Very bad betting side! Allow me to set up new account and bet widout any problems, but when I asked about sign up bonus they told me that I did had an account before, which is simply not true for sure, I’m 100% sure, anyway. Why it allows me to set up new account if system thing that I have one… Ridiculous platform

Like others who have reviewed, I placed a £10 bet through the phone app in hopes of the £20 free bet welcome offer. My bet, which I lost, settled and two hours had gone by without the free bet on my account. Contacted live chat, who informed me “Your registration did not meet the criteria for our sign-up offer because your IP address has been identified for shared use within our system”. I have no clue what any of this means, but based off other reviews it seems to be because of the use of mobile data. Bear in mind this is a mobile only welcome offer! Absurd, they could have warned/informed us about the IP issue at the point of sign up, before depositing or placing any bets.

Bad business practices. I signed up for a bet £10 get £20 free bet, which was only available if signing up via mobile – which I did. They refused to award the free bet because of “shared IP addresses”. Don’t these clowns know all mobile IP addresses are recycled between customers? And as you have to sign up via a mobile, it essentially means they’ll never give the free bet. Stay well away

I signed up to the free bet promotion, they happily let me place my initial bet with my own money and then wouldn’t give me the free bet. When I contacted them, they said my IP address had been flagged as linked to another account user. I told them that I lived on my own, my IP address was only used between my 2 laptops and my mobile, and that I only had one account with them. The customer service representative wouldn’t listen when I told her this and kept pointing me to the terms and conditions. I kept telling her that the IP address flag was incorrect. Terrible customer service and company.

I think it’s absolutely dishonest to lure people in with promotional offers which is then later refused. This is very similar to a scam. I recently deposited £10 and didn’t receive my free bet, despite meeting the criteria. I Contacted customer service to be told my IP address has been identified as a shared IP address. I used my personal mobile phone, which nobody else has access to. I’ve never signed up to this site before. The customer service representative wouldn’t listen and gave me a generic response, which looking online i see to be the case for a multitude of people.

I was refused the welcome offer for having a “shared IP”. I live on university campus with thousands of others and even more thousands who attend university every day. How is that fair. Just looking for any excuse to not give you it.

Their verification process is a pain. Went to the trouble of uploading passport twice, both rejected by their AI software. Dunno why they don’t verify before opening account. Wait, I do know, Most punters wouldn’t bother when they get bossy messages about resubmitting their docs.

bad customer service. i was complained about shop customer sevice over the phone and via e.mail. it was late to lodge my docket and i was ask him put my bet in to there system, employee start wth violated language , until now boyal sport dot send any respons to my complaine.several times with this happen, my complaine not taking seriesly. even customer service shut the phone as well then i called them several times. i dont give them any star.I already sent full details via e.mail and by phone. Read properly then you know what to write. dont say again,again repeat the complain.

Signed up for their new customer casino offer. Didn’t get what was supposedly on offer. Live chat was useless. Didn’t understand my issue, ignored my attempts to explain, gave me completely irrelevant information and eventually hung up on me. I understand betting companies restrict accounts if their traders decide there are a risk because they can win money . However this is a first, I have lost money on an account and they have restricted me to bets of no more than 17p. It’s a way of making you and not them close the account. I agree with yahanas recent review. This is the worst betting site in Europe. Ps please dont reply as we have nothing to discuss.

I joined Boyle Sports yesterday morning with the sign up offer for the £20 free sports bet & £10 to spend on casino. I deposited my £10 & placed my bet, my bet cleared & I didn’t receive anything so I spoke to an agent on live chat to be told because I deposited my £10 through PayPal I don’t qualify for my free sign up offers! I think this is really unfair! Shouldn’t matter how the money is deposited! Alot of people will get fooled by the sign up offer not read the small print (like me) that’s how people get caught in with the good sign up offers & on that note I will not be using Boyle Sports again as I am very disappointed!

Been trying to verify my account. Was asked for my passport SUPPLIED A COPY.Then asked for bank statements with BoyleSports transactions on.SUPPLIEDThren asked for copy of card used to do transactions with last 4 digits shown???Problem I am with Chase Manhattan Bank no digits are printed on my card for security reasons.8 times I have rang customer services explained. 8 times the security team replied debit card copy required showing digits. It’s impossible. I know they are Irish need I say more……….Is this their way of stopping you taking your winnings if you are a winner.Why can we not speak to security team???BoyleSports you need to enter the real world.I shall explain situation to my bank ask for deposits back let BoyleSports keep my winning. Another free bet review…did the new joiners offer today, didn’t get the free bet. Spoke to support, got told I didn’t get it because of a shared IP, no idea what that meant, they tried to explain with generic long replies and I gave up. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
