One of the worst experiences I have had playing in a online casino. Bitstarz removed 600$ from my account after I had completed the 40X wagering requirement. They claim I have another account which I don’t. Why is it that Bitstarz will allow you to deposit money and after you complete a ridiculous 40x wager requirement 2 TIMES then come and tell you we are confiscating your funds. They are thieves of the biggest kind. They will never return your money if you lose even if you have 100 accounts but if you win it’s as against the t&a? Sad part is, I don’t have multiple accounts and these guys are straight up liars not to mention extremely rude and unprofessional. DO NOT PLAY HERE

Bitstarz is great except one thing, I won money but I couldn’t cash out due to a active locked bonus. And the wagering was extremely high so I ended up cashing nothing at all. It was heart breaking because at the time I really could have used that money for my 6 year old daughter. I thought I been blessed. Only for it to just be played back in. I was really upset

This casino is a rip off. I understand that the odds of winning at any casino are small but Bitstarz takes it to another level. I play multiple times a day with deposits from $20 to $50. I can start playing a game that is going back and forth and appears fair, then after making one decent win, ($10) I know funny what I now call a decent win, the game changes. I am either disconnected from the game and sometimes logged out of the entire site. This is all done so the game restarts and this happens multiple times a day, but not once in all the years I have played has this happen when I was losing, only when winning. I have contacted customer services multiple times and you get the same answers which are clear your cache, change browsers, delete your history and even play on one of our mirror sites. None of this matters because I’ve done them all. The longer you play at this casino the more they will humiliate you and the more you will lose. Ugghhhh…I used to LOVE playing on Bitstarz. Seems lately that no matter how many different games I play and games from various games providers, I cannot seem to win much here anymore. I don’t play as much as I used to, but I used to win quite a bit here. I have cashed out some decent amounts and I also have continued to play with money I had won and didn’t cash out, eventually losing. The latter is on me to be fair. But that is besides the point. It seems that over the last 4 months or so, I cannot seem to win like I used to. Depositing $25 these days goes waaaaay too quick here and I play multiple games with the $25. I thought this casino was above board but no.Like the rest of them they rip you off every chance they have.I made a withdrawals with a new credit card I received.Depositing wasn’t a problem but as soon as I made a withdrawal they argued that I hadn’t sent them proof about the deposit with the new credit card.The new credit card still is the exact same account nothing changes with regard to how the bank statement would look.The only thing that was different was me changing the new credit card number and ccv.They really love stuffing you around giving your withdrawals back hoping you will spend it.

Just an FYI to everyone here in the US… We aren’t legally able to play here and I wasn’t informed of this until AFTER my 4th deposit. So after spending money with them and being informed of this I requested to be refunded and was told it wasn’t possible because I had already played it down. I signed up for bitstarz and deposited the amount needed for the welcome bonus. I have a government issues phone, the bonus is 100% match and 180 free spins.
