dear people of the world i got scammed out of 196.00 more cant do the math but these actually stole a 191.00 was my balance and they off with my money saying i broke some terms by playing not allowed games in which i understand but they should have a filter not to add when you play on those games and deduct any bonus or wager in this case as the fraudulently stole 191.00 i new in my heart and sole they were never paying out these are scammers please stay away from these crooks the should be closed down idd apprietiate if any one got connned at least write the truth about them as there stealing legitiate money from there customers and idd like to know how to report these for stealing money i am sorry for the language but thats what they are daylight robbery unreal never seen anything like it in my life folks 191.00 real money stolen and that theft boo casino are robbers yes robbers stay miles away if you dont want to be robbed thieves they then had the cheek to return 8.00 of my initial deposit and i would have to either win to 20.00 to withdraw there very untrustworthy and thieves im so unhappy with this its crazy its not there money but mine 191.00 stolen caution stay miles away thieves daylight robbers surely there is support can i call the police this is wrong but thats theft of a persons funds like wager is a wager its like tricking the person to loose the money on purpose they did so and there f all i can do but call them what they really are crooks stealing not honering a customer funds its disgraceful this day and age absolutely disgusting company they make any one sick to think the do this and think there reputable absolute dirtbags scum of the earth ass holes in genuinely won on roulette and roulette I did not break any rules only the ones they make up when they have to pay out they created this to see if I do nothing but yes I'm here telling that they have no right to void the funds as they did this is unfair gaming illegal I would imagine as they created the games so they can steal what is yours there disgusting and a ought to be ashamed of themselves as human beens I can't express my disgust but as I stated up above I didn't break any rules of play but they mearly twisted it to look that way I feel sick in my stomach over dealing with these as I pray to god to protect me from harm in hope a higher power like God can punish these dirtbirds as that money is unlawfully not paid hope they rotAnd scammers I wish god for his intervention but I hope he will i hope anyone will stop using these guys or sites this shot creates questions or the devil and God self harm thoughts and don't believe in God I emphasis god is good this is what the devil is and does robs and destroys I await our Lord to destroy all evil ando lead us not into temptation and deliver us evil amen now I understand mine is long but they are prinks you knowickeep a promissed k is a pkly bo ar prices prnow

i requested for withdwl 16th of this month. they asked documents i sent to them. after that asked again skrill, astropay statement and ID with a selfie. I deposited $5 and won $20. they said i didnt turnover the deposited amount. myself laughed without turnover how i won $20? they said withdwl fee is 10 euros then how much i will get? this site is useless stii i haven't recevied my withdwl. I never seen this kind of websites.

Huge scam! I have screenshots of them refusing to give me contact information to settle a dispute and I have screenshot proof that this company will scam money and not give it back. If anyone would like proof I would be happy to provide. I've reported this scam to the local police as well.

Its clear that ZAR and EUROS have been split in these conditions so gradually reading this i cobverted the Euros to rands. €4 being equivalent to R60 per spin. My bet never went higher than R12.50 per spin. Winnings was rejected and funds deleted from the account. Since this is an international gambling website, Ts & Cs are to be set out per country. If the company doesn't want people winning and withdrawing from bonus spins then this should not be given to the customers. They are adamant that i went over the €4 per spin.
