Sounds like lots other people have had the same lie about IP addresses judging by the other reviews here. BoyleSports are a bit of a sore loser that doesn’t pay out their free bet offers! Don’t waste your time with them!

Signed up for opening Offer. Deposited and completed settled betting requirements. No bonuses credited. Contacted and told PayPal didn’t qualify for bonuses even though this is not mentioned in the payment methods not eligible for bonus when you sign up. Disgraceful

Scam company, offer free bets for sign up and then used the excuse that somebody had used the same IP address as me to sign up so wouldn’t pay out, laughable considering I’ve never had an account with them and signed up off my own phone

Went into your Shop in Dromore on Wed 12th Marchto back a horse in the coral cup.Stated on your early prices board paying a extra place 6 instead of 5.Took the early price each way.My horse finished 6th.You refused to pay out stating you only were paying 5 places 6 only applied to on line betting.Took the matter up with your staff in Dromorenothing they could do.Emailed your customer service not even a reply to my complaint..Customer service what customer service.Looks like a on line account is a lot better than placing a bet in your shops.

Well u sent me an email saying if I spend 10 on a horse or several bets accumulated to a tenner to get a free bet! Wen I had not received it the next day I emailed yourselves and got a response saying I did not qualify! It had to be 1 bet of a tenner! I emailed bak saying that’s not wat it says in your advert u sent me! I got one bak saying I no were your coming fron but your still not getting it! I spat the dummy out n said its a absolute joke! N then I got a free bet! This should never of happened and I do have a few other sites I use! And thought as a good will gesture for all the hassle n everything I wud of git more than just a free 10 pound bet ?

I joined Boylesports because of their Cheltenham new customer offer. However despite meeting their wagering requirements they have made an excuse not to give me my 20 in free bets. The person I spoke to to try and resolve the matter was unopologetic and did not seem to understand my position,repeatedly failing to be inclined to investigate the matter. I feel let down by the company, scammed even, and certainly would not recommend them to any of my gambling community. 0 out of 10.

For 2 months, I cannot withdraw my money!!!! After winning around 10,000 pounds, my account was suspended. For the first 2 weeks, no one contacted me at all. No information about what’s happening and why my account is suspended. They didn’t even ask me for documents for verification. Then they started requesting documents. ID card, Passport, Debit card, bank statement, selfies. I sent them everything. For 2 weeks, I’ve been waiting for a letter with a verification code at my address. They don’t send it at all! Communication with their verification department is non-existent! Deliberately, there is no connection with them, and the only option is to send emails and pray for a response after 1/2 weeks!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! I threaten them with IBAS and want them to give me a reference number to start a case, but they simply refuse and tell me that my account is not verified and I only need to verify it. SCAMMERS!!!”

Really poor customer services , staff not trained to listen only copy and paste thier answers , won’t share relevant info , had issue with sign up offer, was unable to get my point across and it was made out to be my fault Boyle sports terms and conditions weren’t displayed when signing up

Unfortunately there is not an option for no stars. Refused the sign up offer due to a shared IP address which is impossible. They did not bother to tell me until I contacted them to ask. A poor start from what I have heard is a very good bookmaker.Was told by friends this is a fantastic site with some good offers, but when it came to signing up with their attractive bet £10 get £20 FB welcome offer, I was told my IP address has been flagged for shared use. The only other thing i have done is login to the same account on my PC that very day, where i noticed it had to be mobile to place the bet, which i did. Sounds very much like a scam to me, which is utterly disappointing as i have heard such good things. STAY AWAY FROM THE WELCOME OFFER as you will not get it.

Signed up to claim a sign-up bonus and was told after placing the first bet that I wasn’t eligible for the bonus as I was on a “shared IP address”. The shared IP being my home wi-fi network that no one has ever used to access the site before. Obviously a scam offer. Avoid.

They did not honour the welcome offer. They did not tell me until after I’d spent and lost my deposit to them. I had to go asking them what’s going on. Poor communication, really terrible way to treat a new customer.
