Trash, if you win, they will find way not to pay. Typical thieves. Every country legal when you make depositsEvery country is illegal there when they have to pay. Googled as USA friendly, but when you tell them truth, where are you from and who you are they’ll just shut down your account if you try to cash out more than 1 -2 times.

I deposited 100 bucks and got into a disagreement with the support staff, which led to them stripping my bonus cash then locking my 100 bucks in my account and I can't log in. I've used 15+ casino sites over the years, NEVER had issues like this, they literally are attempting to steal my money.

I would give them an negative 5 if I could. I also reported them to the FBI and coinbase. I made my deposit and they said it wasn't enough for their requirement and that they rejected the deposit- (it shows blockchain and bitstarz on the transaction) and then they were sending me FREE spins to try and smooth it over and then the spins expired- I NEVER knew I had them, it was over the holidays. The way their customer service spoke to me is not okay. They think they are above the law.

I won €8k from a €200 deposit and a €100 bonus. They asked for loads of photos to verify my account. Stupid photos like pictures of me holding a newspaper and a note, payslips and my crypto wallet transaction history. I also did a video call with them. I provided everything they asked for then they told me they arent paying me because someone in my household/with my IP address has already claimed the welcome bonus. This is untrue, no one in my house has claimed the welcome bonus and they won't provide me with evidence that someone signed up using the same IP as me. I think this is a scam casino. Steer well clear of them unless you want to be scammed like me!

Don’t trust this Casino, I was winning decently big off a no deposit bonus went to withdraw, they suspended my account, contacted support and they fixed it up but only gave me $100 back from the $400 I had on the account and then proceeded to say I could withdraw it or continue to play with that and if I got up again I could make a withdraw of the $100 + the winnings.. Kind of sus considering I got up after winning the $100 I kept playing anyway to win more & they took it? Went back to the same game I was winning quite fairly on to realise that what ever I’d now bet on would lose 95% of the time. They altered my winning chances which shouldn’t be allowed but I suppose it’s considered a Casino & Casinos are well known for cheating in the houses favour 😂
