I’ll start by saying I absolutely love Bitstarz. I had been playing there for years without ussue. I love the layout, the games, the bonuses and have deposited alot of money over the years. I have also had some nice wins. Awhile back, with no notice, they changed my deposit options to bitcoin only. I was depositing money via etransfer for so long. I do not use bitcoin so can no longer play here. I have even gone into chat numerous times but they do not help. I finally gave up and now play at bitkingz all the time. They are pretty good there but I do miss my favorite casino Bitstarz. I would give this Casino 5 stars…if only I could play there 🙁

When you get free spend your only eligible to cash out $100 and if you win more than that then you get they take that that’s no more like byebye I think that we should be eligible to keep the amount that we win even if we can’t cash out the full whatever it is it could be $500 it could be $300 to put down and I don’t know what they do with it but they only let you keep $100 basically I don’t think that that’s fair I think they should change that that’s my only complaint other than that this star is pretty cool

Most of the games are restricted and you can’t play. No live dealer games. They have max bets on bonus and if you bet over you lose everything. Their bonuses also have a 35x rollover. They offer nothing of any value for bonuses on large losses. I get gifts from other places but here they offer nothing. Their customer service is arrogant and they treat you like crap. After reading other reviews I can see that the person who responds to their bad reviews is a Douche as well. There’s lots of better places to play now. I personally am liking Chumba Casino. It’s a little different style of casino but they pay and I seem to actually win there. Must have a higher Return to Player.

Most of these 5 star reviews are likely fake! When you see that the reviewer has only reviewed one casino bitsarz is a fake review to boost their ratings. Be very cautious with this casino.They ripped me off for over $1800 dollars that I won.I went to cash the $1800 out and the transaction was canceled and never returned to my account .I then contacted them thru live chat and customer service tried to say that the money was forfeited because it was won thru a bonus which is a lie .I sent them sceeen shots of my transaction history which clearly show what really happened.Then I go back into my transaction history and they had removed the details of the cash out transaction.Now i can’t get anyone to do anything to get my money back which is very disappointing.I never had this kind of issue with them before this happened but please be aware
