All the good reviews of Boo casino on trustpilot are fake obviously just read them, all saying nothing but good things and all five star not a chance. all the reviews saying this site boo casino is a scam are 100% true!! their customer service takes forever and provides zero service for the customer and is useless they don’t honor their bonuses their free spins or their payouts you can’t withdraw any of your winnings they won’t give it to you they’ll just void it poof !gone stay away from Boo Casino and any and all online casinos associated with Boo casino they are 1000% scammers. I would play every once in awhile no 10 20 bucks and then I won $80 and decided hey let’s cash it out it is not hassle free it’s not anything it just doesn’t happen they come up with some excuse from their terms and regulations that is just nonsense and then they just void it and take it away and there’s nothing you can do. so i was really excited about the premotion deposit $5 Canadian and get 50 free spins and play with $15. it worked but just before the free spins where finished the game glitches, i think nothing of it so continued to play. but the closer to triggering a bonus and the closer i was to being out of money it glitches out completely. messing my laptop completely up. tried to open the support chat for help but then was logged out and when i re-logged back in was then and only then a agent would help. and explaining this to the agent was, yeah thinking I’m the liar here and on there end was all okay. I do not recommend playing at any Green Feather Online Limited casino. these persons are scoundrels. i won 5000e i completed kyc successfully and i successfully withdraw out 1000e i made another withdrawal 4000e and they closed my account and stole my winnings. they reasoned that I am self-excluded at their sister casino and should not have been allowed to play at their casino. in their terms and conditions it says that the self-exclusion applies ONLY to the casino where you request it. I started getting strange emails from them that my winnings were voided due to violation of the bonus terms (I didn’t even play with the bonus) then I got another email that the winnings were voided because according to them I was never allowed to play at their casino. this claim is completely absurd, then why did you accept me as a player? why is my account at your sister casino still open if I’m not allowed to play on your sites? Do you realize how much of a scam you are when you try to come up with different reasons for voiding the winnings. I made a casino complaints to casinoguru and their safety rating dropped DRAMATICLY. because the case was decided in my favor. They Don’t give you your wins. First I won 30€:s with bonus rounds, and try to withdrawal it. I added 5 €:s and won 40€, so My last transaction was still on process, so i had to ADD this 40 to that 30€:s, on saturday i received message that they took alla my winnings due to rules.

What I like about this casino is that the website is very user-friendly it’s not complicated and they have great games.I did have an issue depositing once or twice I believe a prepaid credit card was a Problem but the customer service is amazing and they fixed it.That’s the other thing the customer service is fantastic, they’re very quick friendly and polite and they haven’t not been able to help me once.Lastly, I like the fact that you can deposit just five dollars and it’s not a $10 minimum like the other casinos a play.
