Second visit to bobcasino had winnings but once i tried to cash out they would not let me.They have their chance to weather or not prove if they are scammers or not.They seem to be troublesome upon cashing outAll my confirmations of identity and so on have already been confirmed upon trying to cash out on a second attempt they would not let me cashout via trustly. And said i had to confirm creditcard once more. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE WHEN I CONTACTED SUPPORT IT SAID CONNECTION LOST ETC. After speking to them briefly.Either they pay or they or their reputation isat stake.Once i try to contact support they do not awnser withdrawal is pending but they dont let me withdraw i have withdrawn from trustly and transactions are not in a hurry even when trustly only takes minutes to processThey said furthermore that withdrawal was not accepted and that i had to submit more documents i have submitted themNow its up to them to proove whether or not they are legit

SCAM ALERT. wont let you cash out. Do yourself a favor and dont play on bobcasino. I won 2000 euro, could not cash out even though i was verified. Instead of playing on bobcasino , play on a legit site like mrgreen , unibet or leovegas.Its much better.

Don't ever, ever ever eeeeeeever play at this Casino. Almost no winnings, and when you DO hit 3 scatters (JESUS CHRIST) - prices are SO low. OMG!!!!!Dead spin after dead spin after dead spin after dead spin and so on...... and they don't even take the time to verify your documents.Support are soo bad - no humanity or compassion - like robots or something. I don't recommend "Bob" and for that sake his brother "King Billy" to anyone who expect just a tiny bit in return!!

TOTAL SCAMI won 1650euro. Would cashout 1450euro all necessary verification documents were attached to account and approved. But even then Cashout request keeps being denied. After talking to livechat support, TWICE, where they said that everything was in order and I should try to make another cashout request, the third time I did it, I got an email that all my winnings was retracted due to a so called "dublicate" account, and my account is closed. This is ridiculous and I strongly recomend NOT to play on this site. They will use all kinds of excuses not to pay out.
