Please people dont use this casino. They are the biggest scam. I got some winnings that i could get paid out after meeting the wager requirements. Upon withdrawal. I get a mail stating that my bets were to high 10%. Some my winnings are forfited. I thought i would learn after the second time around. But nope. Same old story. They also state that you should reply the email. Once you do that your email does not get sent it just gets deleted and goes to your bin box.

Til this day im still getting nowhere or no emails from a support person to help me wit my withdrawal that i was not paid out. they say i played with a bonus on a game ive never played and when i email that ive never played that game or wit a bonus thats wen i get cut off and get no emails back from anyone its like when i get them to explain to me when what where or how thats when i get ghosted and get nowhere wit my winnings

OK so I been a player over two years here and the chat was fine. All of a sudden you install this dumb AI robot that “connects you to an agent” then you time out. So it did this for a week and I was close to my cash back. Finally I get a host he says I’m 55$ away from my cash back. So whatever. I make a few deposits then ask again and a host says just a 10$ deposit away from cash back, so I deposit 10. Chat host is different. This guy says I’m 28 away, I had screenshots saying otherwise. This is already frustrating as hell. I go back to the stupid robot and say I need the specific host then finally get him and I get my cash back. The bonus system is clearly messed up and usually as a platinum I get a cash gift every few days, no sign of them since the robot. You know there’s a hundred other sites out there right?
