These people running the show are great. I actually remember a while back before I was even verified, I believe it was Nick that emailed me saying that I had a run of bad luck lately and he credited my account with $200. Months went by and then received an email saying that they would credit my account with $50 if I submitted the required information to be verified. I did and they were true to their word. It’s a great gaming site as far as I’m concerned, and the customer support team are very good.

I canceled my bonus and they deleted my bonus balance. After that i played with my real balance since i don’t have bonus balance and won 300€. After i try to withdraw they claim that bonus conditions still exists what means there is 100€ withdraw cap.

I haven’t get paid by them yet, requested withdrawal of 1500, no bonus involved. all real money games like casino table games. so far they are not paying and keeping the money pending f** knows what. for now three stars, I will give them two more days to release the funds if not they will get like bcasino 1 star.
