are dreadful when you look at the ts & cs. Bet €50 to get a €10 free bet (which they never give anyway). And their Cheltenham offers are stingy too: Bet €20 on a race and if it’s 2nd by half a length get a whole €5 free bet. Just kinda stingy. Stick with the likes of Bet365/Skybet if you want decent offers.

Wouldn’t say the slots are rigged as I did win on many of them but the payout vs main brand casinos in the UK for the same games is incredibly low. My issue for the one star like others is mid bonus feature I got kicked out of my account and couldn’t log back in due to being suspended. I received an email asking for KYC documents which were provided immediately and have not received a response despite multiple follow up emails and my account remains suspended.I had a balance of £400 in my account, had just won a bonus feature (winnings of that unknown as I got kicked out as it loaded) and had over £400 staked on sports bets
