Would not recommend this site ever…won 300$ was refused because I wagered more then what was allowed on a bonus …still waiting for them to show me where..waited for live chat but only so many hours in a day. When I log back into that casino account they gave me back $25 to my casino account..um..it was $297 …makes me wonder where did those winnings go..I’d sure like to know..worst online casino I have ever played at..like honestly stay away from boo casino!! You would think they would want to keep their players, guess not…

Read a lot of reviews some good some bad, I can assure you the good ones are fake. Signed up used the 400% bonus offer I was emailed and deposited 10 euro for 50. Two spins out of about 100-150 I got a return more than my stake. But was never in profit not once. Contacted support about this and they had no managers available and said one would be available in 6 hours. Came back 6 hours later and the manager was “sick”. I got frustrated and requested closure and the agent said that they had to “request this”. 24 hours pass and account is still open. I deposit 10 euro again to see if it was a fluke and same thing again 0 return on a game with 95% rtp. Contacted again and no manager finally the 3rd day got a manager wasn’t depositing again and the manager was so rude, speaking over me, very disrespectful, saying they follow the commissions guidelines etc complete lies. Wouldn’t let me finish and then forced my account closed

I’ve been reading people’s negative reviews of boo casino and I’m stunned, Ive had several payouts of hundreds of dollars and one of almost $2000 never with any hiccup, admittedly it can be a bit slow but I’ve been more than satisfied with their integrity.I can assure you this isn’t a fake review as some claim all positive ones are and sure I’ve lost money at times but they’ve always paid out what I’ve won!!!! I at least am a satisfied customer

I watched my friend get scammed by this company they tied his account with bonus balance of 0.02cent and used it in his betting funds when he clearly didn’t ask for it to be used or for it to affect his €1300 winning stay clear from this site I have done my research they have done this on multiple occasions refusing to pay out €1300 for 2c bonus funds is corruption

@boo_casino avoid this site at all cost they have robbed me of €1300 I deposit 10times lost all my balance some how they tied a 2cents bonus onto my account when I deposit and won my winning with my own hard earned working money they refused to pay out to break it down my bonus balance was on 0.02cents and my real balance was on €10 after I won max win on two separate occasions my real balance went to €1360 and my bonus balance went to €14 so they have refused me my payout of €1300 because of a €14 bonus balance so basically 0.02cent bonus balance has cost me €1300 avoid this site at all costs I have done my research they have done this to multiple customers and should be shut down.. I have also emailed and requested proof of both balances and full gaming history and received no reply in 5 days. STAY AWAY THEY WONT PAY OUT THEYLL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SCAM YOU WITH THERE BONUS BALANCE TO WHERE EVEN AFTER 10 deposits and betting they leave the bonus balance on your account to stop you from withdrawing any winning 2cents has cost me €1300 still can’t believe in shock disgraceful!

Won over $250.00 last week Tuesday. Can’t get threw to customer support .. finally got an email back saying my documents were not verified but they were then they asked me to resend through email, which I did all this Thursday now there’s silence again. Do not play on this casino. Everything takes time way more then its necessary just for the simple reason that they dont want to pay you. 5 days withdraw on pending status and you can only give me the good old Soon™ run around?
